本发明涉及一种面粉,特别公开了一种减肥除湿的面粉。该减肥除湿的面粉,以荞麦、燕麦、竹笋、莴笋、荷叶、红薯、红小豆、薏米、冬瓜、丝瓜、芡实、苍术、藿香、陈皮、韭菜叶、茯苓和白扁豆为原料,按照一定的重量配比混合制成。本发明配方合理,制备简单,对身体进行系统调节,有效降低血脂,排毒除湿,改善微循环,清除自由基,是一种适合肥胖、脂肪肝、糖尿病患者食用的面粉。

(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种面粉,特别涉及一种减肥除湿的面粉。
(二)背景技术
肥胖是指一定程度的明显超重与脂肪层过厚,是体内脂肪,尤其是甘油三酯积累过多而导致的一种状态,它不是指单纯的体重增加,而是体内脂肪组织积蓄过剩的状态。随着物质的丰富,生活水平的提高,肥胖症日益变成人们越来越关注,也越来越头疼的问题。肥胖是万症之源,影响消化系统功能、内分泌系统功能、增加癌症发生的危险性和心血管疾病的危险等等。很多人通过减少摄入食物来减肥,虽然短期成效好,但是对人体的健康会产生不好后果,也影响正常生活工作,且一旦恢复正常饮食又易反弹,而如今市面上的减肥产品多为各类合成药物,成效不佳且容易产生副作用,成本高制备工艺复杂。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种制备简单、食用效果显著的减肥除湿的面粉。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种减肥除湿的面粉,由以下重量份数的原料混合制成:
荞麦12-18份、燕麦8-12份、竹笋5-8份、莴笋1-4份、荷叶0.1-0.5份、红薯5-15份、红小豆0.2-0.8份、薏米0.5-1.5份、冬瓜0.5-1.5份、丝瓜0.5-1.5份、芡实0.5-1.5份、苍术0.1-0.3份、藿香0.1-0.3份、陈皮0.3-0.8份、韭菜叶0.5-1.5份、茯苓0.5-1.2份、白扁豆0.2-0.8份。
其优选的重量配比为:
荞麦15.5份、燕麦10.5份、竹笋6.5份、莴笋2.5份、荷叶0.25份、红薯10份、红小豆0.5份、薏米1份、冬瓜1份、丝瓜1份、芡实1份、苍术0.2份、藿香0.2份、陈皮0.5份、韭菜叶1份、茯苓0.8份、白扁豆0.5份。
所述原料混合后,经蒸汽烘干、磨面得到产品,同普通面粉一样食用即可。
本发明中,各原料的性能如下所示:
荞麦含丰富蛋白质、B族维生素、芦丁类强化血管物质、矿物营养素和植物纤维素,其中的蛋白质为植物蛋白质,在体内不易转化为脂肪,所以不易导致肥胖;
燕麦中的β-葡聚糖可减缓血液中葡萄糖含量的增加,预防和控制肥胖症、糖尿病及心血管疾病;
竹笋具有清热化痰、益气和胃、治消渴、利水道、利嗝爽胃等功效,还具有低脂肪、低糖、多纤维的特点;
莴笋具有清热利尿、活血通乳的功效,可有效促进人体的新陈代谢,具有清肝的作用;
荷叶具有清暑利湿、升发滑阳、止血的功效,主治暑湿泄泻、眩晕,水气浮肿,雷头风,吐血,衄血,崩漏,便血,产后血晕;
红薯富含蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质,有抗癌、保护心脏、预防肺气肿、糖尿病、减肥、美容等功效;
红小豆具有清热解毒、健脾益胃、利尿消肿、通气除烦等功效,可以治疗小便不利、脾虚水肿、脚气等症;
薏米具有健脾渗湿,除痹止泻,清热排脓的功效,可用于治疗水肿、脚气、小便不利、湿痹拘挛、脾虚泄泻、肺痈、肠痈、扁平疣等;
冬瓜具有清热化痰、除烦止渴、清热解毒利水的功效。湿热体质者若有水肿、胀满、痰多、暑热烦闷、消渴、湿疹、疖肿等均可食用,并可解酒;
丝瓜具有清热化痰、凉血解毒、解暑除烦、痛经活络的功效,主治热病身热口渴,痰喘咳嗽,肠风痔漏,疗疮痈肿,妇女乳汁不下等病症;
芡实具有益肾固精、补脾止泻、祛湿止带的功能,主治风湿性关节炎、腰背膝痛,补中益气,提神强志,使人耳目聪明,久服使人轻身不饥;
苍术具有燥湿健脾、祛风湿的功效,主治湿阻中焦,风寒湿痹、脚膝肿痛、痿软无力、雀目夜盲,可调整胃肠运动功能、抗溃疡、保肝、抑菌;
