本发明涉及食品饮料技术领域,具体涉及一种清热解暑复合饮品。
背景技术
雪梨,是一种常见的水果,它药用能治风热、润肺、凉心、消痰、降火、解毒,有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用。梨的果肉含有丰富的果浆,葡萄糖和苹果酸等有机酸,另外含有蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁、以及胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、尼克酸、抗坏血酸等多种维生素。
乌梅,是薇科落叶乔木植物梅的干燥近成熟果实,具有敛肺,涩肠,生津,安蛔之功效。常用于肺虚久咳,久泻久痢,虚热消渴,蛔厥呕吐腹痛。乌梅含有柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、糖类、谷甾醇、维生素C等成份,具有理想的抗菌作用。
雪梨与乌梅的结合作为夏日饮品再合适不过了,既能满足营养的需求,又能清热解暑,两者的口感相结合也是非常的味美。

针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种清热解暑复合饮品。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种清热解暑复合饮品,由以下重量份原料组成:雪梨30-50份、乌梅20-40份、山楂20-40份、陈皮10-20份、金银花10-20份、菊花5-15份、蒲公英5-10份、甘草6-8份、薄荷叶3-5份、冬瓜粉1-3份、玉米须2-4份、蜂蜜6-8份、冰糖10-15份、水适量。
优选地,所述的清热解暑复合饮品,由以下重量份原料组成:雪梨40份、乌梅30份、山楂30份、陈皮15份、金银花15份、菊花10份、蒲公英7.5份、甘草7份、薄荷叶4份、冬瓜粉2份、玉米须3份、蜂蜜7份、冰糖12.5份、水适量。
本发明还提供了上述清热解暑复合饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比准备各原料,并洗净备用;
(2)将雪梨去皮、去核、切块,得雪梨粒;
(3)将乌梅、山楂、陈皮、甘草、薄荷叶放入在锅中,并注入适量水,大火煮开后,加入雪梨粒、金银花、菊花、蒲公英、冬瓜粉、玉米须,转小火煮15-20分钟;
(4)将蜂蜜、冰糖加入锅中搅拌均匀后,过滤掉其中的原料和杂质,放入冷藏室冷却;
(5)取出,过滤,灭菌,灌装,即得。
