本发明涉及一种高效的榨油机润滑剂。
背景技术
在农业机械设备运作过程中,润滑剂是用以降低设备的摩擦阻力、减缓其磨损的润滑介质。润滑剂对设备还能起冷却、清洗和防止污染等作用。
农业机械如榨油机在高速、高压、高温运行过程中各种摩擦相互作用容易产生剧烈摩擦,长期摩擦会造成摩擦副界面磨损,从而降低工作效率增加维护成本。现有技术的润滑剂,润滑效果不理想,品质差,防锈、降噪和清洁的性能差,而且污染大不够环保,成本高,无法满足实际生产的需要。

鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种高效,品质好,清洁环保、防腐、防锈、防噪性能强,成本低廉的榨油机润滑剂。
为实现上述技术目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
一种高效的榨油机润滑剂,包括以下重量份计的原料:硼酸6~12份、硬脂酸3~8份、甘油3~10份、烷基硫酸钠7~19份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚3~9份、氯化石蜡2~7份、石墨8~15份、基础油45~80份、亚磷酸脂23~50份、抗氧剂6~10份。
如上所述的一种高效的榨油机润滑剂,包括以下重量份计的原料:硼酸12份、硬脂酸8份、甘油10份、烷基硫酸钠19份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚9份、氯化石蜡7份、石墨15份、基础油80份、亚磷酸脂50份、抗氧剂10份。
