Description
技术领域
本发明涉及驱动器领域、尤其涉及驱动器的齿轮箱总成。此外,本发明还涉及包括上述齿轮箱总成的头枕驱动器。
背景技术
通常,为了使人在就坐于汽车座椅上时能够针对其身形差异、坐姿差异而适应性地提供最舒适的头枕倚靠位置,存在对座椅头枕的竖向位置进行方便且舒适的调节的需求。
在现有技术中,通常借助于头枕驱动器的传动机构与头枕机构的协作来实现对头枕的竖向位置调节。例如,根据专利文献CN202863201U已知,头枕驱动器通常包括具有蜗轮-螺杆和头枕升降座的传动机构、具有蜗杆的动力机构以及头枕机构,该头枕机构与该传动机构连接使得头枕可作升降运动以实现头枕的竖向位置调节。然而,在头枕的竖向调节过程中,用于头枕驱动器的齿轮箱总成在工作时往往由于各传动部件之间不受控的配合间隙而存在部件之间的不期望的相对碰撞,导致在头枕调节过程中伴随着较大的振动和噪音,这使得用户在调整头枕时,由于头部会感受到强烈的振动且人耳会听到尖锐的噪音而感到极为不舒适,从而影响座椅使用者的舒适度、甚至影响驾驶操作的安全性。
因而,为了尽可能地降低噪音同时保证驱动器的优良的运行性能,需要更好地控制头枕驱动器的各传动部件之间的配合间隙并且通过限制各部件在运行过程中在轴向方向或径向方向上的窜动,实现降噪、且同时提高运行稳定性。
发明内容
因此,本发明就是基于这样的背景而提出的,且旨在提供一种结构紧凑、丝杆跳动小且运行噪音低的齿轮箱总成。特别是,提供一种包括该齿轮箱总成的头枕驱动器,使得座椅使用者在进行调整头枕时更具舒适性。
本发明的第一方面提供了一种齿轮箱总成,包括箱体、箱盖、沿第一方向插入穿过所述箱体的丝杆、一体形成在所述丝杆上的蜗轮,以及沿与第一方向垂直的第二方向布置在箱体中的蜗杆,所述蜗杆与蜗轮啮合传动,其中,通过一驱动轴驱动所述蜗杆旋转,从而使蜗杆通过运动副带动所述蜗轮和丝杆一同旋转,所述丝杆通过螺旋传动使附接在丝杆上的升降机构上下移动,其特征在于,所述箱体上还设置有一止挡塞,所述止挡塞布置于蜗杆的驱动轴的自由端的延长线上,并和驱动轴的自由端相抵靠地接触。优选地,所述止挡塞由塑料材料制成,且所述止挡塞通过螺纹紧固至所述箱体。
根据本发明的一有利实施例,还设置有用于将齿轮箱总成安装至固定支承件上的至少两个定位安装孔,所述定位安装孔仅布置在所述箱体上。有利地,所述定位安装孔的安装平面高于所述箱盖的上表面一定距离,优选地,所述定位安装孔的安装平面高于所述箱盖的上表面0.5-1mm。
根据本发明的另一有利实施例,所述丝杆的前端从所述箱体穿出,所述丝杆的后端位于所述箱体内并朝向所述箱盖,其中,所述丝杆的后端与所述箱盖的内表面之间设置有止挡装置。有利地,所述止挡装置包括塑料垫片和橡胶垫。
另外,根据本发明实施例的齿轮箱总成中的所述箱盖和箱体上分别设置有用于旋转地支承丝杆的箱盖衬套和箱体衬套。
本发明的第二方面提供了一种包括上述齿轮箱总成的头枕驱动器。采用根据本发明的头枕驱动器调整头枕时所产生的噪音不大于40dBA,这使得可以确保座椅使用者在调整头枕时的最佳舒适度。

下面结合附图和具体实施例进一步详细地说明本发明。
