Abstract

本发明公开了一种自动编组输坯装置,其包括横向安装在基架首端的托辊输送机构及纵向安装在托辊输送机构尾端的皮带输送机构,皮带输送机构中间隔设有若干条状输送带,托辊输送机构中间隔安装有若干托辊,且托辊输送机构的首端通过轴承连接座与基架铰接,托辊输送机构的尾端连接升降机构,在托辊输送机构与皮带输送机构之间设有交叉重合的衔接部,在该衔接部中位于托辊输送机构上的各托辊与位于皮带输送机构上的条状输送带之间交错分布。本发明的自动编组输坯装置具有整体设计合理、设备结构简单的特点,解决了现有机械手夹具编组存在的操作精度低、调整速度慢、易夹碎砖坯的问题。

一种自动编组输坯装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种烧结砖自动生产设备,确切的说是涉及一种自动编组输坯装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着房地产行业的蓬勃发展,全国各地不断的兴建高楼大厦,因而对建筑用砖的需求量越来越大。各地的制砖企业为了降低劳动力的工作强度,提高砖的生产效率和销售量,引进了多种自动化的砖坯生产设备。但是大多数的制砖企业在进行码坯编组时,仍在使用传统的人工机械夹具进行夹取码坯编组,工人劳动强度大、耗时长,不仅影响企业的生产效率,而且增加了生产成本,虽然有部分企业已经引进了机械手夹具进行码坯编组,但现有用于码坯编组的机械手操作精度低、调整速度慢,夹取过程中还经常出现碎坯现象,因而不能满足企业的生产需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种结构简单、使用方便的自动编组输坯装置。
本发明的技术方案是:一种自动编组输坯装置,包括基架,在所述基架的首端横向安装有托辊输送机构,该托辊输送机构包括横向设置的托辊架,在托辊架上间隔平行的排列安装有若干托辊,各托辊的转动轴向纵向延伸,所述托辊架的首端通过轴承连接座铰接安装在基架上,在托辊架的尾端与所述基架之间连接有升降机构;在托辊输送机构的尾端纵向连接有皮带输送机构,该皮带输送机构主要由若干间隔并列设置的条状输送带组成,在所述托辊输送机构的尾端与该皮带输送机构的首端之间设有交叉重合的衔接部,在该衔接部中位于托辊输送机构上的各托辊与位于皮带输送机构上的各条状输送带交错分布。
所述的托辊架主要由相对间隔平行设置的一对连接板以及间隔固定在两连接板之间的若干支杆组成,所述托辊的两端通过对应设置的轴承座安装在两连接板的上端板沿。
所述升降机构为连接于所述基架和所述两连接板尾端之间的一对升降气缸。
所述的托辊输送机构中的各托辊通过皮带传动机构同步传动连接,各托辊的转动方向相同,在其中的一根托辊上传动连接有伺服电机驱动机构或步进电机驱动机构。
在所述皮带输送机构的主动转轴上传动连接有伺服电机驱动机构或步进电机驱动机构。
本发明的自动编组输坯装置是通过控制托辊输送机构尾端的升降实现了托辊输送机构与皮带输送机构之间的无缝衔接,使砖坯在由托辊输送机构移动到皮带输送机构的同时实现砖坯的编组,其具有整体设计合理、设备结构简单的特点,实现了砖坯的自动编组,有效的解决了现有机械手夹具编组存在的操作精度低、调整速度慢、易夹碎砖坯的问题。

