Abstract
本发明公开了一种减肥用代餐粉,其由以下重量份的配方组成:黑米粉4.5~5.5克,沙棘粉0.8~1.2克,藕粉2.8~3.2克,苹果粉1.8~2.2克,胡萝卜粉0.8~1.2克,红薯粉5.5~6.5克,木耳粉0.8~1.2克,山药粉0.8~1.2克,魔芋粉4.5~5.5克,脱脂奶粉4.5~5.5克。该减肥用代餐粉成本低,食用方便,且具有较佳的减肥效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种减肥用代餐粉。
背景技术
减肥代餐粉是一种配方食品,属于特殊膳食,具有高纤维、低热量、易有饱腹感的特性。因此,利用减肥代餐粉可以更严格地控制食量和热量摄入,进而达到减肥的目的。
此类产品的相关标准为国际食品法典委员会公布的《减肥用低能量配方食品标准(Codex Standard for Formula Foods for use in Very Low Energy Diets for WeightReduction)》。
一般人一餐热量摄取约600~900千卡,而食用减肥代餐粉,可以将热量控制在50~100千卡左右,热量摄取小于需要量,体重当然就减轻了。据文献报道,利用代餐减肥的人,明显比一般只靠饮食控制者效果好。代餐减肥法的确是不错的选择。
目前现有的减肥代餐粉有以下几种:
1、黑豆代餐粉:黑豆的美容功效之一为延缓衰老,因为黑豆含有丰富的抗氧化剂──维生素E,能清除体内的自由基,减少皮肤皱纹,达到养颜美容、保持青春的目的。黑豆的美容功效之二为去除痘痘,因为黑豆中的纤维质含量高。
2、啤酒酵母粉:啤酒酵母粉得到很多减肥人士的青睐,这种减肥代餐主要含有植物蛋白、膳食纤维、B族维生素以及有机铬、硒离子等,这些物质本身就具有非常好的减肥效果。
3、生食粉:生食粉的主要原料是谷类、藻类、菌类以及蔬菜类食物,因此含有大量的维生素以及矿物质,而且由于生食粉原料大多来自蔬菜谷物类,因此含有的营养也比一般的代餐要均衡。
4、蛋白粉:蛋白粉是一种比较成熟的代餐原料,已经被西方广泛利用与减肥代餐的制作,而且蛋白份所用的蛋白大多来自植物,比如大豆等,这样就含有了更少的动物性蛋白质。
5、魔芋代餐粉:魔芋粉也是一种非常好的减肥代餐原料,经常会与其他的原料混合着使用,这是因为魔芋中含有较多的纤维素,人体吃进去后,就会增加人的饱腹感,具有非常好的润肠通便的效果。
6、果蔬纤维代餐粉:果蔬膳食纤维被称为肠道清道夫,有清除肠道毒素的功效,并且营养充足,富含多种维生素及矿物质,是天然高效的减脂营养物质。
申请号为2015107382158的发明专利告知了一种可用于减肥的富硒果蔬纤维粉及其制备方法,其原料按重量占比包括富硒水果60-80份、富硒蔬菜10-30份、富硒南瓜20-40份、富硒虫草5-15份、富硒大豆2-8份、富硒魔芋1-5份、富硒食用菌2-4份、富硒稻米2-4份、富硒菊花3-9份、富硒茶叶2-6份、营养粉1-5份;所述营养粉的原料按重量份包括:荞麦粉5-8份、小麦粉1-3份、薏米粉2-5份、山药粉3-6份、藕粉1-4份、枸杞粉2-5份、芝麻粉3-6份。富硒水果包括富硒苹果、富硒柑橘、富硒菠萝蜜、富硒桃金娘、富硒青莲雾和富硒大枣;所述富硒蔬菜包括富硒芹菜、富硒菠菜、富硒苋菜和富硒青菜;
申请号为2016100518363的发明专利告知了一种用于减肥且营养均衡的食物组合物及其制备方法,本发明其原料按重量份包括:燕麦40-100份,山药40-100份,莲藕60-100份,黄玉米40-100份,马铃薯40-100份,小米20-60份,黑米20-60份,薏米20-60份,南瓜20-60份,魔芋35-50份,黑芝麻15-30份,赤小豆10-30份,黑豆10-30份,蘑菇15-30份,核桃10-30份,枸杞10-20份,红枣10-15份,葛根粉15-30份,山楂粉25-40份,浓缩乳清蛋白70-80份,大豆分离蛋白30-45份,深海鱼胶原蛋白35-40份,橄榄油38-45份,紫苏籽油5-7份,麦芽糊精35-46份,L-肉碱10-20份,乳钙4-6份。
申请号为2014101140659的发明专利告知了一种具有减肥及降血糖功能的谷物粉,其原料按重量份包括:全麦粉2~8份、燕麦粉2~8份、荞麦粉2~8份、魔芋粉2~20份、脱水木耳粉2~10份、脱水芹菜粉1~3份、低聚果糖1~2份、沙棘提取物1~3份、玉竹提取物1~3份、鹌鹑肉颗粒2~8份、海虾粉3~9份、鲜玉米粉3~10份、胡萝卜颗粒2~8份,水适量组成。
但是上述现有代餐粉或减肥用组合物存在效果不佳、成本高的技术缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种成本低、使用效果佳的减肥用代餐粉。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种减肥用代餐粉,其由以下重量份的配方组成:黑米粉4.5~5.5克,沙棘粉0.8~1.2克,藕粉2.8~3.2克,苹果粉1.8~2.2克,胡萝卜粉0.8~1.2克,红薯粉5.5~6.5克,木耳粉0.8~1.2克,山药粉0.8~1.2克,魔芋粉4.5~5.5克,脱脂奶粉4.5~5.5克。
