Abstract
本发明提供一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射液药材粉碎精磨工艺,所述粉碎精磨工艺步骤如下:将驱虫斑鸠菊放入切断机中进行粗切,并且将驱虫斑鸠菊段放入精制罐中进行加液提取;将提取后的驱虫斑鸠菊段放入粉碎机中进行二次粉碎;将粉碎后的驱虫斑鸠菊块放入精制罐中进行二次提取;将二次提取的驱虫斑鸠菊块放入磨粉机中进行磨粉,并且将粉末通过过滤筛网中,对粉末粒径进行筛选;将粒径过大的粉末重新放入磨粉机进行二次磨粉,将粒径合格的粉末放在精制罐内进行成液,完成粉碎工艺。避免药渣出现,并且对驱虫斑鸠菊进行完成使用,降低生产成本,并且通过过滤网对粉末进行筛选,避免对药液罐进行清理,减少清洁工作。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药注射剂制备领域,尤其涉及一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射液药材粉碎精磨工艺。
背景技术
目前在制备驱虫斑鸠菊注射液时,需要将驱虫斑鸠菊制成药液,目前在对驱虫斑鸠菊进行粉碎时,通常只是通过一次粉碎,在制成药液时容易出现药渣,造成驱虫斑鸠菊浪费,增加生产成本,并且每次生产后需要对药液罐进行清洗,去除药渣,以防影响下一次生产,增加工艺步骤,增加生产时间。因此,解决制备驱虫斑鸠菊药液时容易产生药渣的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射液药材粉碎精磨工艺,通过初切-精切-磨粉对驱虫斑鸠菊进行粉碎,并且对药液进行三次成液,避免药渣出现,并且对驱虫斑鸠菊进行完成使用,解决了制备驱虫斑鸠菊药液时容易产生药渣的问题。
本发明提供一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射液药材粉碎精磨工艺,所述粉碎精磨工艺步骤如下:
步骤一:将驱虫斑鸠菊放入切断机中进行粗切,并且将驱虫斑鸠菊段放入精制罐中进行加液提取;
步骤二:将提取后的驱虫斑鸠菊段放入粉碎机中进行二次粉碎;
步骤三:将粉碎后的驱虫斑鸠菊块放入精制罐中进行二次提取;
步骤四:将二次提取的驱虫斑鸠菊块放入磨粉机中进行磨粉,并且将粉末通过过滤筛网中,对粉末粒径进行筛选;
步骤五:将粒径过大的粉末重新放入磨粉机进行二次磨粉,将粒径合格的粉末放在精制罐内进行成液,完成粉碎工艺。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤一中对驱虫斑鸠菊进行切断时保证每段驱虫斑鸠菊在3~5cm。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤步骤四中过滤筛网的网孔孔径为2.5mm。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤一、三和五中向驱虫斑鸠菊中加入的液体为纯度85%的乙醇。
本发明的有益效果是:通过初切-精切-磨粉对驱虫斑鸠菊进行粉碎,并且对药液进行三次成液,避免药渣出现,并且对驱虫斑鸠菊进行完成使用,降低生产成本,并且通过过滤网对粉末进行筛选,降低药渣出现的可能性,避免对药液罐进行清理,减少清洁工作。

本实施例提供了一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射液药材粉碎精磨工艺,所述粉碎精磨工艺步骤如下:
步骤一:将驱虫斑鸠菊放入切断机中进行粗切,并且将驱虫斑鸠菊段放入精制罐中进行加液提取;
步骤二:将提取后的驱虫斑鸠菊段放入粉碎机中进行二次粉碎;
步骤三:将粉碎后的驱虫斑鸠菊块放入精制罐中进行二次提取;
步骤四:将二次提取的驱虫斑鸠菊块放入磨粉机中进行磨粉,并且将粉末通过过滤筛网中,对粉末粒径进行筛选;
步骤五:将粒径过大的粉末重新放入磨粉机进行二次磨粉,将粒径合格的粉末放在精制罐内进行成液,完成粉碎工艺。
所述步骤一中对驱虫斑鸠菊进行切断时保证每段驱虫斑鸠菊在5cm。所述步骤步骤四中过滤筛网的网孔孔径为2.5mm。所述步骤一、三和五中向驱虫斑鸠菊中加入的液体为纯度85%的乙醇。通过初切-精切-磨粉对驱虫斑鸠菊进行粉碎,并且对药液进行三次成液,避免药渣出现,并且对驱虫斑鸠菊进行完成使用,降低生产成本,并且通过过滤网对粉末进行筛选,降低药渣出现的可能性,避免对药液罐进行清理,减少清洁工作。

1.一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射液药材粉碎精磨工艺,其特征在于:所述粉碎精磨工艺步骤如下:
步骤一:将驱虫斑鸠菊放入切断机中进行粗切,并且将驱虫斑鸠菊段放入精制罐中进行加液提取;
步骤二:将提取后的驱虫斑鸠菊段放入粉碎机中进行二次粉碎;
步骤三:将粉碎后的驱虫斑鸠菊块放入精制罐中进行二次提取;
步骤四:将二次提取的驱虫斑鸠菊块放入磨粉机中进行磨粉,并且将粉末通过过滤筛网中,对粉末粒径进行筛选;
步骤五:将粒径过大的粉末重新放入磨粉机进行二次磨粉,将粒径合格的粉末放在精制罐内进行成液,完成粉碎工艺。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射液药材粉碎精磨工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中对驱虫斑鸠菊进行切断时保证每段驱虫斑鸠菊在3~5cm。
