Abstract
一种组合物包含绿咖啡提取物和马黛茶提取物,并且适合用基底液体混合或浸渍以获得具有提神和兴奋效果的可食用的饮品。用这种组合物制成饮品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可食用的天然组合物,优选适用于饮品的生产。
背景技术
越来越快的现代的生活节奏使人群在精神上和身体上都受到了越来越大的压力。
在市场上,大量的产品用适合减轻与这种类型的压力相关的一个或多个方面的原料制成,包括人参、瓜拉那、牛磺酸、银杏。存在很多种类的这种原料和它们的不同组合,取决于原料、其量或其浓度之间的相互作用,带来不同的效果。
这种原料通常是合成的或加入到不是100%天然的组合物或饮品中。此外,一些具有添加的合成原料的饮品,如具有高浓度的咖啡因或牛磺酸的饮料,具有与天然饮品的味道不同的香味。
因此,在较宽的选择可能性内,通过原料的仔细的实验选择,获得了原料的新的组合的开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是制备克服上文提及的缺点的具有有益的兴奋剂、抗氧化剂和提神效果的天然的可食用的组合物。
这种目的通过根据权利要求1所述的组合物、根据权利要求8所述的饮品、根据权利要求13所述的方法和根据权利要求17所述的可食用的组合物实现。从属权利要求描述了实施方式的变体。
由下面的通过非限制性实例做出的描述,本发明的特点和优点将是显而易见的。
具体实施方式
根据本发明所述的组合物包含绿咖啡提取物和马黛茶(yerba mate)的提取物。这两种原料使得可以获得提神组合物和天然兴奋剂而不添加合成的物质。
此外,优选地该组合物还包含安第斯玛卡(Andean Maca)的提取物。
组合物是可食用的并适合于用基底液体(base liquid)混合或浸渍以获得可食用的饮品。例如,基底液体是水或天然果汁,或任何可食用的液体,优选天然的。
术语天然的被理解为是指产品包括天然原料、或天然产生而不是通过化学步骤的人工相互作用产生的原料,如源自化学物质的添加剂或调味剂。此外,可以应用于产品的过程如巴氏消毒、灭菌、冷冻、浓缩和由天然植物的物质的提取(例如,草本提取物)仍保证可以认为该产品是天然的(例如,巴氏消毒的果汁是天然的)。
植物提取(extraction)(或提取(extract))是其中由新鲜的,或更常见地干燥的植物物质开始,使用合适的提取方法获得液体(流体提取物)、固体(干燥提取物)或中间稠度(软浸膏(soft extract))产品的过程;这些包括使用适当的溶剂和使用浸渍或过滤,或其他适当的过程。那么溶剂的除去的程度决定了植物提取物稠度(流体、干燥或软膏)。取决于所使用的溶剂,将植物提取物分类为水提取物、水醇提取物、醇提取物和醚提取物。不论溶剂的选择,使用适当的方法进行其降至所需浓度的移除以保存活性成分。
优选地,马黛茶提取物(或马黛茶(Mate))是干燥的马黛茶提取物,优选包含至少8%的黄嘌呤。马黛茶还称为植物学名称巴拉圭东青(Ilex paraguariensis),并且是天然产物。例如,马黛茶的干燥提取物由植物的(革质)叶片制成,优选秋/冬时期其生长在南美洲时收集。优选地,使用的干燥的类型是喷雾干燥,此外,用于实现干燥提取的溶剂是水。
此外,优选地,干燥的马黛茶提取物包含按重量计60%至80%的马黛茶提取物,优选具有按重量计至少8%的黄嘌呤。干燥提取物的按重量计的剩余百分比优选包含最多30%的麦芽糊精作为赋形剂,并且剩余的百分比为至多达100%的水。
此外,优选地,干燥的马黛茶提取物含有一些按重量计至少7%的咖啡因的量。
优选地,干燥的马黛茶提取物的pH值为4至6。
安第斯玛卡提取物优选是干燥的水提取物,包含例如按重量计65%至85%的玛卡草(Lepidium meyenii grass)提取物。安第斯玛卡的干燥提取物按重量计的剩余百分比优选地包含最多30%的麦芽糊精作为赋形剂,并且剩余的百分比为至多达100%的水。安第斯玛卡提取物萃取自例如玛卡的有机块茎,并且优选地萃取剂是热水。
优选地,安第斯玛卡干燥提取物的pH值为3.5至6。