藿香具有祛暑解表、化湿和胃的功效,主治夏令感冒,寒热头痛,胸脘痞闷,呕吐泄泻,妊娠呕吐,鼻渊,手、足癣;
陈皮具有理气调中、降逆止呕、燥湿化痰的功效,主治胸膈满闷,脘腹胀痛,不思饮食,呕吐,哕逆;咳嗽痰多;
韭菜叶具有补肾、温中、散瘀、解读的功效,主治肾虚阳痿,里寒腹痛,噎膈反胃,胸痹疼痛,气喘,衄血,吐血,尿血,痢疾,痔疮,乳痈,痈疮肿毒,疥疮,漆疮,跌打损伤;
茯苓具有利水渗湿、健脾和胃、凝心安神的功效,主治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆、呕吐,脾虚食少、泄泻,心悸不安,失眠健忘,遗精白浊;
白扁豆具有健脾、化湿、消暑的功效,主治脾虚生湿,食少便溏,白带过多,暑湿吐泻,烦渴胸闷。
本发明配方合理,制备简单,对身体进行系统调节,有效降低血脂,排毒除湿,改善微循环,清除自由基,是一种适合肥胖、脂肪肝、糖尿病患者食用的面粉。
(四)具体实施方式
实施例1:
取荞麦120g、燕麦80g、竹笋50g、莴笋10g、荷叶1g、红薯50g、红小豆2g、薏米5g、冬瓜5g、丝瓜5g、芡实5g、苍术1g、藿香1g、陈皮3g、韭菜叶5g、茯苓5g、白扁豆2g,将上述原料混合后经蒸汽烘干,再经磨面、过筛、袋装得到产品,同普通面粉一样制成挂面、糕点等面食供肥胖、体湿患者食用。
实施例2:
取荞麦180g、燕麦120g、竹笋80g、莴笋40g、荷叶5g、红薯150g、红小豆8g、薏米15g、冬瓜15g、丝瓜15g、芡实15g、苍术3g、藿香3g、陈皮8g、韭菜叶15g、茯苓12g、白扁豆8g,将上述原料混合后经蒸汽烘干,再经磨面、过筛、袋装得到产品,同普通面粉一样制成挂面、糕点等面食供肥胖、体湿患者食用。
实施例3:
取荞麦155g、燕麦105g、竹笋65g、莴笋25g、荷叶2.5g、红薯100g、红小豆5g、薏米10g、冬瓜10g、丝瓜10g、芡实10g、苍术2g、藿香2g、陈皮5g、韭菜叶10g、茯苓8g、白扁豆5g,将上述原料混合后经蒸汽烘干,再经磨面、过筛、袋装得到产品,同普通面粉一样制成挂面、糕点等面食供肥胖、体湿患者食用。
具体应用实验:
选体重、身高两两相同的50对实验对象,分为两组进行观察实验,两组的生活环境、每日食谱统一配置,一组为实验组,其中的主食采用本发明的面粉制备;另一组为对照组,主食采用普通面粉制备。
以30天为期进行观察,对实验组和对照组进行每日体重检测,通过数据统计可知,实验组共五十人,在实验的前10天,其中,18人减重1kg以上,其余人均有减重现象,但是减重不足1kg;到第20天,有34人减重3kg以上,其余人减重1-2kg;到第30天,所有人减重均超过3kg,其中22人减重超4kg,7人减重超5kg。
而对照组,在30天观察期内,21人保持了体重不变,其余人均有2-3kg的增重现象。
观察实验之后,100位实验对象均进行了身体检查,身体状况良好,无元素缺乏现象,与实验前指标一致或指标转好。

1.一种减肥除湿的面粉,其特征为,由以下重量份数的原料混合制成:荞麦12-18份、燕麦8-12份、竹笋5-8份、莴笋1-4份、荷叶0.1-0.5份、红薯5-15份、红小豆0.2-0.8份、薏米0.5-1.5份、冬瓜0.5-1.5份、丝瓜0.5-1.5份、芡实0.5-1.5份、苍术0.1-0.3份、藿香0.1-0.3份、陈皮0.3-0.8份、韭菜叶0.5-1.5份、茯苓0.5-1.2份、白扁豆0.2-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减肥除湿的面粉,其特征为,由以下重量份数的原料混合制成:荞麦15.5份、燕麦10.5份、竹笋6.5份、莴笋2.5份、荷叶0.25份、红薯10份、红小豆0.5份、薏米1份、冬瓜1份、丝瓜1份、芡实1份、苍术0.2份、藿香0.2份、陈皮0.5份、韭菜叶1份、茯苓0.8份、白扁豆0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的减肥除湿的面粉,其特征在于:所述原料混合后,经蒸汽烘干、磨面得到产品。
