Abstract
The invention aims to provide a flax seed peeling method and a flax seed peeling device, which are characterized in that flax seeds are firstly dried, the dried flax seeds are sucked into a cone bottom cylinder through a centrifugal suction fan, flax seeds in the cone bottom cylinder are separated by wind power in the suction process, the flax seeds in the cone bottom cylinder enter a separator through a discharge hole at the bottom of the cone bottom cylinder, and the separator drives a centrifugal fan by adopting a motor to throw the flax seeds out, so that long-short distance natural layering is realized, and the problems of poor peeling effect and high peeling cost of the existing flax seed peeling device are solved.

Background
The flaxseeds do not contain cholesterol, are rich in fiber and N3 fatty acid, and the fatty acid contains nutritional ingredients which are beneficial to preventing heart diseases and other chronic diseases, so the flaxseeds are more and more concerned as health foods, and the deep processing of the flaxseeds is continuously developed along with the improvement of the attention degree, but the flaxseeds are also required to be peeled due to certain toxin in the skin of the flaxseeds, and the existing flaxseeds peeling device has the problems of poor peeling effect or complex equipment and high cost.

The invention aims to provide a flaxseed peeling method, which solves the problems of poor peeling effect and high peeling cost of the existing flaxseed peeling method.

1. firstly, the flaxseeds are dried until the moisture content of the flaxseeds is 8 to 12 percent,
2. sucking the dried flaxseeds into a cone bottom cylinder through a centrifugal material sucking fan, separating flaxseeds and kernels by wind power in the sucking process,
3. the flaxseeds sucked into the cone bottom cylinder enter the separator through a discharge hole at the bottom of the cone bottom cylinder, fall down in the cone bottom cylinder and collide for further seed-coat separation,
4. the separator adopts a motor to drive a centrifugal fan to throw out the flaxseeds, and utilizes the weight difference of the flaxseeds and the flaxseeds to realize long-and-short-distance natural layering,
5. a retainer ring is arranged by taking the separator as the circle center and is used for blocking the flaxseed skin and the flaxseed kernel thrown away by the separator to prevent the flaxseed skin and the flaxseed kernel from flying away far,
6. and (5) recovering the whole kernels, broken kernels and husks of the flaxseeds which are naturally layered in the retainer ring respectively.
The principle of the invention is that the flaxseeds are dried to a certain extent, so that the separation of the flaxseeds and the husks is facilitated during the subsequent centrifugal transportation, then the physical characteristics of different weights of the flaxseeds and the husks are utilized, the flaxseeds and the husks are layered at a natural distance by using the centrifugal force, so that the flaxseeds are convenient for people to recover, and the indistinguishable parts among the layers can be sent back to the front end of the centrifugal suction fan for recycling.
The flax seed peeling device suitable for the method of the invention comprises a dryer, a conveyor belt, a suction bin, a centrifugal suction fan, a cone bottom cylinder, a check ring and a separator,
the suction bin comprises a feed inlet and a discharge outlet, the feed inlet is positioned at the bottom of a side wall, the discharge outlet is positioned at the upper part of the suction bin, the feed inlet of the suction bin is connected with the discharge outlet of the dryer through a conveyor belt,
the cone bottom cylinder is a totally-enclosed cylinder body, the bottom of the cone bottom cylinder is provided with a discharge port, the upper part of the cone bottom cylinder is provided with a centrifugal suction fan, the suction port on the centrifugal suction fan is connected with a discharge port pipeline of a suction bin, the discharge port of the centrifugal suction fan is connected with a top pipeline of the cone bottom cylinder,
the separator is positioned right below the cone bottom cylinder and comprises a base, a motor, centrifugal fan blades and a protective cover, wherein the motor is arranged in the base, the protective cover is arranged at the top of the base, a plurality of openings are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the protective cover, the top end of the protective cover is provided with an opening, the opening is connected with a discharge hole at the bottom of the cone bottom cylinder in a pipeline manner, the centrifugal fan blades are horizontally arranged in the protective cover and are arranged on a motor shaft,
the check ring is arranged by taking the separator as the center of a circle.
The dust remover is connected with the lower part of the cone bottom cylinder.
The radius of the check ring is 3-6 meters.
The device has simple structure and convenient use, can quickly and simply separate the husks, the whole kernels and the broken kernels of the flaxseeds, is convenient for subsequent processing operation, and has low equipment cost.

the cone bottom cylinder 5 is a totally-enclosed cylinder body, the bottom of the cone bottom cylinder is provided with a discharge hole, the upper part of the cone bottom cylinder is provided with a centrifugal suction fan 4, a suction hole on the centrifugal suction fan 4 is connected with a discharge hole pipeline of a suction bin, the discharge hole of the centrifugal suction fan is connected with a top pipeline of the cone bottom cylinder,
the separator 7 is positioned under the cone bottom cylinder 5 and comprises a base 71, a motor 72, a centrifugal fan blade 73 and a protective cover 74, wherein the motor 72 is arranged in the base 71, the protective cover 74 is arranged at the top of the base, a plurality of openings are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the protective cover 74, the top end of the protective cover 74 is provided with openings, the openings are connected with a discharge port pipeline at the bottom of the cone bottom cylinder, the centrifugal fan blade 73 is horizontally arranged in the protective cover 74, the centrifugal fan blade 73 is arranged on the shaft of the motor 72,
a retainer ring 6 which is arranged by taking the separator 7 as a circle center and has a radius of 4 meters,
