本发明提供一种桃金娘饮料,属于饮料领域。为了解决桃金娘饮料的产品空白,本发明提供一种桃金娘饮料,由以下重量份的原料制成:桃金娘果汁25~30份;酸浆草5~10份;稻花蜜2~10份;魔芋酶解粉1-3份;柠檬酸0.05-0.2份;卡拉胶0.2-0.8份;水40-60份。本发明提供的桃金娘饮料,将桃金娘和酸浆草进行配比,丰富了饮料产品的种类;口感酸甜,适于大众消费;具有治疗贫血、体虚、神经衰弱等疾病;还有清热利湿,凉咖散瘀,消肿解毒的效用。

技术领域
本发明属于饮料领域,具体涉及一种桃金娘饮料。
背景技术
桃金娘为桃金娘科植物桃金娘的果实,又名桃娘、棯子、山棯、仲尼。桃金娘果是产于亚热带的野生水果,生于丘陵、旷野及路旁,亦可大面积人工种植。据《中药大辞典》记载,桃金娘果实以养血、滋补养颜、明目著称,可用于治疗各类贫血、体虚、遗精、神经衰弱等疾病,至今已有千余年历史。据广州市药检所利用现代科学技术研究发现其含有丰富的多种氯基酸,多种糖类,有机酸、酚类、黄酮甙等人体所必须的营养成份。是一种具有广泛开发利用价值的野生植物资源。
中药传统加工方法是将成熟的桃金娘(稔子)果实,采集回来后蒸熟晒干泡酒,生产果酒。由于此工艺是将成熟果实蒸熟晒干以及泡于酒中,使原果中所含的多种营养成份和药效成份,特别是氨基酸类和维生素类物质受到大量破坏,同时失去了桃金娘鲜果的原有风味,口感性差。
酸浆草是一种在南北方广泛生长的野草,具有清热利湿,解毒消肿的功效。可用于感冒发热,肠炎,尿路感染,尿路结石,神经衰弱;外用治跌打损伤,毒蛇咬伤,痈肿疮疖,脚癣,湿疹,烧烫伤,是一种具有广泛开发利用价值的野生植物资源。
目前,还未见将酸浆草用于饮料的产品出售。

为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种桃金娘饮料,采用如下技术方案:
一种桃金娘饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
桃金娘果汁25~30份;酸浆草5~10份;稻花蜜2~10份;魔芋酶解粉1-3份;柠檬酸0.05-0.2份;卡拉胶0.2-0.8份;水40-60份;所述的魔芋酶解粉为:将魔芋精粉经β-葡聚糖酶处理后得到的粉末固体。
优选地,所述的桃金娘果汁通过以下方法制得:选取新鲜的桃金娘果实,用流水洗净,然后用粉碎机打碎、研磨、过滤即可得到桃金娘果汁。
优选地,所述的酸浆草通过以下方法制得:选取新鲜的酸浆草叶子,用流水清洗干净,然后用粉碎机打碎、研磨,即得所述的酸浆草。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1. 本发明提供的桃金娘饮料,将桃金娘和酸浆草进行配比,丰富了饮料产品的种类;口感酸甜,适于大众消费;具有治疗贫血、体虚、神经衰弱等疾病;还有清热利湿,凉咖散瘀,消肿解毒的效用。
2. 本发明提供的桃金娘饮料中,包括经β-葡聚糖酶处理后得到的魔芋酶解粉,能充分发挥魔芋的粘度和稳定性,改善桃金娘饮料中桃金娘颗粒和酸浆草颗粒的悬浮效果,提高桃金娘饮料的粘度,调节味觉、食觉及改善外观质量。

以下实施例只用于说明本发明,并不用于现在本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种桃金娘饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
桃金娘果汁25份;酸浆草10份;稻花蜜2份;魔芋酶解粉3份;柠檬酸0.05份;卡拉胶0.2份;水40份;所述的魔芋酶解粉为:将魔芋精粉经β-葡聚糖酶处理后得到的粉末固体。
其中,魔芋酶解粉通过以下步骤制得:将魔芋精粉分散在去离子水中,加热至50℃,加入β-葡聚糖酶,搅拌均匀后保存50℃下60min,然后进行冻干、研磨成300目的颗粒,即得所述的魔芋酶解粉。
所述的桃金娘果汁通过以下方法制得:选取新鲜的桃金娘果实,用流水洗净,然后用粉碎机打碎、研磨、过滤即可得到桃金娘果汁。
所述的酸浆草通过以下方法制得:选取新鲜的酸浆草叶子,用流水清洗干净,然后用粉碎机打碎、研磨,即得所述的酸浆草。
实施例2
一种桃金娘饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
桃金娘果汁30份;酸浆草10份;稻花蜜3份;魔芋酶解粉2份;柠檬酸0.05份;卡拉胶0.2份;水60份;所述的魔芋酶解粉为:将魔芋精粉经β-葡聚糖酶处理后得到的粉末固体。
其中,魔芋酶解粉通过以下步骤制得:将魔芋精粉分散在去离子水中,加热至60℃,加入β-葡聚糖酶,搅拌均匀后保存60℃下30min,然后进行冻干、研磨成300目的颗粒,即得所述的魔芋酶解粉。
所述的桃金娘果汁通过以下方法制得:选取新鲜的桃金娘果实,用流水洗净,然后用粉碎机打碎、研磨、过滤即可得到桃金娘果汁。
所述的酸浆草通过以下方法制得:选取新鲜的酸浆草叶子,用流水清洗干净,然后用粉碎机打碎、研磨,即得所述的酸浆草。

一种桃金娘饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
桃金娘果汁30份;酸浆草10份;稻花蜜2份;魔芋酶解粉2份;柠檬酸0.05份;卡拉胶0.2份;水60份;所述的魔芋酶解粉为:将魔芋精粉经β-葡聚糖酶处理后得到的粉末固体。

所述的桃金娘果汁通过以下方法制得:选取新鲜的桃金娘果实,用流水洗净,然后用粉碎机打碎、研磨、过滤即可得到桃金娘果汁。