作为本发明的减肥用代餐粉的改进,其由以下重量份的配方组成:
黑米粉5克,沙棘粉1克,藕粉3克,苹果粉2克,胡萝卜粉1克,红薯粉6克,木耳粉1克,山药粉1克,魔芋粉5克,脱脂奶粉5克。
在本发明中,所有的成分均能通过市场购买的方式获得,含水率均为6.0~8.0%,能过60~80目筛。
本发明的减肥用代餐粉成本低,食用方便,且具有较佳的减肥效果。
该减肥用代餐粉的用法和用量为:
1.将1袋(约30g)代餐粉倒入容器中。
2.加入少量凉开水,搅拌均匀化开。
3.倒入沸水(200mL),搅拌成糊状即可食用。
每日2-3次。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此。
以下案例中所用成分均能通过市场购买的方式获得,每种成分的热量都能从产品标签中获得,按比例相加即可得到一份代餐粉的总热量。
黑米粉1413千焦/100克,沙棘粉498千焦/100克,藕粉1562千焦/100克,苹果粉1565千焦/100克,胡萝卜粉1638千焦/100克,红薯粉1410千焦/100克,木耳粉1482千焦/100克,山药粉1356千焦/100克,魔芋粉1336千焦/100克,脱脂奶粉1554千焦/100克。
实施例1、一种减肥用代餐粉,由以下配方组成:
黑米粉5克,沙棘粉1克,藕粉3克,苹果粉2克,胡萝卜粉1克,红薯粉6克,木耳粉1克,山药粉1克,魔芋粉5克,脱脂奶粉5克。
该减肥用代餐粉为紫黑色,成本2.61元(0.087元/g)。
一份代餐粉的总热量为428千焦,即102千卡。
实验一、
3周龄C57BL/6J雄性小鼠(体重基本一致),随机分为模型组和对照组。模型组饲喂脂肪供能比为60%的高脂纯化饲料,对照组饲喂脂肪供能比为10%的正常纯化饲料。
到7周龄时,继续饲喂脂肪供能比为60%的高脂纯化饲料的模型组为阳性对照组,改用代餐粉糊状物灌胃(本发明的减肥用代餐粉加适量水冲泡成糊状物后灌胃)的模型组为实验组,继续饲喂脂肪供能比为10%的正常纯化饲料的对照组作为空白对照组。每组选用10只C57BL/6J雄性小鼠。
上述实验组的灌胃量为100毫克(减肥用代餐粉)/天.只。
试验从7周龄开始到20周龄结束,每周进行体重的测定,观察分析减肥效果。
实验结束后,3组小鼠的平均体重如下(g):
空白对照组为:27.28±2.27,阳性对照组为:36.79±5.07,实验组:24.79±1.89。
即,实验组相对于阳性对照组体重减轻32.61%。
对比例1-1、将实施例1中的黑米粉改成黑豆粉,重量不变仍为5g;其余等同于实施例1。
减肥用代餐粉的成本2.61元(0.087元/g),热量为102千卡。
对比例1-2、将实施例1中的黑米粉由5g改成2.5g;其余等同于实施例1。
成本2.33元(0.085元/g),热量为94千卡。
对比例1-3、将实施例1中的黑米粉由5g改成10g;其余等同于实施例1。
成本3.16元(0.090元/g),热量为119千卡。
对比例2-1、将“红薯粉6g,木耳粉1g”改成“红薯粉7g”,其余等同于实施例1。
成本2.59元(0.086元/g),热量为102千卡。
对比例2-2、将“红薯粉6g,木耳粉1g”改成“木耳粉7g”,其余等同于实施例1。
成本2.73元(0.091元/g),热量为103千卡。
对比例3-1、将“苹果粉2g,胡萝卜粉1g”改成“苹果粉3g”,其余等同于实施例1。
成本2.62元(0.087元/g),热量为102千卡。
对比例3-2、将“苹果粉2g,胡萝卜粉1g”改成“胡萝卜粉3g”,其余等同于实施例1。
成本2.59元(0.086元/g),热量为102千卡。
对比例4-1、将红薯粉6克改成黑豆粉6g,其余等同于实施例1。
成本2.97元(0.099元/g),热量为103千卡。
对比例4-2、将“红薯粉6克、山药粉1克”改成“山药粉7g”,其余等同于实施例1。成本3.15元(0.105元/g),热量为102千卡。
对比例4-3、将“红薯粉6克、魔芋粉5克”改成“魔芋粉11g”,其余等同于实施例1。成本2.64元(0.088元/g),热量为101千卡。
上述所有对比例所得代餐粉按照实验一所述方法进行实验,实验组相对于阳性对照组体重减轻的结果如表1。

1.减肥用代餐粉,其特征是由以下重量份的配方组成:
黑米粉4.5~5.5克,
沙棘粉0.8~1.2克,
藕粉2.8~3.2克,
苹果粉1.8~2.2克,
胡萝卜粉0.8~1.2克,
红薯粉5.5~6.5克,
木耳粉0.8~1.2克,
山药粉0.8~1.2克,
魔芋粉4.5~5.5克,
脱脂奶粉4.5~5.5克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减肥用代餐粉,其特征是由以下重量份的配方组成:
黑米粉5克,沙棘粉1克,藕粉3克,苹果粉2克,胡萝卜粉1克,红薯粉6克,木耳粉1克,山药粉1克,魔芋粉5克,脱脂奶粉5克。
