本发明涉及一种新型高温润滑脂,包括基础油、氢氧化镁、碳黑、二硫化钼、硬脂酸、氟化石墨、胺化膨润土、己二酸二甲酯、琥珀酸,各组分的质量份数为:基础油55‑75、氢氧化镁3‑10、碳黑5‑8、二硫化钼8‑16、硬脂酸10‑15、氟化石墨10‑16、胺化膨润土5‑10、己二酸二甲酯50‑60、琥珀酸5‑9。本发明新型高温润滑脂采用先进的生物技术,用于滚动零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异的高温性。适用于高速齿轮箱有耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种新型高温润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
与润滑油相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于润滑各类产业机械的润滑部分。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的新型高温润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种新型高温润滑脂,包括基础油、氢氧化镁、碳黑、二硫化钼、硬脂酸、氟化石墨、胺化膨润土、己二酸二甲酯、琥珀酸,各组分的质量份数为:基础油55-75、氢氧化镁3-10、碳黑5-8、二硫化钼8-16、硬脂酸10-15、氟化石墨10-16、胺化膨润土5-10、己二酸二甲酯50-60、琥珀酸5-9。
作为优选,所述新型高温润滑脂还包括基础油66、氢氧化镁7、碳黑7、二硫化钼12、硬脂酸10、氟化石墨11、胺化膨润土9、己二酸二甲酯60、琥珀酸7。
作为优选,所述基础油选自合成烃、合成酯、聚醚、硅油、含氟油、磷酸酯中的一种或任意几种的混合物,所述基础油的50℃运动粘度范围在 500cst ~ 15000cst。。
作为优选,所述碳黑中氢氧化锂的质量百分浓度为 20 ~ 30。
一种如上述所述的新型高温润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
①将己二酸二甲酯和硬脂酸、氟化石墨依次投入反应釜中,搅拌加热至50~60℃,保持在此温度范围下持续搅拌10min ;
②在步骤①混合物投入基础油,搅拌加热至 80 ~ 90℃,使基础油均匀分布在混合物里 ;
③在步骤②混合物依次投入氢氧化镁和胺化膨润土,搅拌加热至100~130℃;
④将步骤③混合物继续加热至140~150℃,然后投入碳黑,保持在此温度范围下持续搅拌 30min,使碳黑均匀分布在混合物里 ;
⑤在步骤④混合物依次投入二硫化钼和琥珀酸,搅拌加热至 180 ~190℃,然后搅拌自然降温至 40℃ ;
⑥均化脱气后成品。

1.一种新型高温润滑脂,其特征在于:包括基础油、氢氧化镁、碳黑、二硫化钼、硬脂酸、氟化石墨、胺化膨润土、己二酸二甲酯、琥珀酸,各组分的质量份数为:基础油55-75、氢氧化镁3-10、碳黑5-8、二硫化钼8-16、硬脂酸10-15、氟化石墨10-16、胺化膨润土5-10、己二酸二甲酯50-60、琥珀酸5-9。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型高温润滑脂,其特征在于:所述新型高温润滑脂还包括基础油66、氢氧化镁7、碳黑7、二硫化钼12、硬脂酸10、氟化石墨11、胺化膨润土9、己二酸二甲酯60、琥珀酸7。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型高温润滑脂,其特征在于:所述基础油选自合成烃、合成酯、聚醚、硅油、含氟油、磷酸酯中的一种或任意几种的混合物,所述基础油的50℃运动粘度范围在 500cst ~ 15000cst。
4.根据权利要求2所述的新型高温润滑脂,其特征在于:所述碳黑中氢氧化锂的质量百分浓度为 20 ~ 30。
5.一种如权利要求 1-4任一所述的新型高温润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
①将己二酸二甲酯和硬脂酸、氟化石墨依次投入反应釜中,搅拌加热至50~60℃,保持在此温度范围下持续搅拌10min ;
②在步骤①混合物投入基础油,搅拌加热至 80 ~ 90℃,使基础油均匀分布在混合物里 ;
③在步骤②混合物依次投入氢氧化镁和胺化膨润土,搅拌加热至100~130℃;
④将步骤③混合物继续加热至140~150℃,然后投入碳黑,保持在此温度范围下持续搅拌 30min,使碳黑均匀分布在混合物里 ;
