一种包装结构,包括充气垫(1)和两个底托(2),充气垫(1)包覆于待包装产品(3)的外周侧上,两个底托(2)分别固定设置于待包装产品(3)的两个端面上。该包装结构利用充气垫替代聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,在保证包装可靠性的前提下,解决了目前包装泡沫打包复杂、包装材料成本高、人工成本高的问题,尽可能地减小包装结构的质量和体积,大幅增加仓储、运输容积率,降低物流成本,而且使用之后将充气垫内的气放掉折叠,易于回收利用。

Description

包装结构
本申请要求于2019年3月19日提交至中国国家知识产权局、申请号为201910208853.7、发明名称为“包装结构”的专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本申请涉及设备运输包装技术领域,特别是一种包装结构。
背景技术
目前,壁挂炉产品使用的包装材料主要是非环保型包材聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,因壁挂炉产品重量超过40kg,需要较大的缓冲厚度及高密度材料,使得壁挂炉包装成本高,并且包装后的壁挂炉整体质量和体积过大,不方便运输,而且泡沫材料易脆断,泡沫冲击破损后,包装可靠性也随之大幅下降且无法回收使用。
发明内容
为了解决包装可靠性低且无法回收使用的技术问题,而提供一种保证可靠性且能够回收使用的包装结构。
一种包装结构,包括充气垫和两个底托,所述充气垫包覆于待包装产品的外周侧上,两个所述底托分别固定设置于所述待包装产品的两个端面上。
每一所述底托上均形成有容纳槽,所述待包装产品的对应端部伸入对应的所述容纳槽内。
所述充气垫按照待包装产品的最大宽度和最大长度围成长方体结构,两个所述底托设置于所述长方体结构的对应端部上。
所述长方体结构的长度不小于所述待包装产品的长度,且所述长方体结构的两个端部分别伸入对应的所述容纳槽内。
所述底托内设置有环内部,所述环内部设置于所述容纳槽内部,且与所述容纳槽围成环形槽,且所述环形槽的尺寸与所述长方体结构的端部尺寸相同。
所述环内部由蜂窝纸板制成。
所述环内部设置有避让所述待包装产品的端部结构的避让槽。
所述底托由瓦楞纸制成,且所述底托在所述长方体结构的顶点处形成护角。
所述充气垫由PVDE/PE复合膜材料制作并充气形成。
所述包装结构还包括拉伸膜,所述拉伸膜包覆于所述充气垫和所述底托的外侧面上。
所述包装结构还包括至少一条打包带,所述打包带沿两个所述底托的设置方向捆扎于所述充气垫和所述底托上。
所述待包装产品为壁挂炉。
一种形成上述的包装结构的包装方法,包括:
S1、将充气垫包覆于待包装产品上;
S2、将两个所述底托扣设于完成S1的待包装产品对应的端部;
S3、对完成S2的待包装产品包覆拉伸膜;
S4、对完成S3的待包装产品使用打包带打包。
在步骤S1中,将充气垫1在包装现场进行裁剪,并在裁剪完成后进行充气折叠,包覆于待包装产品3的外周侧上。
本申请提供的包装结构,利用充气垫替代聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,在保证包装可靠性的前提下,解决目前包装泡沫打包复杂、包装材料成本高、人工成本高的问题,尽可能减小包装结构的质量和体积,大幅增加仓储、运输容积率,降低物流成本,而且使用之后将充气垫内的气放掉折叠,易于回收利用。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
如图1至图3所示的包装结构,包括充气垫1和两个底托2,所述充气垫1包覆于待包装产品3的外周侧上,两个所述底托2分别固定设置于所述待包装产品3的两个端面上,利用充气垫1的优良缓冲性能替代聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,在达到相同的包装效果的前提下,尽可能的减小包装体积及包装成本,解决目前包装泡沫打包复杂、包装材料成本高、人工成本高的问题,而且充气垫1在放气后折叠回收,易于再次利用,有效解决环保问题。
每一所述底托2上均形成有容纳槽21,所述待包装产品3的对应端部伸入对应的所述容纳槽21内,将待包装产品3的端部包入底托2内,利用底托2对待包装产品3的端部进行包裹保护,有效保护产品及充气垫1的完好性,使充气垫1的缓冲性能达到最优,同时在对待包装产品3进行堆叠时,底托2能够起到支撑的作用。
所述充气垫1按照待包装产品3的最大宽度和最大长度围成长方体结构,两个所述底托2设置于所述长方体结构的对应端部上,也即将长方形的充气垫1按照待包装产品3尺寸进行三次折叠形成长方体结构,待包装产品3处于长方体结构的内部,底托2将待包装产品3的端部和长方体结构的端部均进行包覆,容纳腔的内侧面与长方体结构的外侧面贴合,有效保护产品及气垫的完好性,使气垫的面缓冲性能达到最优。
所述长方体结构的长度不小于所述待包装产品3的长度,且所述长方体结构的两个端部分别伸入对应的所述容纳槽21内,使充气垫1对待包装产品3在长度方向上进行完全包覆,并使充气垫1的端部能够与对应的底托2进行配合,增加包装结构的可靠性。