具体实施方式
本发明的自动编组输坯装置的具体结构如图1、图2所示,其主要是由基架1、横向安装基架1首端的托辊输送机构2及纵向安装在托辊输送机构2尾端的皮带输送机构3组成。其中,基架1整体在竖直方向上的投影呈L形结构,安装在该L形基架1首端的托辊输送机构2包括横向设置的托辊架20,在托辊架20上间隔平行的排列安装有若干托辊21,各托辊21的转动轴向纵向延伸,该托辊架20的首端通过轴承连接座22铰接安装在基架1上,在托辊架20的尾端与基架1之间连接有升降机构23,本实施例中,托辊架20主要是由相对间隔平行设置的一对连接板以及间隔固定在两连接板之间的若干支杆组成的矩形框架结构,各托辊21的两端通过对应设置的轴承座安装在两连接板的上端板沿;轴承连接座22设有一对并分别安装在两连接板的首端,而升降机构23则为连接于两连接板尾端和基架1之间的一对同步动作的升降气缸;托辊架20上的各托辊21通过相应端部连接的皮带传动机构同步传动连接且转动方向相同,在其中的一根托辊21上传动连接有自动控制的伺服电机驱动机构24。皮带输送机构3包括相对间隔平行装配在基架1首尾两端的主动转轴30与被动转轴31,在主动转轴30上轴向间隔固定有若干主动轮32,在被动转轴31上间隔的固定有与各主动轮32一一对应设置的若干被动轮33,在相对应的主动轮32与被动轮33之间绕装有的条状输送带34,在主动转轴30的端部传动连接有自动控制的伺服电机驱动机构35。具体应用中,上述托辊输送机构2与皮带输送机构3也可以根据需要安装步进电机驱动机构。本发明的自动编组输坯装置中在托辊输送机构2的尾端与皮带输送机构3的首端之间设有交叉重合的衔接部,在该衔接部中位于托辊输送机构2中的各托辊21与位于皮带输送机构3上的各条状输送带34之间交错布设,托辊输送机构2通过尾端连接的升降机构23可以驱使其上安装的托辊21在上升时高出皮带输送机构3中各条状输送带34的顶面,并在升降机构23下降时带动托辊21低于各条状输送带34的顶面。
本发明的自动编组输坯装置在使用时,由到托辊输送机构2承接由上道工序制成的砖坯,在编组时,通过托辊输送机构2尾端连接的升降机构23控制位于尾端各托辊21的高低位置,当位于托辊架20尾端的各托辊21高出皮带输送机构3的各条状输送带34时,砖坯通过同步、同向转动的各托辊21从托辊输送机构2的首端向尾端移动,当砖坯移动到位时,托辊输送机构2上的各托辊停止转动,同时,其尾端连接的升降机构23下降,使托辊21的高度低于皮带输送机构3上的条状输送带34,从而使砖坯由托辊输送机构2转移到皮带输送机构3的条状输送带34上,皮带输送机构3运转,再将砖坯向其尾端输送。通过控制托辊输送机构2的升降以及托辊输送机构2与皮带输送机构3之间的运转配合,即可轻松、快捷的实现砖坯的编组输送。

Claims (5)

1.一种自动编组输坯装置,包括基架,其特征在于,在所述基架的首端横向安装有托辊输送机构,该托辊输送机构包括横向设置的托辊架,在托辊架上间隔平行的排列安装有若干托辊,各托辊的转动轴向纵向延伸,所述托辊架的首端通过轴承连接座铰接安装在基架上,在托辊架的尾端与所述基架之间连接有升降机构;在托辊输送机构的尾端纵向连接有皮带输送机构,该皮带输送机构主要由若干间隔并列设置的条状输送带组成,在所述托辊输送机构的尾端与该皮带输送机构的首端之间设有交叉重合的衔接部,在该衔接部中位于托辊输送机构上的各托辊与位于皮带输送机构上的各条状输送带交错分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动编组输坯装置,其特征在于,所述的托辊架主要由相对间隔平行设置的一对连接板以及间隔固定在两连接板之间的若干支杆组成,所述托辊的两端通过对应设置的轴承座安装在两连接板的上端板沿。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动编组输坯装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构为连接于所述基架和所述两连接板尾端之间的一对升降气缸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动编组输坯装置,其特征在于,所述的托辊输送机构中的各托辊通过皮带传动机构同步传动连接,各托辊的转动方向相同,在其中的一根托辊上传动连接有伺服电机驱动机构或步进电机驱动机构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自动编组输坯装置,其特征在于,在所述皮带输送机构的主动转轴上传动连接有伺服电机驱动机构或步进电机驱动机构。
