本发明提供了一种具有安神补脑作用的药膳,原料配方包括莲子10-15份、百合19-22份、核桃10-12份、芡实7-9份、红枣14-16份、小米6-8份、龙眼7-8份、淮山药11-13份、肉桂1-2份、绞股蓝4-6份。
一种具有安神补脑作用的药膳制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将核桃10-12份去核打成粉末状;
(2)将小米6-8份低温烘焙后打成粉末状;
(3)将莲子10-15份、绞股蓝4-6份、百合19-22份、芡实7-9份、肉桂 1-2份提纯成粉末状;
(4)将红枣14-16份、龙眼7-8份、淮山药11-13份冻成粉末状;
(5)将步骤(1)到步骤(4)中的粉末混合均匀并过筛500目得到第一混合物;
(6)将步骤(5)中的第一混合物溶入热水中搅拌均匀得到成品。
步骤(4)中所述红枣、龙眼、淮山药用真空冷冻干技术处理后打成粉末状。
步骤(6)中的第一混合物与热水的重量配比为1:2.5-1:3.5。
步骤(6)中的热水温度为至少85℃。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
一种具有安神补脑作用的药膳,原料配方包括莲子12g、百合21g、核桃11g、芡实7.5g、红枣15g、小米7.4g、龙眼7.5g、淮山药12g、肉桂1g、绞股蓝5.6g。
一种具有安神补脑作用的药膳制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将核桃11g去核打成粉末状;
(2)将小米7.4g低温烘焙后打成粉末状;
(3)将莲子12g、绞股蓝5.6g、百合21g、芡实7.5g、肉桂1g提纯成粉末状;
(4)将红枣15g、龙眼7.5g、淮山药12g用真空冻干技术处理后成粉末状;
(5)将步骤(1)到步骤(4)中的粉末混合均匀并过筛500目得到第一混合物;
(6)将步骤(5)中的第一混合物按照1:3的重量配比溶入90℃的热水中搅拌均匀得到成品。

1.一种具有安神补脑作用的药膳,其特征在于:原料配方包括莲子10-15份、百合19-22份、核桃10-12份、芡实7-9份、红枣14-16份、小米6-8份、龙眼7-8份、淮山药11-13份、肉桂1-2份、绞股蓝4-6份。
2.一种具有安神补脑作用的药膳制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将核桃10-12份去核打成粉末状;
(2)将小米6-8份低温烘焙后打成粉末状;
(3)将莲子10-15份、绞股蓝4-6份、百合19-22份、芡实7-9份、肉桂1-2份提纯成粉末状;
(4)将红枣14-16份、龙眼7-8份、淮山药11-13份冻成粉末状;
(5)将步骤(1)到步骤(4)中的粉末混合均匀并过筛500目得到第一混合物;
(6)将步骤(5)中的第一混合物溶入热水中搅拌均匀得到成品。
3.如权利要求2所述一种具有安神补脑作用的药膳制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述红枣、龙眼、淮山药用真空冷冻干技术处理后打成粉末状。
4.如权利要求2所述一种具有安神补脑作用的药膳制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)中的第一混合物与热水的重量配比为1:2.5-1:3.5。
5.如权利要求2或3或4所述一种具有安神补脑作用的药膳制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)中的热水温度为至少85℃。