绿咖啡提取物优选地是以按重量计至少50%,例如50%至55%的量包含绿原酸的干燥的水醇提取物。绿咖啡还以称为其植物学名称小果咖啡(Coffea arabica L.)。优选地,绿咖啡的提取物萃取自咖啡树的种子,并且使用的萃取溶剂是70份乙醇和30份水的混合物。
优选地,绿咖啡干燥提取物的pH值为3.5至5.5。
优选地,马黛茶、安第斯玛卡和绿咖啡的干燥提取物具有按重量计90%至95%的碳水化合物含量和小于1%的脂肪和蛋白质含量。另外,优选地这种干燥提取物具有3%至5%的矿物质含量。
优选地,每种干燥提取物的能量值都小于2000kJ/100g,例如1711kJ/100g,等于约409kcal/100g。
此外,优选地,每种前述的干燥提取物存在小于4ppb的总黄曲霉毒素和小于20ppm的量的重金属。
绿咖啡、马黛茶和安第斯玛卡都优选处于吸湿性粉末的形态。随后,可以将它们混合并处理以制成组合物。
在一种实施方式中,组合物进一步包含月桂(bay)提取物和/或薄荷(peppermint)提取物和/或炒咖啡(roasted coffee)提取物。
在进一步的实施方式中,组合物还可以含有甜味物质。
在本发明中使用的优选的甜味剂是糖和糖醇。例如蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖、乳糖、果糖、转化糖、包括山梨糖醇的糖醇,还有这些糖和糖醇的混合物。例如一种实施方式中含有的,进一步优选的甜味剂物质是蜂蜜,优选混合花蜜。
描述的组合物中进一步包含的甜味剂为例如源自甜叶菊(Stevia)的甜味剂、源自罗汉果(momordica grosvenorii)的甜味剂和源自罗汉果甜苷(mogrosides)的甜味剂。
在一种实施方式中,组合物以例如粉末、或压制粉末、或片剂或棒、或锭剂、或粉末的胶囊或小袋的形态制成。而且优选地,片剂是可以咀嚼或在舌下溶解的。
在进一步的实施方式中,组合物以例如浓缩的液体形态制成。
本发明还涉及包含在前面段落中描述的组合物的饮品,其中将该组合物混合或共浸渍在可食用的基底液体中,例如水中。
优选地,基底液体至少包含天然果汁,优选天然柠檬汁和/或柑橘汁、和/或橙子(例如,非红橙)汁、和/或苹果汁、和/或石榴汁。优选地,术语天然果汁意思是100%的果汁。
在一种实施方式中,基底液体包含至少一种果汁浓缩液,如10%至80%、优选12%或50%的浓缩果汁。果汁浓缩液的实例可以是浓缩的柠檬汁,和/或橙子(例如,非红橙)汁和/或柑橘汁、和/或苹果汁、和/或石榴汁。
在一种实施方式中,组合物处于粉末或压制粉末、或片剂、或棒或锭剂或粉末的胶囊或小袋的形式混合在基底液体(例如,水)中,或者在其是以小袋或胶囊的形式的情况下,浸渍在基底液体中。
那么饮料的制备方法至少包括在可食用的基底液体中将组合物混合或浸渍在前面的段落中描述的原料的步骤。
在一种实施方式中,还提供该方法用于巴氏消毒由组合物的混合或浸入步骤获得的混合物或浸渍物。巴氏消毒是合适的,以最小化由热敏性致病微生物,如细菌繁殖体、真菌和酵母引起的健康风险,伴随最小的饮品的化学、物理和感官特性的改变。优选地,巴氏消毒法通过将饮品在60-65℃下保持约30分钟的时间,或在75-85℃下保持10秒至20秒的时间段来进行。
优选地,制备饮品的方法还包含混合至少一种天然果汁,例如如前所述的100%的天然果汁或果汁的浓缩液的步骤。果汁的添加优选在巴氏消毒步骤之前发生。
创新地和有利地,本发明涉及由于马黛茶和绿咖啡的同时存在而在服用其的个体上天然地带来提神效果、兴奋剂和减肥效果的组合物,而没有合成物质的添加。
此外有利地,安第斯玛卡的存在,除了增加兴奋刺激效果之外,还增加了营养、抗不育和部分催欲剂效果。
此外,组合物创新地被用作饮品,其在例如剧烈运动之后作为能量饮品或早上醒来之后面对一天时可以容易地饮用。作为天然的饮料,其适合在一天的任何时间饮用,并且由于果汁和蜂蜜的存在而具有宜人的口味。因此在适当的剂量下,这种饮品适合被儿童摄取,因为它符合他们的口味。
