本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种防刮涂料。该种防刮涂料,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:聚酰胺树脂30~45份、有机硅树脂26~42份、氟碳树脂16~27份、陶瓷纤维15~26份、玻璃纤维12~17份、丁腈橡胶5~10份、轻质碳酸钙13~19份、环烷酸钙2~7份、乙酸丁酯8~14份、金属粉末2~9份、钛白粉0.3~1.5份和硅烷偶联剂2~8份。该种防刮涂料成分配比合理,结构稳定,强度高,黏合性能好,耐刮擦、防腐蚀,力学性能优异,使用寿命长,特别适用于潮湿环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种防刮涂料。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,太阳能热水器得到了越来越广泛的应用。太阳能热水器在安装过程中易发生刮擦现象,导致表面的保护漆脱落,使太阳能热水器在后面的使用过程中易发生生锈、被腐蚀现象。因此,需要提供一种防刮涂料,涂覆在太阳能热水器表面,避免这种现象的发生。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述问题,提供了一种防刮涂料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种防刮涂料由如下按照重量份的原料组成:聚酰胺树脂30~45份、有机硅树脂26~42份、氟碳树脂16~27份、陶瓷纤维15~26份、玻璃纤维12~17份、丁腈橡胶5~10份、轻质碳酸钙13~19份、环烷酸钙2~7份、乙酸丁酯8~14份、金属粉末2~9份、钛白粉0.3~1.5份和硅烷偶联剂2~8份。
所述防刮涂料由如下按照重量份的原料组成:聚酰胺树脂33~40份、有机硅树脂29~36份、氟碳树脂19~25份、陶瓷纤维18~22份、玻璃纤维13~15份、丁腈橡胶7~9份、轻质碳酸钙14~17份、环烷酸钙3~6份、乙酸丁酯10~13份、金属粉末3~7份、钛白粉0.6~1.2份和硅烷偶联剂3~5份。
所述防刮涂料由如下按照重量份的原料组成:聚酰胺树脂36份、有机硅树脂31份、氟碳树脂22份、陶瓷纤维20份、玻璃纤维14份、丁腈橡胶8份、轻质碳酸钙15份、环烷酸钙4份、乙酸丁酯11份、金属粉末6份、钛白粉0.9份和硅烷偶联剂4份。
所述防刮涂料的金属粉末由铜粉和镍粉按照1:1重量份比配置而成。
本发明的有益效果:该种防刮涂料成分配比合理,结构稳定,强度高,黏合性能好,耐刮擦、防腐蚀,力学性能优异,使用寿命长,特别适用于潮湿环境。

1.一种防刮涂料,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:聚酰胺树脂30~45份、有机硅树脂26~42份、氟碳树脂16~27份、陶瓷纤维15~26份、玻璃纤维12~17份、丁腈橡胶5~10份、轻质碳酸钙13~19份、环烷酸钙2~7份、乙酸丁酯8~14份、金属粉末2~9份、钛白粉0.3~1.5份和硅烷偶联剂2~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防刮涂料,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:聚酰胺树脂33~40份、有机硅树脂29~36份、氟碳树脂19~25份、陶瓷纤维18~22份、玻璃纤维13~15份、丁腈橡胶7~9份、轻质碳酸钙14~17份、环烷酸钙3~6份、乙酸丁酯10~13份、金属粉末3~7份、钛白粉0.6~1.2份和硅烷偶联剂3~5份。