参照图1,示出了根据本发明实施例的齿轮箱总成1,且作为示例,该齿轮箱总成1可用于汽车座椅的头枕驱动器中,并与头枕机构协作以实现对头枕的竖向位置调节。更具体地,该齿轮箱总成1包括箱体2、箱盖3、沿第一方向插入穿过所述箱体2的丝杆4、一体地形成在所述丝杆4上的蜗轮5,以及沿第二方向布置在箱体2中的蜗杆6(参见图3),蜗杆6与该蜗轮5啮合传动。可以理解,所述第一方向与所述第二方向优选地为相互垂直的关系。用于头枕驱动器中的该齿轮箱总成通过如下运动传递实现头枕的纵向升降功能:通过一驱动轴(优选为电机轴8)使所述蜗杆6旋转;蜗杆6通过运动副带动一体的蜗轮5和丝杆4一同旋转,其中所述蜗轮5和丝杆4可通过本领域已知的任何适当的方式一体成形;然后,所述丝杆4通过螺旋传动使附接在该丝杆4上的头枕升降机构上下移动,从而实现对头枕的竖向位置调节。

根据本发明的一实施例,在齿轮箱总成1中设置有用于旋转地支承丝杆4的箱体衬套9,其中,插入穿过所述箱体2的丝杆4延伸进入到箱盖3中的非贯通的丝杆接纳孔中,箱盖3可以通过该丝杆接纳孔直接旋转地支承丝杆。优选地,为避免金属材质的丝杆4与箱盖3的直接接触而导致丝杆磨损较为严重,在丝杆的后端11上有利地包覆有一层耐磨的塑料材料(如图4a所示),这种塑料包覆会极大地缓解丝杆在使用过程中的磨损。而且,当丝杆上包覆的塑料材料磨损较大时,还可以方便地给丝杆更换新的塑料包覆层。
应了解的是,由于塑料材料之间的配合公差相比于金属材料而言难以被精确地控制(一般地,塑料材料与金属材料在配合公差方面可能存在几十倍的差异),这样,当箱盖3也采用注塑件时,丝杆4后端的塑料包覆层可能会与箱盖3之间存在较大的配合间隙,引起较为严重的噪音。针对这一使用情况,本发明还提出了另一有利实施例,在此有利实施例中,可选地,如图2a-2d所示,除了在箱体2内设置有箱体衬套9外,在箱盖3内还附加地设置有箱盖衬套10,以分别用于旋转地支承丝杆4。所述箱体衬套9和箱盖衬套10可以是单独的构件例如由耐磨塑料注塑成型,压装在对应的安装孔内;或者可以通过包覆成型的方式与箱体或箱盖一体地形成,或者采用任何其他适合的方式设置。箱体衬套9和箱盖衬套10例如可以由耐磨并具有自润滑性能的材料制成。应了解的是,在此有利实施例中,由于丝杆4的光轴部段(即未包覆塑料材料的后端)和箱盖3之间附加地设置有箱盖衬套10,这样一方面不再需要为了缓解摩擦而在丝杆的后端11包覆塑料材料,最终避免噪音污染;另一方面,由于丝杆4的光轴部段的金属表面可以直接和箱盖衬套10转动配合,可以实现两者之间更精确的间隙配合,从而最大化地缩小配合公差,以减小因间隙过大而引致的撞击几率,达到减小噪音的效果。
如表1所示,示出了根据本发明的一特定实施例中的箱体衬套9和箱盖衬套10的设计参数,其中箱体衬套9的内径与丝杆4之间的配合公差优选地控制在0.005-0.02mm之间,箱盖衬套10的内径与丝杆4之间的配合公差优选地控制在0.075-0.095mm。

此外,根据本发明的一有利实施例,在丝杆的后端11不存在塑料包覆的情况下(如图5所示),丝杆的圆度和同心度分别可以精确地被控制为0.005和0.01。
在本发明实施例的齿轮箱总成中,优选采用了蜗轮蜗杆传动装置,如图3所示。蜗轮蜗杆传动具有传动比大、自锁性能好、运行噪音低等优点,尤其适用于头枕驱动装置中。在头枕调节过程中,通过蜗轮蜗杆传动将运动传递至与蜗轮5一体成型的丝杆4并使其旋转,并进而带动附接至丝杆4上的头枕升降机构(未示出)上下运动,并通过蜗轮蜗杆的自锁性而使头枕调节后的位置能够稳定地保持。在根据本发明的一有利实施例中,该蜗轮蜗杆的传动比优选地设计为8.5。
在图1所示的实施例中,丝杆4和蜗轮5构造为一体件,例如蜗轮5可包覆成型在所述丝杆4上。然而,应理解的是,丝杆4和蜗轮5可以作为单独的构件,并通过键连接或其他任何适当的连接方式而彼此联接以能够一起旋转。
