技术领域
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种冲调粉,尤其是涉及一种催乳冲调粉及其制作方法。
背景技术
中药学认为产后缺乳主要原因是产后气血虚弱或肝气郁结所致,表现为产后缺乳或少乳,乳房松软或乳房胀痛,久之很容易导致乳汁瘀积引起急慢性化脓性乳腺炎,影响母婴健康。而哺乳期间禁忌服用对婴儿有影响的药物,目前通常采用食疗的方式,如炖制各类通乳汤、补品等,食用过多易导致产妇营养过剩,影响身体健康。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种营养合理,安全无副作用,易于携带,且具有较好催乳效果的催乳冲调粉及其制作方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种催乳冲调粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:红豆粉8-10份,银耳粉8-14份,木瓜粉3-7份,豌豆粉6-10份,红枣粉5-9份,黑芝麻粉0.5-1.5份,皂角米粉1-2.5份,猪肝粉1-1.5份,当归粉0.5-1.2份,通草粉0.1-0.6份,黑糖4-6份。
进一步的,上述催乳冲调粉由以下重量份的原料制成:红豆粉10份,银耳粉12份,木瓜粉6份,豌豆粉8份,红枣粉6份,黑芝麻粉1份,皂角米粉2份,猪肝粉1.5份,当归粉0.8份,通草粉0.3份,黑糖5份。
上述催乳冲调粉的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量称取各原料,红豆粉、银耳粉、木瓜粉、豌豆粉、红枣粉、黑芝麻粉和皂角米粉过60-80目筛后混合,得混合粉;
(2)将混合粉加水搅拌混合,控制混合物的水分含量为30-50%,然后投入压力罐内抽真空熟化3-6min,压力控制在12-15Mpa;
(3)开罐后加入猪肝粉、当归粉、通草粉和黑糖,继续抽真空熟化2-3min,得混合浆;
(4)将混合浆在30-40℃的温度下真空干燥,粉碎后过100-120目筛,得冲调粉。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的冲调粉营养均衡合理,易于携带和冲调食用,口感清爽不油腻,对婴儿无副作用,安全可靠,具有较好催乳效果,且制作过程易控,生产成本也较低。

实施例1
一种催乳冲调粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:红豆粉8份,银耳粉8份,木瓜粉3份,豌豆粉6份,红枣粉5份,黑芝麻粉0.5份,皂角米粉1份,猪肝粉1份,当归粉0.5份,通草粉0.1份,黑糖4份。
上述催乳冲调粉的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量称取各原料,红豆粉、银耳粉、木瓜粉、豌豆粉、红枣粉、黑芝麻粉和皂角米粉过60目筛后混合,得混合粉;
(2)将混合粉加水搅拌混合,控制混合物的水分含量为30%,然后投入压力罐内抽真空熟化3min,压力控制在12Mpa;
(3)开罐后加入猪肝粉、当归粉、通草粉和黑糖,继续抽真空熟化2min,得混合浆;
(4)将混合浆在30-40℃的温度下真空干燥,粉碎后过100目筛,得冲调粉。

实施例3
一种催乳冲调粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:红豆粉10份,银耳粉14份,木瓜粉7份,豌豆粉8份,红枣粉8份,黑芝麻粉1.3份,皂角米粉2.5份,猪肝粉1.5份,当归粉1.2份,通草粉0.4份,黑糖6份。
上述催乳冲调粉的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量称取各原料,红豆粉、银耳粉、木瓜粉、豌豆粉、红枣粉、黑芝麻粉和皂角米粉过80目筛后混合,得混合粉;
(2)将混合粉加水搅拌混合,控制混合物的水分含量为50%,然后投入压力罐内抽真空熟化6min,压力控制在15Mpa;
(3)开罐后加入猪肝粉、当归粉、通草粉和黑糖,继续抽真空熟化3min,得混合浆;
(4)将混合浆在40℃的温度下真空干燥,粉碎后过120目筛,得冲调粉。

1.一种催乳冲调粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:红豆粉8-10份,银耳粉8-14份,木瓜粉3-7份,豌豆粉6-10份,红枣粉5-9份,黑芝麻粉0.5-1.5份,皂角米粉1-2.5份,猪肝粉1-1.5份,当归粉0.5-1.2份,通草粉0.1-0.6份,黑糖4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的催乳冲调粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:红豆粉10份,银耳粉12份,木瓜粉6份,豌豆粉8份,红枣粉6份,黑芝麻粉1份,皂角米粉2份,猪肝粉1.5份,当归粉0.8份,通草粉0.3份,黑糖5份。
