一种荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,所述的冻干粉粒制品选用荷叶的新鲜叶片,并用如下制备方法制取:a)将荷叶的新鲜叶片烫水杀青,用90—100℃的水煮2—5分钟,沥水摊凉;b)制浆,用打浆机制成浆液;c)冷冻干燥,用冷冻干燥机干燥至含水6%以下时取出;d)超低温粉碎,在零下10—30℃的环境下,粉碎成200目的超细粉,并将超细粉制成颗粒制品;它具有制备方法简单,能够最大地保障产品的生物活性,提高有效成分的利用率,制成的颗粒可以方便冲泡使用,提高体内吸收率等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,属于食药剂的冻干粉粒制品领域。
背景技术
荷叶是“药食两用”的食物,荷叶中富含的黄酮类物质,是大多数氧自由基的清除剂,可以提高SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)的活力,减少MDA(脂质过氧化物丙二醛)及0X-LDL(氧化低密度脂蛋白)的生成,它可以增加冠脉流量,对实验性心肌梗塞有对抗作用等。
荷叶中可以提取生物碱降血脂,因为荷叶碱可扩张血管,清热解暑,有降血压的作用;荷叶中的生物碱还有降血脂作用,且临床上常用于肥胖症的治疗;荷叶的减肥原理,即服用后在人体肠壁上形成一层脂肪隔离膜,有效阻止脂肪的吸收,从根本上减重,并更有效的控制反弹。
荷叶不仅具有很好的观赏价值,同时药用价值也是非常不错的。将荷叶泡水喝具有很好的保健作用,虽然不会像服用西药那样出现立竿见影的效果,但是胜在无副作用,特别是减肥的效果非常的不错;同时荷叶泡水喝具有如下功效:第一:治疗腹泻;第二:治疗水肿;第三:治疗黄水疮;第四:漆疮;第五:降低血脂;第六:利尿通便,
现有荷叶的泡茶方法是:将荷叶撕成小片小片,然后放入杯子之中,倒入开水盖上盖子,等水已经不烫的时候就可以服用了。
但上述直接选用荷叶作为泡茶的原料,其功效无法有效地发挥,荷叶的有效成分利用率低,人们的身体吸收效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种制备方法简单,能够最大地保障制品的生物活性,提高制品有效成分的利用率,制成的颗粒可以方便冲泡使用,提高体内吸收率的荷叶的冻干粉粒制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,所述的冻干粉粒制品选用荷叶的新鲜叶片,并用如下制备方法制取:
a)将荷叶的新鲜叶片烫水杀青,用90—100℃的水煮2—5分钟,沥水摊凉;
b)制浆,用打浆机制成浆液;
c)冷冻干燥,用冷冻干燥机干燥至含水6%以下时取出;
d)超低温粉碎,在零下10—30℃的环境下,粉碎成200目的超细粉,并将超细粉制成颗粒制品;
作为优选:在荷叶的新鲜叶片中,挑捡出杂质和腐烂叶片,用饮用水洗去泥沙杂质,再用纯净水漂洗;
所述的步骤a),用95—100℃的水煮3—5分钟,稍有本品固有清香气溢出时捞起,沥水摊凉;
所述的步骤c),用冷冻干燥机干燥至含水5%以下时取出;
所述的步骤d),在零下20—30℃的环境下,粉碎成200目的超细粉,再用沸腾制粒机并用纯净水作粘合剂、将超细粉制成颗粒制品。
本发明具有制备方法简单,能能够最大地保障产品的生物活性,提高有效成分的利用率,提高体内吸收率,制成的颗粒可以方便冲泡使用等特点。

下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作详细的介绍:本发明所述的一种荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,所述的冻干粉粒制品选用荷叶的新鲜叶片,并用如下制备方法制取:
a)将荷叶的新鲜叶片烫水杀青,用90—100℃的水煮2—5分钟,沥水摊凉;
b)制浆,用打浆机制成浆液;
c)冷冻干燥,用冷冻干燥机干燥至含水6%以下时取出;
d)超低温粉碎,在零下10—30℃的环境下,粉碎成200目的超细粉,并将超细粉制成颗粒制品;
本发明进一步的实施例是:本发明所述的一种荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,所述的冻干粉粒制品选用荷叶的新鲜叶片,挑捡出杂质和腐烂叶片,用饮用水洗去泥沙杂质,再用纯净水漂洗;并用如下制备方法制取:
a)烫水杀青,用90—100℃的水煮2—5分钟,稍有本品固有清香气溢出时捞起,沥水摊凉;
b)制浆,用打浆机制成浆液;
c)冷冻干燥,用冷冻干燥机干燥至含水6%以下时取出;
d)超低温粉碎,在零下10—30℃的环境下,粉碎成200目的超细粉,再用沸腾制粒机并用纯净水作粘合剂、将超细粉制成颗粒制品。
传统工艺制成的成品,其浸出物照醇溶性浸出物测定法测定,用70%乙醇作溶剂,不得少于10.0%,含荷叶碱不得少于0.1%。
本发明所述的颗粒制品,其浸出物照醇溶性浸出物测定法测定,用70%乙醇作溶剂,不得少于15.0%,含荷叶碱(C1H21 NO2)不得少于0.13%。

1.一种荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,其特征在于所述的冻干粉粒制品选用荷叶的新鲜叶片,并用如下制备方法制取:
a)将荷叶的新鲜叶片烫水杀青,用90—100℃的水煮2—5分钟,沥水摊凉;
b)制浆,用打浆机制成浆液;
c)冷冻干燥,用冷冻干燥机干燥至含水6%以下时取出;
d)超低温粉碎,在零下10—30℃的环境下,粉碎成200目的超细粉,并将超细粉制成颗粒制品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,其特征在于:在荷叶的新鲜叶片中,挑捡出杂质和腐烂叶片,用饮用水洗去泥沙杂质,再用纯净水漂洗;