根据现有技术中的箱体和箱盖的组装后的结构,如图6a所示,箱体和箱盖上均开设有用于使齿轮箱总成安装至固定支承件——例如座椅框架(未示出)——上的定位安装孔,这样,箱体和箱盖通过定位安装孔12内的紧固件(未示出)和用于固定箱盖3和箱体2的螺纹紧固件(优选地紧固螺钉7)连接,这样,过多的紧固件的安装容易引起箱盖3的变形。可以理解,这种因安装而引起的箱盖3的变形也会引起噪音,同时还会影响驱动器的运行性能。针对这一问题,在图6b中示出的本发明的一有利实施例中,齿轮箱总成1中用于将齿轮箱总成1安装至座椅框架上的至少两个定位安装孔12仅布置在箱体上,箱盖仅通过紧固螺钉7固定安装至箱体上,定位安装孔12内的紧固件不再穿设通过箱盖,从而减小了箱盖因安装变形引起噪音的可能。
优选地,在所述箱体2上设置有包括两个定位安装孔12的凸部13,并且在所述箱盖3上相应地设置有适应性地接纳所述两个凸部13的凹部14,有利地,凸部13和凹部14彼此不接触,即两者之间存在一定间隙。应理解的是,可根据实际需要设置不同数量的定位安装孔及对应数量的凸部和凹部。有利地,所述两个定位安装孔12的安装平面突出所述箱盖3的上表面(即与箱盖3和箱体2的对接面相对的一面)一定距离,该距离优选地在0.5-1mm之间,更优选地,该距离为0.6mm。有利地,通过设置定位安装孔12的安装平面与箱盖3的上表面之间的高度差,可以进一步避免箱盖3受到安装变形的影响,从而能够降低噪音并提供更好的系统运行稳定性。此处,应理解的是,箱体2上的所述定位安装孔的安装平面是指与箱盖3的上表面相同朝向的一面。
根据另一有利的实施例,如图7a-7c所示,在所述箱体2上还设置有一止挡塞15,止挡塞15布置于蜗杆6的驱动轴的自由端(该自由端指的是远离电机的一端)的延长线上,并和驱动轴的自由端相抵靠,用以控制与蜗杆6联接的驱动轴(例如电机轴8)的轴向游隙。在利用头枕驱动器调节头枕的竖向位置的过程中,为了实现头枕的升、降方向的切换,需通过电机实现换向,然而,在已有的结构设计中,不存在对电机轴8的轴向游隙的控制,因而存在电机轴8的轴向窜动,这种轴向窜动在电机换向时表现得尤为明显,其会因部件间的撞击而产生较大的噪音,这种噪音在头枕调节过程中往往会给座椅使用者带来不舒适感。因此,实现电机轴的“零游隙”对于减小驱动器运行噪音是非常关键的。如图7b所示,所述止挡塞15优选通过螺纹紧固在箱体2上,并在拧入箱体2中一定距离后抵靠在电机轴8的后端部16,从而实现对电机轴的轴向游隙的控制。可以理解,通过螺纹连接的方式,可以实现对止挡塞位置的适应性调节,以保证在不同齿轮箱总成中,电机轴的轴向游隙虽然不同,但因止挡塞15具有轴向调节量,始终能与对应的电机轴8的自由端相抵靠,从而确保不同齿轮箱总成中的电机轴的“零游隙”。
优选地,所述止挡塞15采用塑料材料制成,优选地具有一定的弹性变形量,这可避免在采用金属材料的情况下因碰撞引起的较尖锐的噪音,所述塑料材料可例如为PA66+GF30(ALCOM PA66910/1GF30M02)。
根据又一有利实施例,还设置有用于控制丝杆的后端的游隙的控制装置,如图8所示。在已有技术中,丝杆的后端11直接接触箱盖3,这会使得在丝杆4运动时由于必然存在的配合间隙而存在轴向窜动,甚至撞击箱盖,从而产生噪音。然而,在本发明中,所述丝杆的前端从所述箱体穿出,所述丝杆的后端位于所述箱体内并朝向所述箱盖,所述丝杆的后端11与箱盖3的内表面之间设置有止挡装置用作丝杆的后端的游隙控制装置,可大大减少噪音的产生。具体地,如图8所示,在所述丝杆的后端设置有塑料垫片且还附加地设置有橡胶垫18,其中,橡胶垫18安装于箱盖3内的安装孔内,塑料垫片夹持在橡胶垫18和丝杆的后端之间,以通过橡胶垫18的弹性性能补偿丝杆4的窜动量,从而更好地控制丝杆的后端11的游隙。在一有利实施例中,该橡胶垫18例如为环形圈,该环形圈被套设在其安装孔内设置的凸柱上,以实现可靠定位。塑料垫片可例如为平垫片17。