特别地,饮品可以用于提供上述任何与马黛茶、安第斯玛卡和绿咖啡的摄入有关的益处。特别优选使用这种饮品以在饮用它的个体上具有提神兴奋和抗氧化效果。优选地口服该饮料。
此外有利地,该饮品不存在微量的谷蛋白,因此适合被患有乳糜泻的个体饮用。
此外,在有利的组合物中,其是完全天然的且具有如月桂、薄荷和炒咖啡的产生净化和防腐效果(月桂叶和薄荷),以及其它兴奋和减肥效果(炒咖啡)的原料。
清楚的是本领域内的技术人员可以对上述组合物或饮品或方法做出修改,以便满足特定的和有条件的需求,所有都包含在由以下权利要求限定的保护范围内。
Claims (18)
1.包含绿咖啡提取物和马黛茶提取物的组合物,适合用基底液体混合或浸渍以获得可食用的饮品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,进一步包含安第斯玛卡提取物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其中,所述安第斯玛卡提取物是干燥的水提取物。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述马黛茶提取物是马黛茶的干燥提取物,优选包含至少8%的黄嘌呤。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述绿咖啡提取物是水醇提取物,优选包含至少50%的绿原酸。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,进一步包含月桂提取物或薄荷提取物和/或炒咖啡的提取物。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,进一步包含至少一种甜味剂,优选选自包含以下的组的甜味剂:蜂蜜,优选混合花蜜、和/或蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖、乳糖、果糖、转化糖、多元醇、山梨糖醇、源自甜叶菊的甜味剂、源自罗汉果的甜味剂、源自罗汉果甜苷的甜味剂。
8.包含混入或浸入可食用的基底液体中的根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的组合物的饮品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的饮品,其中,所述基底液体至少包含水。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的饮品,其中,所述基底液体包含至少一种天然果汁。
11.根据权利要求10所述的饮品,其中,所述天然果汁是选自天然柠檬汁、天然柑橘汁、优选非红橙的天然橙子汁、天然苹果汁、天然石榴汁中的至少一种。
12.根据权利要求8至11中任一项所述的饮品,其中,所述基底液体包含至少一种果汁浓缩液。
13.制备根据权利要求8至12中任一项所述的饮品的方法,包括以下步骤:
a)在可食用的基底液体中混合或浸渍根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的组合物。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,进一步包括巴氏消毒在权利要求13的步骤a)中制成的混合物或浸渍物的步骤。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的方法,进一步包含将至少一种天然果汁与根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的组合物混合的步骤。
16.根据权利要求13至15中任一项所述的方法,进一步包含将至少一种水果浓缩液与根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的组合物混合的步骤。
17.可食用的组合物,包含绿咖啡的提取物和马黛茶提取物。
18.根据权利要求8至12中任一项所述的饮品的非治疗用途,对个体具有提神和兴奋效果。
