步骤一:首先称取低聚果糖30-50份、低聚异麦芽糖30-35份、甘草1-3份、红枣10-13份、麦芽8-10份、山药干50-55份、薏米3-5份、鸡内金7-9份、白扁豆0.5-1.2份、莱菔子1-4份、燕窝酸0.100-0.300份、芡实4-6份、红藜麦6-9份、山楂干4-6份、砂仁0.200-0.500份、牛脾肽0.100-0.300份和莲子4-6份;
步骤二:将甘草1-3份、山药干50-55份、薏米3-5份、鸡内金7-9份、白扁豆0.5-1.2份、莱菔子1-4份、芡实4-6份、红藜麦6-9份、山楂干4-6份和莲子4-6份进行分别烘烤熟透备用,然后将红枣10-13份、麦芽8-10份进行粉碎烘干备用,将山楂干4-6份切割成200目的颗粒状;
