Abstract
本发明提供一种卷膜捆包体,其不容易因集装箱内结露而发生纸制箱的变形,还不容易因吸湿而导致卷的纸芯强度下降、不容易因运输时的冲击等而发生卷芯的变形。该搬运用卷膜捆包体包括:将塑料膜卷绕于纸芯(1)而得到的卷膜(2)、收纳该卷膜(2)且载置在托架(9)上的纸制箱(11)、敷设在该纸制箱(11)上下并且比纸制箱(11)的纵向和横向的尺寸长且厚度为5~500μm的塑料膜或片(10)、和以覆盖托架高度的20~90%的方式缠绕在纸制箱(11)和托架的侧面而将纸制箱固定在托架(9)上的拉伸膜(12)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及将卷膜向海外搬运时不容易因集装箱内结露而发生纸制箱的变形、还不容易因吸湿而导致卷的纸芯强度下降、不容易因运输时的冲击等而发生卷芯变形的卷膜捆包体。
背景技术
装载于船舶输出的卷膜制品大多不将包装材料回收,大多情况下使用主要将纸用作原材料而制成的纸芯和纸制箱,而不使用强度高的塑料制的卷芯。另外,托架也通常为经过热处理的木制托架,而不是塑料制品。
利用船舶运输货物通常装入集装箱进行运输,但在高温多湿的时期、或在这样的地域内将货物装入集装箱内的情况下,若移动至温度较低的场所,就会在集装箱内发生结露。有时因纸制箱的吸水、吸湿使得箱发生变形,收纳在纸制箱内的制品与膜制品接触,对卷外观造成不良影响,还有时纸芯会因吸湿而导致强度下降,卷芯因卸货或运输时的上下动作的冲击而发生变形,悬挂保持在瓦楞纸板箱内的制品卷脱落。
关于卷膜制品的防吸湿技术,例如在专利文献1中提出了用叠层有金属膜或无机氧化物膜的塑料膜覆盖卷膜制品并封入干燥剂,但关于防止收纳有卷膜的纸制箱吸湿的问题尚未解决。
另外,根据专利文献2,记载了关于使用拉伸膜将托架上的卷线体的叠层体固定而成的捆包体,但关于防止叠层体吸水、吸湿的问题尚未解决。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明是鉴于上述问题而完成的,其要解决的课题在于提供一种卷膜捆包体,其不容易因集装箱内结露而发生纸制箱的变形,还不容易因吸湿而导致卷的纸芯强度下降、不容易因运输时的冲击等而发生卷芯变形。
用于解决课题的方法
本发明的发明人鉴于上述课题进行了潜心研究,结果发现,利用具有特定结构的卷膜捆包体,能够容易地解决上述课题,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明的要点在于一种搬运用卷膜捆包体,其特征在于,包括:将塑料膜卷绕于纸芯而得到的卷膜;收纳该卷膜并且载置在托架上的纸制箱;敷设于该纸制箱上下、并且比纸制箱的纵向和横向的尺寸长且厚度为5~500μm的塑料膜或片;和以覆盖托架高度的20~90%的方式缠绕纸在制箱和托架的侧面而将纸制箱固定在托架上的拉伸膜。
发明效果
利用本发明,能够提供一种不容易因结露而导致纸制箱变形和因吸湿而导致纸芯强度下降的卷膜捆包体,并能够防止卷膜的外观不良和因运输时冲击等造成的纸芯变形而导致的卷膜脱落,本发明的工业价值高。

具体实施方式
本发明的捆包体由(A)卷膜、(B)纸制箱、塑料膜或片(C)、和拉伸膜(D)构成。
卷膜通过将塑料膜以一定宽度卷绕在纸芯上而构成。纸芯是将纸用作主原料加工而成的管,可以使用内径为3~10英寸的制品。作为塑料膜的例子,可以列举聚酯膜、聚乙烯膜、尼龙膜、聚丙烯膜、聚酰亚胺膜等。纸制箱通常使用将纸板加工成波浪状且具有叠层结构的长方体的瓦楞纸板箱。卷膜的重量为50~1000kg,以用凸缘支撑纸芯的两端的悬挂状态收纳在纸制箱内。纸制箱被载置在托架上。
