本发明公开了一种导热涂料,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:20‑30份聚酰胺树脂、30‑35份松香改性树脂、80‑85份聚乙烯醇树脂、60‑70份水性UV树脂、50‑60份氟树脂、70‑80份聚氯乙烯糊树脂、30‑35份煤焦油沥青、20‑25份煤焦油、6‑8份碳纤维粉、6‑7份氧化石墨烯液体、6‑10份活性钛白粉、5‑6份氮化锌、4‑5份纳米氮化钛、3‑5份纳米银粉、6‑8份纳米碳酸铁粉、8‑10份石英粉、15‑20份有机硅油、6‑8份甘油、10‑12份二甲苯、12‑15份乙二醇丁醚、10‑15份1,2‑丙二醇。该导热涂料具有优良的导热性,韧性好,与底材的附着力强和对底材接触更加紧密,润滑效果好及自身耐摩擦性高;流平性好,使得涂膜平整光滑,耐蚀性强,耐酸性好,化学稳定性高,分散性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种导热涂料。
背景技术
涂料是指涂布于物体表面在一定的条件下能形成薄膜而起到保护、装饰或其他特殊功能(绝缘、防锈、防霉、耐热等)的一类液体或固体材料。
近年来,现代工业的飞速发展使一些特殊的工业领域如航空航天、电子电气等领域对涂料提出了更高的性能要求,主要表现在更高的导热性能、更突出的韧性等,但是由于传统涂料的导热性较差,韧性不佳,对底材的附着力较差,耐摩擦性较差,限制了涂料在这些领域的应用。
中国专利公布号 CN102816525A,公布日 2012 年 12 月 12 日,名称为导热涂料,该申请案公开了一种导热涂料,主要是由导热粉体与合成树脂所构成,其中,导热粉体的重量百分比约为导热涂料的 4-25%,其内部包含二氧化硅、二氧化钛、硅酸锆、氮化硼,另可添加三氧化二铝及碳化硅等辅助材,而合成树脂的重量百分比配合导热粉体的重量百分比形成100%,其由一树脂及至少一溶剂充分混合所构成,此树脂依据需求选自环氧树脂、聚酯、丙烯酸树脂及有机硅树脂的其中一种。其不足之处在于,虽然该配方得到的导热涂料解决部分了传统涂料导热性差的缺陷,但是其韧性不佳,对底材的附着力较差,耐摩擦性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种导热涂料,该导热涂料具有优良的导热性,韧性好,与底材的附着力强和对底材接触更加紧密,润滑效果好及自身耐摩擦性高;流平性好,使得涂膜平整光滑,耐蚀性强,耐酸性好,化学稳定性高,分散性好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种导热涂料,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:20-30份聚酰胺树脂、30-35份松香改性树脂、80-85份聚乙烯醇树脂、60-70份水性UV树脂、50-60份氟树脂、70-80份聚氯乙烯糊树脂、30-35份煤焦油沥青、20-25份煤焦油、6-8份碳纤维粉、6-7份氧化石墨烯液体、6-10份活性钛白粉、5-6份氮化锌、4-5份纳米氮化钛、3-5份纳米银粉、6-8份纳米碳酸铁粉、8-10份石英粉、15-20份有机硅油、6-8份甘油、10-12份二甲苯、12-15份乙二醇丁醚、10-15份1,2-丙二醇。
进一步的,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 20份聚酰胺树脂、30份松香改性树脂、80份聚乙烯醇树脂、60份水性UV树脂、50份氟树脂、70份聚氯乙烯糊树脂、30份煤焦油沥青、20份煤焦油、6份碳纤维粉、6份氧化石墨烯液体、6份活性钛白粉、5份氮化锌、4份纳米氮化钛、3份纳米银粉、6份纳米碳酸铁粉、8份石英粉、15份有机硅油、6份甘油、10份二甲苯、12份乙二醇丁醚、10份1,2-丙二醇。

1.一种导热涂料,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:20-30份聚酰胺树脂、30-35份松香改性树脂、80-85份聚乙烯醇树脂、60-70份水性UV树脂、50-60份氟树脂、70-80份聚氯乙烯糊树脂、30-35份煤焦油沥青、20-25份煤焦油、6-8份碳纤维粉、6-7份氧化石墨烯液体、6-10份活性钛白粉、5-6份氮化锌、4-5份纳米氮化钛、3-5份纳米银粉、6-8份纳米碳酸铁粉、8-10份石英粉、15-20份有机硅油、6-8份甘油、10-12份二甲苯、12-15份乙二醇丁醚、10-15份1,2-丙二醇。
