本发明涉及一种安全环保的碾米机润滑剂。
背景技术
在农业机械设备运作过程中，润滑剂是用以降低设备的摩擦阻力、减缓其磨损的润滑介质。润滑剂对设备还能起冷却、清洗和防止污染等作用。
农业机械如碾米机在高速、高压、高温运行过程中各种摩擦相互作用容易产生剧烈摩擦，长期摩擦会造成摩擦副界面磨损，从而降低工作效率增加维护成本。现有技术的润滑剂，润滑效果不理想，品质差，防锈、降噪和清洁的性能差，而且污染大不够环保，成本高，无法满足实际生产的需要。

鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点，本发明的目的在于提供一种安全环保，品质好，防腐、防锈性能强，成本低廉的碾米机润滑剂。
为实现上述技术目的，本申请采用如下技术方案：
一种安全环保的碾米机润滑剂，包括以下重量份计的原料：基硫酸钠5～13份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚1～8份、氯化石蜡3～9份、石墨5～15份、分散剂5～13份、基础油50～90份、亚磷酸脂30～40份、抗氧剂10～20份。
如上所述的一种安全环保的碾米机润滑剂，包括以下重量份计的原料：基硫酸钠12份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚7份、氯化石蜡8份、石墨14份、分散剂12份、基础油80份、亚磷酸脂38份、抗氧剂19份。