所述底托2内设置有环内部22,所述环内部22设置于所述容纳槽21内部,且与所述容纳槽21围成环形槽,且所述环形槽的尺寸与所述长方体结构的端部尺寸相同,也即将长方形结构的端部设置在环形槽内,使待包装产品3的端部能够与底托2的端面进行贴合,增加底托2对待包装产品3的支撑强度。
所述环内部22由蜂窝纸板制成。
所述环内部22设置有避让所述待包装产品3的端部结构的避让槽23,避让槽23的形状及深度根据待包装产品3端部的实际结构进行设定。
所述底托2由瓦楞纸制成,且所述底托2在所述长方体结构的顶点处形成护角,利用护角增加包装结构的边棱的支撑强度。
所述充气垫1由PVDE/PE复合膜材料制作并充气形成,在准备包装时,按照待包装产品3的尺寸裁剪,并进行三次折叠形成长方体结构,对充气垫1的两个自由边沿进行热塑等进行封闭,从而完成包覆。
所述包装结构还包括拉伸膜4,所述拉伸膜4包覆于所述充气垫1和所述底托2的外侧面上,利用拉伸膜4机将拉伸膜4完全缠绕于充气垫1和底托2的外部,增加充气垫1和底托2的包装效果。
所述包装结构还包括至少一条打包带5,所述打包带5沿两个所述底托2的设置方向捆扎于所述充气垫1和所述底托2上,双重确保包装件与产品之间的紧固装配,避免外部拉伸膜4在有撕裂的状况下,包装件与产品分离后失效的情况,也能够当遇到无器械装卸时,方便人工搬运。
所述待包装产品3为壁挂炉,其中壁挂炉的质量一般不小于40KG,而单独使用充气垫1进行包装时,其压缩性能及奶戳穿性能不足,现有技术中一般不会使用,而本技术方案使用蜂窝板+纸护角的组合底托2解决产品在跌落角、棱的抗充气垫1的耐戳穿要求,产品的凸起部分主要分布在两端,例如产品的边棱、接头等,两头与抗平压戳穿的蜂窝板纸护角底托2可直接有效保护产品及气垫的完好性,使气垫的面缓冲性能达到最优。同时,纸护角底托2还可起到正向堆码的支撑作用。
一种形成上述的包装结构的包装方法,包括:
S1、将充气垫1包覆于待包装产品3上;
S2、将两个所述底托2扣设于完成S1的待包装产品3对应的端部;
S3、对完成S2的待包装产品3包覆拉伸膜4;
S4、对完成S3的待包装产品3使用打包带5打包。
在步骤S1中,将充气垫1在包装现场进行裁剪,并在裁剪完成后进行充气折叠,包覆于待包装产品3的外周侧上。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具 体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种包装结构,其特征在于:包括充气垫(1)和两个底托(2),所述充气垫(1)包覆于待包装产品(3)的外周侧上,两个所述底托(2)分别固定设置于所述待包装产品(3)的两个端面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装结构,其特征在于:每一所述底托(2)上均形成有容纳槽(21),所述待包装产品(3)的对应端部伸入对应的所述容纳槽(21)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装结构,其特征在于:所述充气垫(1)按照待包装产品(3)的最大宽度和最大长度围成长方体结构,两个所述底托(2)设置于所述长方体结构的对应端部上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装结构,其特征在于:所述长方体结构的长度不小于所述待包装产品(3)的长度,且所述长方体结构的两个端部分别伸入对应的所述容纳槽(21)内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的包装结构,其特征在于:所述底托(2)内设置有环内部(22),所述环内部(22)设置于所述容纳槽(21)内部,且与所述容纳槽(21)围成环形槽,且所述环形槽的尺寸与所述长方体结构的端部尺寸相同。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的包装结构,其特征在于:所述环内部(22)由蜂窝纸板制成。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的包装结构,其特征在于:所述环内部(22)设置有避让所述待包装产品(3)的端部结构的避让槽(23)。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的包装结构,其特征在于:所述底托(2)由瓦楞纸制成,且所述底托(2)在所述长方体结构的顶点处形成护角。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的包装结构,其特征在于:所述充气垫(1)由PVDE/PE复合膜材料制作并充气形成。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的包装结构,其特征在于:所述包装结构还包括拉伸膜(4),所述拉伸膜(4)包覆于所述充气垫(1)和所述底托(2)的外侧面上。
  11. 根据权利要求1或10所述的包装结构,其特征在于:所述包装结构还包括至少一条打包带(5),所述打包带(5)沿两个所述底托(2)的设置方向捆扎于所述充气垫(1)和所述底托(2)上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的包装结构,其特征在于:所述待包装产 品(3)为壁挂炉。
