一种薄荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,其所述的冻干粉粒制品选用薄荷叶的新鲜叶片,并将薄荷叶的新鲜叶片按照如下制备方法制取:a)将薄荷叶的新鲜叶片烫水杀青,用90—100℃的水煮2—5分钟,沥水摊凉;b)制浆,用打浆机制成浆液;c)冷冻干燥,用冷冻干燥机干燥至含水6%以下时取出;d)超低温粉碎、制粒,在零下10—30℃的环境下,粉碎成200目的超细粉,并将超细粉制成颗粒制品;它具有制备方法简单,能够最大地保障产品的生物活性,提高有效成分的利用率,制成的颗粒可以方便冲泡使用,提高体内吸收率等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种薄荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,属于食药剂的冻干粉粒制品领域。
背景技术
薄荷叶是植物薄荷的叶子,味道清凉,薄荷叶具有医用和食用双重功能,主要食用部位为茎和叶,也可榨汁服。在食用上,既可作为调味剂,又可作香料,还可配酒、冲茶等。
薄荷学名Menthaspp,利用薄荷叶5~10克,以热开水冲泡,待香味溢出即可以饮用,这是最为方便快捷的饮用方式,如果夏季以带盖器皿冲泡,可以避免薄荷油挥发,待凉后饮用,“满腹清凉之感”会让人心旷神怡。薄荷叶的食疗作用是:具有疏风散热,清头目,利咽喉,透疹,解郁等功效;主治风热表症,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,咽痛声哑,鼻渊,牙痛,麻疹不透,隐疹瘙痒,肝郁胁痛脘胀,瘰疬结核等等。
无论是医用和食用,现有技术中还没有一种方法能够最大地提高薄荷叶的生物活性,提高有效成分的利用率,提高人们身体的有效成分吸收率等等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种制备方法简单,能够最大地保障制品的生物活性,提高制品有效成分的利用率,制成的颗粒可以方便冲泡使用,提高体内吸收率的薄荷叶的冻干粉粒制品。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种薄荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,所述的冻干粉粒制品选用薄荷叶的新鲜叶片,并将薄荷叶的新鲜叶片按照如下制备方法制取:
a)将薄荷叶的新鲜叶片烫水杀青,用90—100℃的水煮2—5分钟,沥水摊凉;
b)制浆,用打浆机制成浆液;
c)冷冻干燥,用冷冻干燥机干燥至含水6%以下时取出;
d)超低温粉碎、制粒,在零下10—30℃的环境下,粉碎成200目的超细粉,并将超细粉制成颗粒制品。
作为优选:选用夏、秋两季茎叶茂盛或花开至三轮时、在晴天分次采割的新鲜薄荷叶叶片作为原料,在薄荷叶的新鲜叶片中,挑捡出杂质和腐烂叶片,用饮用水洗去泥沙杂质,再用纯净水漂洗;
所述的步骤a),用95—100℃的水煮3—5分钟,稍有本品固有清香气溢出时捞起,沥水摊凉;
所述的步骤c),用冷冻干燥机干燥至含水5%以下时取出;
所述的步骤d),在零下20—30℃的环境下,粉碎成200目的超细粉,再用沸腾制粒机并用纯净水作粘合剂、将超细粉制成颗粒制品。
本发明具有制备方法简单,能能够最大地保障产品的生物活性,提高有效成分的利用率,提高体内吸收率,制成的颗粒可以方便冲泡使用等特点。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作详细的介绍:本发明所述的一种薄荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,所述的冻干粉粒制品选用薄荷叶的新鲜叶片,并将薄荷叶的新鲜叶片按照如下制备方法制取:
a)将薄荷叶的新鲜叶片烫水杀青,用90—100℃的水煮2—5分钟,沥水摊凉;
b)制浆,用打浆机制成浆液;
c)冷冻干燥,用冷冻干燥机干燥至含水6%以下时取出;
d)超低温粉碎、制粒,在零下10—30℃的环境下,粉碎成200目的超细粉,并将超细粉制成颗粒制品。
本发明进一步的实施例是:本发明所述的一种薄荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,所述的冻干粉粒制品选用夏、秋两季茎叶茂盛或花开至三轮时、在晴天分次采割的新鲜薄荷叶叶片作为原料,在薄荷叶的新鲜叶片中,挑捡出杂质和腐烂叶片,用饮用水洗去泥沙杂质,再用纯净水漂洗;
a)烫水杀青,用90—100℃的水煮2—5分钟,沥水摊凉;
b)制浆,用打浆机制成浆液;
c)冷冻干燥,用冷冻干燥机干燥至含水6%以下时取出;
d)超低温粉碎,在零下20—30℃的环境下,粉碎成200目的超细粉,再用沸腾制粒机并用纯净水作粘合剂、将超细粉制成颗粒制品。
传统工艺制备的制品,其含挥发油不得少于0.4%(ml/g)。
本发明制备的颗粒制品,其含挥发油不得少于1.0%(ml/g)。

1.一种薄荷叶的冻干粉粒制品,其特征在于所述的冻干粉粒制品选用薄荷叶的新鲜叶片,并将薄荷叶的新鲜叶片按照如下制备方法制取:
a)将薄荷叶的新鲜叶片烫水杀青,用90—100℃的水煮2—5分钟,沥水摊凉;
b)制浆,用打浆机制成浆液;
c)冷冻干燥,用冷冻干燥机干燥至含水6%以下时取出;
d)超低温粉碎、制粒,在零下10—30℃的环境下,粉碎成200目的超细粉,并将超细粉制成颗粒制品。