敷设于纸制箱的上下的塑料膜或片的厚度为5~500μm。小于5μm时,容易因木制托架的表面的凹凸而开孔。而在超过500μm时,膜的刚性增强,不容易覆盖长方体的箱。
塑料膜的种类没有特别限定,为聚酯膜、聚乙烯膜、聚丙烯膜,更优选为能够控制纸制箱所含的水分的透湿防水片。
透湿防湿片的例子可以列举JIS A6111所规定的透湿防水片A或透湿防水片B。
塑料膜或片敷设在纸制箱的上下。在不存在这样的塑料膜或片时,集装箱内产生的结露水会附着于纸制箱而发生箱的变形或纸芯的强度下降。
另外,塑料膜或片的大小必须比纸制箱的纵向和横向的尺寸长。在塑料膜或片的大小比纸制箱的纵向或横向的任一个尺寸短时,集装箱内产生的结露水会附着在纸制箱上、积存于集装箱底部的水滴会通过木制托架被纸制箱吸收,无法防止箱变形或纸芯的强度下降。进一步而言,位于纸制箱的下部的膜或片的大小优选比托架的纵向和横向的尺寸稍长。
拉伸膜为直链状低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)膜,优选使用宽度300~2000mm、厚度10~30μm左右的膜。
拉伸膜缠绕在纸制箱和托架的侧面,将纸制箱固定在托架上。此时,覆盖托架的侧面高度的20~90%,优选覆盖30~80%。在小于20%时,纸制箱与托架的固定不完全,在捆包体受到横向的揺晃时,有时会发生散包。而在超过90%卷绕时,将叉车的货叉插入托架变得困难,给货物装卸造成麻烦。
上述的托架可以使用木制托架或塑料制托架,托架只要具有承载所载置的货物的重量的强度即可,不特别限制材质,但输出用时大多使用木制托架。
接着,对本发明的搬运用卷膜捆包体进行具体说明,但只要满足本发明的构成条件,不特别限定于以下的示例。
本发明的搬运用卷膜捆包体中,收纳在纸制箱内的卷,以规定的膜宽度和长度切断,卷在纸芯上。卷上后,粘贴胶带将膜固定,根据需要贴上显示品名和批次的标签。之后,为了防尘用塑料膜覆盖卷,在用塑料膜覆盖之前,可以根据需要为了防止吸湿而用单面进行了金属蒸镀的膜、或粘贴有金属箔的膜覆盖卷。
另外,卷的重量超过100kg时,为了加固纸芯的强度,优选在纸芯的两端嵌入与纸芯的内径和外径相同的塑料制圆筒形帽。塑料制的圆筒形帽的圆筒长度通常为50~200mm,圆筒的厚度通常为5~20mm。
卷膜以用凸缘支撑纸芯的两端的悬挂的状态收纳在纸制箱中。另外,对于凸缘与纸制箱的间隙,用木制或瓦楞纸板制的填充物填满间隙。根据需要,可以在纸制箱内放置吸湿剂。
图1示意性地表示卷膜收纳在纸制箱内的状态。
将托架置于旋转台上,敷设比纸制箱的纵向和横向的尺寸长的塑料膜或片,伸出托架外的部分可以用胶带粘贴在托架上。接着,载置收纳了卷的纸制箱,纸制箱既可以是1个,也可以是多个,还可以分2段堆叠载置。然后,在纸制箱的上部用比纸制箱的纵向和横向的尺寸长的塑料膜或片覆盖。伸出箱外的部分可以用胶带固定在箱上。其中,在载置多个纸制箱时,使用比纵向和横向的合计尺寸长的塑料膜或片。根据需要,还可以在托架上放置吸湿剂。
最后,将拉伸膜的端部固定在托架上,一边使旋转台旋转,一边缠绕在托架和纸制箱上。此时,施加适度的张力,使拉伸膜在稍稍伸长的状态下边上下移动并缠绕,将箱和托架固定。
图2表示如此制作的捆包体的截面的示意图。
实施例
以下,利用实施例对本发明进行更详细的说明,但只要不超出其要点,本发明并不限定于以下的实施例。
其中,拉伸膜覆盖托架高度的比率%定义如下。求出对于托架的4个侧面拉伸膜缠绕的最大高度和最小高度,计算平均值。将该平均值的托架高度的比率作为拉伸膜覆盖托架高度的比率%。
实施例1:
将利用逐次双轴拉伸法制造的厚度12μm的双轴拉伸聚酯膜利用切割机以宽度1000mm长度4000m卷绕在内径3英寸、长度1005mm的纸芯上,制作卷膜。卷的膜的重量为68kg。接着,用聚乙烯制管包覆卷,在纸芯的两端插入塑料制圆筒形帽,用凸缘支撑,收纳在纵向500mm、高度500mm、横向1200m的瓦楞纸板箱内。
将纵向1300mm、横向1400mm、高度180mm的木制托架放置在旋转台上。然后,敷设12μm的宽度1500mm、长度1.5m的聚酯膜,在其上分2段载置2列收纳有卷膜的纵向500mm、高度500mm、横向1200m的瓦楞纸板箱。用12μm的宽度1500mm、长度1.5m的聚酯膜覆盖纸制箱的上部,用胶带将多个位置固定在箱上。
接着,将厚度20μm、宽度500mm的拉伸膜的端部固定在托架上,之后一边使旋转台旋转,一边在托架和纸制箱上缠绕。此时,施加适度的张力,使拉伸膜在稍稍伸长的状态下边上下移动边缠绕,将箱和托架固定。托架的侧面的70%被拉伸膜覆盖。
实施例2:
将利用逐次双轴拉伸法制造的厚度25μm的双轴拉伸聚酯膜利用切割机以宽度1575mm长度6000m卷绕在内径6英寸、长度1635mm的纸芯上,制作卷膜。卷的膜的重量为334kg。接着,用铝层压的防湿片覆盖,再用聚乙烯制管包覆卷。然后,为了提高纸芯的强度,在两端插入塑料制圆筒形帽,用凸缘支撑,收纳在纵向560mm、高度560mm、横向1670m的瓦楞纸板箱内。
将纵向600mm、横向1740mm、高度190mm的木制托架放置在旋转台上。然后,敷设厚度0.2mm的宽度1000mm、长度2m的JIS A6111所规定的透湿防水片,在其上载置收纳有卷膜的纵向560mm、高度560mm、横向1670m的瓦楞纸板箱。用厚度0.2mm的宽度1000mm、长度2m的JIS A6111所规定的透湿防水片B覆盖纸制箱的上部,用胶带将多个位置固定在箱上。
接着,将厚度20μm、宽度500mm的拉伸膜的端部固定在托架上,之后一边使旋转台旋转,一边在托架和纸制箱上缠绕。此时,施加适度的张力,使拉伸膜在稍稍伸长的状态下边上下移动边缠绕,将箱和托架固定。托架的侧面的50%被拉伸膜覆盖。
比较例1:
除了在纸制箱的上下没有敷设塑料膜以外,按照与实施例1相同的方法捆包。
比较例2:
除了在纸制箱的上下没有敷设透湿防水片以外,按照与实施例2相同的方法捆包。
比较例3:
除了托架的侧面的10%被拉伸膜覆盖以外,按照与实施例1相同的方法捆包。
比较例4:
除了托架的侧面的95%被拉伸膜覆盖以外,按照与实施例1相同的方法捆包。
将卷膜捆包体装入集装箱内,在1000km以上的海上运输之后,将捆包体的评价结果汇总在下述表1中。

在实施例1~2中,在海上运输之后保管在仓库中的捆包体的外观和纸制箱内部的卷膜没有异常。特别是实施例2,尽管卷膜的重量超过300kg,也没有发生纸制箱的变形和纸芯的变形。另一方面,在比较例1和2中,由于纸制箱的上下没有敷设塑料膜或透湿防水片,因此捆包体的外观出现了异常。在比较例3中,由于缠绕在托架侧面的拉伸膜的侧面高度的比率小于20%,因此,用手在水平方向上推动时捆包体活动,可能导致散包。在比较例4中,叉车的货叉无法插入托架,装卸货物时出现了不良状况。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的搬运用卷膜捆包体适合用作例如装载在集装箱内在海上运输时的卷膜捆包体。

1.一种搬运用卷膜捆包体,其特征在于,包括:
将塑料膜卷绕于纸芯而得到的卷膜;
收纳该卷膜并且载置在托架上的纸制箱;
敷设于该纸制箱上下、并且比纸制箱的纵向和横向的尺寸长且厚度为5~500μm的塑料膜或片;和
以覆盖托架高度的20~90%的方式缠绕在纸制箱和托架的侧面而将纸制箱固定在托架上的拉伸膜。
