一种润滑油 技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域。
背景技术
润滑油是涂在机器轴承表面的油状液体,按其来源分动物油、植物油、石油润滑油和合成润滑油四大类,其具有减少摩擦、避免发热、防止机器磨损等作用。
传统的润滑油在使用过程中有提供油膜以减少两个相对滑动或滚动面之间相互摩擦产生的磨损的作用。由于一般润滑油本身不具备足够的弹性或压缩性能,当机器运动时,无法尽可能大地吸收、消化掉机器运动时产生的震动,从而产生较大的噪音。在一些再细分的领域,如家用电器电风扇中,还要求电机轴承油具有更高的无毒性、更低的噪音、低挥发、使用寿命长、加注方便等要求。现有技术中,为了达到尽可能大地减少运动噪音,一些轴承-转轴总成采用在转轴上套装或缠绕毛毡/弹性橡胶的方法,使转轴在轴向和径向上都比较压紧,从而使震动减小,吸收消化掉一部分震动和噪音;另一个方法为增加润滑油粘度。这两个方法对减震降噪有一定作用,但会极大地增加转动轴运动或者旋转的阻力,增加能耗。另一方面,市面上大多含硅油的润滑剂为脂状,加注不方便,用途不够广泛。
发明内容
针对背景技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种润滑油,用于解决背景技术中存在的问题。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
方案Ⅰ:一种润滑油,包含由下述重量份的原料组成:聚四氟乙烯微粉>0.3%、硅油≥22.44%;其中硅油含量在≥22.44%至≤37.5%时,硅油为除二甲基硅油以外的硅油;所述润滑油为油状液体;所述硅油为可作为机械润滑油用基础油的普通硅油和改性硅油。
优选地,所述硅油包含甲基硅油、乙基硅油、苯基硅油、氯苯基硅油、氟化硅油和烷基改性硅油中的至少一种。
优选地,聚四氟乙烯微粉平均粒径(直径)为0.1-200微米。
综合分析一些文献得知,硅油含量在≥22.44wt%至≤37.5wt%时,已经记载含有二甲基硅油的记录。但改性硅油比二甲基硅油有更好的综合性能,所以这一范围特别限定出来。
所述润滑油为油状液体,可以通过包括调整聚四氟乙烯微粉含量、选择硅油粘度等方法达到油状液体的状态。
方案Ⅱ:一种轴承润滑油,同[0006]方案Ⅰ、[0007]、[0008];与[0006]方案Ⅰ不同之处,仅仅是把“一种润滑油”改为“一种轴承润滑油”;轴承包括电机马达轴承和非电机马达轴承。

有益效果
本发明润滑油,采用了多量的具有液体弹簧之称的硅油作为本润滑油其中的或者其中之一的基础油,硅油具有阻断震动传播的作用,这个是公认的,加之聚四氟乙烯微粉也具有一定的缓冲弹性,使得该润滑油消音减震效果奇好。硅油作为一种无毒材料也为众人所熟知,它在日化、超声诊疗等中广泛使用,毒性比一般润滑油基础油毒性都要低,特别适用于家用电风扇中。由于本发明的润滑油具有出色的消音减震、无毒环保、加注方便等优点,其不仅仅在电风扇领域发挥作用,在其它领域也将发挥重要作用。添加其他成分,使该润滑油具有更好的抗磨性、边界抗磨性、油膜厚度、附着性等等,会有广泛的用途。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,以下所述,仅是本发明的几个实施例而已,并非对本发明作具体的限制。
在实际生产中,由于苯基硅油有很好的油溶性、兼溶性,所以一般以苯基硅油作为本发明润滑油中硅油的或其中之一的成分。
以下各实施例中的百分数均指质量百分数。
实施例1
高苯基硅油(25℃粘度为100mm2/s)96.4%、聚四氟乙烯微粉(平均颗粒直径为2.5微米)3.5%、聚醚改性硅油消泡剂0.1%。
制备方法:
将上述各原料按量放入容器中,搅拌均匀或超声波均质分散25分钟,再过350目滤网即得 本品。
实施例2
二甲基硅油(25℃粘度为100mm2/s)96.4%、聚四氟乙烯微粉(平均颗粒直径为2.5微米)3.5%、聚醚改性硅油消泡剂0.1%。

将上述各原料按量放入调合釜中,升温至75℃,搅拌均匀或超声波均质分散25分钟,自然降至室温,再过350目滤网即得本品。

与实施例3相同,区别仅仅在于增加了分散剂高分子量丁酰亚胺(T161)1.5%,高苯基硅油含量改为80.9%。
制作方法:

与实施例4相同,区别在于增加了合成润滑油基础油偏苯三酸酯(40℃运动粘度73mm2/s)20%、石油磺酸钡(T701)3%,高苯基硅油含量改为57.9%。

  1. 一种润滑油,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原材料组成:聚四氟乙烯微粉>0.3%、硅油≥22.44%;其中硅油含量在≥22.44%至≤37.5%时,硅油为除二甲基硅油以外的硅油;

    所述硅油为可用作机械润滑油基础油的普通硅油和改性硅油。
