Abstract

Description

减少脱发和/或促进头发再生的组合物
本发明涉及用于促进头发再生和/或减少脱发、以果糖、葡萄糖和谷物球蛋白或它们的水解物为主要成分的组合物。
本领域技术人员长期以来已知人自然脱发反映了毛囊在更替的生长期(anagen)和脱落期(telogen)间的总体平衡。生长期毛囊数目与脱落期的毛整数目之比为9(90∶10)左右。由此可见静止期间(退化期，catagen)毛囊的百分比非常小。
正常生理条件下每天自然脱落的头发估计为几百根。
另外，已知某些因素可以加重脱发，如激素失调、生理压力或营养不良。
以炎症为特征的某些头皮的皮肤病，如牛皮癣或皮脂溢性皮炎，可能严重加重脱发，或可能引起毛囊循环严重紊乱。
令人惊异地是，申请人发现基于果糖、葡萄糖和谷物球蛋白或它们的水解物的组合物，可以使毛囊在生长期的生存时间延长。
申请人发现，这些组合物对头发再生和/或抑制脱发特别有效，特别是在治疗头皮疾病如斑秃、脱发(hair loss)、脱屑性皮炎和脱发(alopecia)。
根据一种特别优选的实施方案，证明在这些组合物中使用水合剂(hydrating agent)可以提高它们的效力。
因此，本发明的目的是一种减少脱发和/或促进头发再生的新组合物。
本发明的另一目的是该组合物在治疗头皮和头发疾病中的应用。
本发明的目的还包括上述定义的组合物用于制备治疗头皮疾病的药物，其中头皮疾病有如脱发(hair loss)、脱屑性皮炎、脱发(alope-cia)和斑秃。
最后，本发明的目的是化妆处理头发的方法，其包括在头皮或头发上施用至少一种上述定义的组合物，然后(适当时)用水洗头皮或头发；为此目的，该组合物实际上有改进头发表观的效果。
本发明的其它目的将明显体显在以下的描述和实施例中。
本发明的组合物的实质特征在于它在在室温下为液体的含有水和0.01-0.5％(重量)的C3-C6亚烷基二醇或C2-C4聚亚烷基二醇的水介质或水-醇介质中含有：
a)至少0.03-0.3％(重量)的果糖；
b)至少0.002-0.05％(重量)的葡萄糖；
c)至少0.03-0.2％(重量)的一种或多种谷物球蛋白或它们的水解物；
d)至少0.03-1％(重量)的钠盐或钾盐；
以上重量百分比是相对组合物总重量定义的。
本发明组合物的一种特别优选的形式为如上所定义的配方，另外还含有选自脲和C3-C6的多元醇如山梨醇或甘油的水合剂。水合剂的使用比例优选为组合物总重的0.005-0.5％(重量)。更优选使用脲。
本发明的优选组合物含有有机酸如乳酸或柠檬酸。该组合物的最终PH为6.5-8，用酸化剂和/或碱化剂调节。更特别是用乳酸，浓度例如为2×10-4-1％(重量)。
本发明使用的谷物球蛋白具体选自小麦、玉米、大麦、燕麦、大米和小米的球蛋白。这些谷物球蛋白具体由醇溶谷蛋白和麦谷蛋白的混合物组成。
小麦的醇溶谷蛋白为燕麦醇溶蛋白；大麦的醇溶谷蛋白为大麦醇溶蛋白；燕麦的为燕麦蛋白；玉米的为玉米醇溶蛋白；大米的为orizin；小米为高粱醇溶蛋白(Kafirin)。
这些球蛋白主要由谷氨酸、脯氨酸和少量赖氨酸组成。
本发明使用的这些谷物球蛋白的分子量优选大于20,000。
这些蛋白质的水解物的分子量优选低于20,000。
本发明的蛋白质或蛋白水解物的用量优选为0.05-0.15％(重量)。
更特别地，使用分子量大于30,000，且蛋白纯度水平大于90％的小麦球蛋白。
用于本发明组合物的水或水-醇介质中的溶剂具体选自聚乙二醇，特别是聚乙二醇300、400或600、丙二醇、己二醇和二丙二醇。
用于水-醇组合物中的醇为C2-C3醇，特别是乙醇和丙醇。它们的用量为水/醇混合物重量的25-50％(重量)。
本发明组合物中的盐具体选自氯化钠、氯化钾，更优选氯化钠。它们的优选用量为0.1-0.5％(重量)。
果糖和葡萄糖的使用比例分别为0.05-0.2％(重量)和0.01-0.03％(重量)。
本发明组合物可以各种药物或化妆品中常用的剂型存在，以处理头皮。
它们具体采用的形式为浓缩或非浓缩的洗剂，它在清洗后或未清洗前使用；凝胶；清洗奶或霜；摩丝或有导向喷嘴的喷雾剂。
这些组合物可含有增稠剂如纤维素或纤维素衍生物，如羟乙基纤维素；杂合生物多糖如呫吨胶；糖胶；与多官能试剂交联的聚丙烯酸，如以CARBOPOL的名称销售的产品，或交联的丙烯酰胺聚合物或共聚物。
这些组合物可任选地含有其它常用于化妆品或药品(特别是用于头皮的)中的其它辅料，如表面活性剂、香味剂、防腐剂、着色剂、阳离子、阴离子、非离子或两性聚合物、推进剂、泡沫稳定剂、微量元素、皮屑抑制剂、润肤剂、抑菌剂、头皮刺激剂如维生素，如泛酸钙和抑脂剂。
以下实施例用于说明本发明，但不限制其性质。

