Abstract

本发明涉及一种椰糠提取物及其在制备抗过敏中的应用,本发明椰糠提取物由如下方法制备:(1)取椰糠,加入其质量5至10倍量无水乙醇,回流提取5至8小时后,趁热过滤,除去滤渣,滤液减压浓缩后得浸膏;(2)步骤(1)得到的浸膏经大孔树脂柱吸附,用体积分数为60‑70%的乙醇洗脱,收集4‑6倍量柱体积的洗脱液,减压浓缩,真空干燥得所述椰糠提取物。本发明椰糠提取物具有增强芦丁的抗过敏能力,可被开发用于制备抗过敏剂,用于医药、化妆品等领域。

Description

一种椰糠提取物及其在协同抗过敏中的应用
技术领域
本发明属于美白防晒领域,具体涉及一种椰糠提取物及其在协同抗过敏中的应用。
背景技术
椰子(Cocos nucifera L.)为棕榈科椰子属的单子叶植物,是一种很有开发价值的热带经济作物。椰肉可食,亦可榨油,椰子水(胚乳)可为饮料等。椰壳、椰糠(即椰衣纤维粉末)是椰子深加工的副产品,目前,椰糠主要应用于农林业作为栽培基质,其他方面的应用尚无报道。本发明采用有机溶剂对椰糠进行提取,发现其提取物具有增强芦丁抗过敏的能力,因此,椰糠提取物可被开发用于制备抗过敏剂用于医药、化妆品等领域。
发明内容
本发明提供一种椰糠提取物,其特征在于所述椰糠提取物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取椰糠,加入其质量8至10倍量无水乙醇,回流提取5至8小时后,趁热过滤,除去滤渣,滤液减压浓缩后得浸膏;
(2)步骤(1)得到的浸膏经大孔树脂柱吸附,用体积分数为60-70%的乙醇洗脱,收集4-6倍量柱体积的洗脱液,减压浓缩,真空干燥得所述椰糠提取物。
步骤(1)所述椰糠优选干燥的椰衣纤维粉碎至20-100目;步骤(2)所述的大孔树脂选自D101型或AB8型。
本发明的另一实施方案提供上述椰糠提取物的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)取椰糠,加入其质量8至10倍量无水乙醇,回流提取5至8小时后,趁热过滤,除去滤渣,滤液减压浓缩后得浸膏;
(2)步骤(1)得到的浸膏经大孔树脂柱吸附,用体积分数为60-70%的乙醇洗脱,收集4-6倍量柱体积的洗脱液,减压浓缩,真空干燥得所述椰糠提取物。
步骤(1)所述椰糠优选干燥的椰衣纤维粉碎至20-100目;步骤(2)所述的大孔树脂选自D101型或AB8型。
本发明的另一实施方案提供上述椰糠提取物在制备抗过敏剂中的应用。该抗过敏剂可应用于医药、化妆品等领域。
本发明的另一实施方案提供上述椰糠提取物在增强芦丁抗过敏中的应用。
一种抗过敏剂,其特征在于包括本发明所述的椰糠提取物。
一种抗过敏剂,其特征在于包括本发明所述的椰糠提取物以及芦丁。
一种抗过敏剂,其特征在于包括本发明所述的椰糠提取物以及芦丁,所述椰糠提取物的用量为芦丁质量的5-10%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明开发了椰子深加工的副产品——椰糠的另一新用途,即椰糠提取物能增强芦丁对透明质酸酶的抑制率,即增强芦丁的抗过敏能力,可被开发用于制备抗过敏剂,用于医药、化妆品等领域,极大地丰富了椰糠的用途。
具体实施方式
为了便于对本发明的进一步理解,下面提供的实施例对其做了更详细的说明。但是这些实施例仅供更好的理解发明而并非用来限定本发明的范围或实施原则,本发明的实施方式不限于以下内容。
实施例1
(1)取干燥的椰衣纤维(1.0kg)粉碎至100目(得椰糠),加入8.0kg无水乙醇,回流提取5小时后,趁热过滤,除去滤渣,滤液减压浓缩后得浸膏;
(2)步骤(1)得到的浸膏经大孔树脂柱吸附,用体积分数为60-70%的乙醇洗脱,收集4-6倍量柱体积的洗脱液,减压浓缩,真空干燥得椰糠提取物(19.4g,以下简称产品A)。
实施例2
(1)取干燥的椰衣纤维(1.0kg)粉碎至20目(得椰糠),加入10.0kg无水乙醇,回流提取8小时后,趁热过滤,除去滤渣,滤液减压浓缩后得浸膏;
(2)步骤(1)得到的浸膏经大孔树脂柱吸附,用体积分数为60-70%的乙醇洗脱,收集4-6倍量柱体积的洗脱液,减压浓缩,真空干燥得椰糠提取物(20.2g,以下简称产品B)。
实施例3抗过敏性试验
按照现有技术的方法,分别测试浓度为30μg/mL和60μg/mL时,样品:芦丁、产品A、产品B、产品A+芦丁(产品A质量为芦丁质量的5%)、产品B+芦丁(产品B质量为芦丁质量的10%)对透明质酸酶的抑制率,本发明以下测试结果按照中国专利申请号:201310531168.0中记载的方法进行测试的,见表1。

“-”表示样品对透明质酸酶的抑制率小于10%。
上述实验结果显示,产品A、B本身对透明质酸酶几乎没有抑制作用,但是当其与芦丁混合,尤其是其用量为芦丁质量5%-10%时,能显著增强芦丁对透明质酸酶的抑制;这一实验结果表明,椰糠提取物可用于增强芦丁的抗过敏效果,进而作为添加剂用于制备抗过敏剂,用于医药、化妆品等领域。

1.一种椰糠提取物在制备增强芦丁抗过敏制剂中的应用,所述椰糠提取物的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)取椰糠,加入其质量8至10倍量无水乙醇,回流提取5至8小时后,趁热过滤,除去滤渣,滤液减压浓缩后得浸膏;(2)步骤(1)得到的浸膏经大孔树脂柱吸附,用体积分数为60−70%的乙醇洗脱,收集4-6倍量柱体积的洗脱液,减压浓缩,真空干燥得所述椰糠提取物;步骤(1)所述的椰糠选自干燥的椰衣纤维粉碎至20−100目;步骤(2)所述的大孔树脂选自D101型或AB8型。
2.一种抗过敏剂,其特征在于包括椰糠提取物以及芦丁,所述椰糠提取物的用量为芦丁质量的5−10%;所述椰糠提取物的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)取椰糠,加入其质量8至10倍量无水乙醇,回流提取5至8小时后,趁热过滤,除去滤渣,滤液减压浓缩后得浸膏;(2)步骤(1)得到的浸膏经大孔树脂柱吸附,用体积分数为60−70%的乙醇洗脱,收集4-6倍量柱体积的洗脱液,减压浓缩,真空干燥得所述椰糠提取物;步骤(1)所述的椰糠选自干燥的椰衣纤维粉碎至20−100目;步骤(2)所述的大孔树脂选自D101型或AB8型。