通过上述对各部件的结构设计以及对特定部件(如电机轴、丝杆)的游隙控制,可以实现在齿轮箱总成的运行过程中较低的噪音,该噪音有利地不大于40dBA,这在该齿轮箱总成用于头枕驱动器中以调节头枕的竖向位置时,噪音小对于座椅使用者而言是非常重要的一个参数指标。采用根据本发明实施例的齿轮箱总成来调节头枕,可以实现座椅使用者的最佳舒适度,这样一方面可以使驾驶员在驾驶过程中因舒适性提高而使得操作更加安全可靠,另一方面可以使乘客在免于受到尖锐噪音的影响下调整最舒适的头枕倚靠位置。
应当指出,上面说明的实施例仅应被视为示例性的,本发明不限于这些实施例。通过考虑本说明书的内容,本领域技术人员可在不偏离本发明的范围或精神的情况下做出多种改变和变型。本发明的真实范围由所附权利要求以及等同方案限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种齿轮箱总成,包括:箱体、箱盖、沿第一方向插入穿过所述箱体的丝杆、一体形成在所述丝杆上的蜗轮以及沿与第一方向垂直的第二方向布置在箱体中的蜗杆,
其中,所述蜗杆与蜗轮啮合传动,通过一驱动轴驱动所述蜗杆旋转,从而使蜗杆通过运动副带动所述蜗轮和丝杆一同旋转,所述丝杆通过螺旋传动使附接在丝杆上的升降机构上下移动,
其特征在于,
所述箱体和所述箱盖通过紧固螺钉彼此紧固,所述箱体上还设置有一由塑料材料制成的止挡塞,所述止挡塞布置于蜗杆的驱动轴的自由端的延长线上,并和驱动轴的自由端相抵靠地接触,所述止挡塞与一个紧固螺钉彼此接触,其中,所述止挡塞经由与其接触的所述一个紧固螺钉紧固至所述箱体;
所述箱盖由塑料制成,
所述箱盖和箱体上分别设置有用于旋转地支承丝杆的箱盖衬套和箱体衬套,所述箱盖衬套和箱体衬套由耐磨并具有自润滑性能的材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮箱总成,其特征在于,还设置有用于将齿轮箱总成安装至固定支承件上的至少两个定位安装孔,所述定位安装孔仅布置在所述箱体上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的齿轮箱总成,其特征在于,所述定位安装孔的安装平面高于所述箱盖的上表面一定距离。
4.根据权利要求3所述的齿轮箱总成,其特征在于,所述定位安装孔的安装平面高于所述箱盖的上表面0.5-1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮箱总成,其特征在于,所述丝杆的前端从所述箱体穿出,所述丝杆的后端位于所述箱体内并朝向所述箱盖,其中,所述丝杆的后端与所述箱盖的内表面之间设置有止挡装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的齿轮箱总成,其特征在于,所述止挡装置包括塑料垫片和橡胶垫。
7.一种头枕驱动器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至6中任一项所述的齿轮箱总成。