Claims (17)

1．用于促进头发再生和/或抑制脱发的组合物，其特征在于它在含有水和0.01-0.5％(重量)的C3-C6亚烷基二醇或C2-C4聚亚烷基二醇的在室温下为液体的水或水-醇介质中，含有：
a)至少0.03-0.3％(重量)的果糖；
b)至少0.002-0.05％(重量)的葡萄糖；
c)至少0.03-0.2％(重量)的一种或多种谷物球蛋白或它们的水解物；
d)至少0.03-1％(重量)的钠盐或钾盐；
以上重量百分比是相对组合物总重量定义的。
2．权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于它另外还含有选自脲和C3-C6多元醇的水合剂。
3．权利要求1或2的组合物，其特征在于它另外还含有有机酸。
4．权利要求2的组合物，其特征在于水合剂的使用比例为0.005-0.5％(重量)。
5．权利要求2或4的组合物，其特征在于水合剂为脲。
6．权利要求3的组合物，其特征在于有机酸为乳酸或柠檬酸。
7．权利要求1-6中任一项的组合物，其特征在于谷物球蛋白或其水解物选自小麦、玉米、大麦、燕麦、大米或小米的球蛋白或它们的水解物。
8．权利要求7的组合物，其特征在于球蛋白的分子量大于20,000，其水解物的分子量小于20,000。
9．权利要求1-8中任一项的组合物，其特征在于它含有分子量大于30,000的小麦球蛋白。
10．权利要求1-9中任一项的组合物，其特征在于水或水-醇介质中含有是选自聚乙二醇、丙二醇、己二醇和二丙二醇的溶剂。
11．权利要求1-10中任一项的组合物，其特征在于水-醇介质中含有所述介质总重量的25-50％(重量)的C2-C5的醇。
12．权利要求1-10中任一项的组合物，其特征在于钠盐或钾盐为氯化钠或氯化钾。
13．权利要求1-12中任一项的组合物，其特征在于它含有：
a)至少0.05-0.2％(重量)的果糖；
b)至少0.01-0.03％(重量)的葡萄糖；
c)至少0.05-0.15％(重量)的谷物蛋白或球蛋白水解物；
d)至少0.1-0.5％(重量)的钠盐或钾盐。
14．权利要求1-13中任一项的组合物，其特征在于它的剂型为浓缩或非浓缩的洗剂、凝胶、清洗奶或霜、摩丝或有导向喷嘴的喷雾剂。
15．权利要求1-14中任一项的组合物，其特征在于它另外还含有增稠剂，表面活性剂、防腐剂、香味剂、着色剂、泡沫稳定剂、推进剂、阳离子、阴离子、非离子或两性聚合物、微量元素、皮屑抑制剂、润肤剂、抑菌剂、头皮刺激剂或抑脂剂。
16．化妆处理头发的方法，其特征在于在头皮或头发上施用权利要求1-15中任一项的组合物；所述施用后，必要时用水清洗。
17．权利要求1-15中任一项的组合物用于制备治疗脱发
  牛皮癣、脱屑性皮炎或脱发的药品的用途。
