Abstract
Description
基台上に整列配置された複数のガラスロービングの上に複数のガラスロービングを段積みしてそれらの外周部を包装材で包装してあるガラスロービング梱包体であって、
下段側のガラスロービングと上段側のガラスロービングとの間に位置ずれ防止シートを介在してある。
前記位置ずれ防止シートは、発泡性樹脂シートであることが好ましい。
各段を構成する前記ガラスロービングと前記位置ずれ防止シートとの接触面積が前記ガラスロービングの底面の面積の50%以上となるように、前記位置ずれ防止シートを構成してあることが好ましい。
前記位置ずれ防止シートに、下段側のガラスロービングが配設された空間と上段側のガラスロービングが配設された空間とを連通する連通孔を形成してあることが好ましい。
前記連通孔が、上段側及び下段側のガラスロービングと接触していない前記位置ずれ防止シートのシート面に形成されていることが好ましい。
前記ガラスロービングは中空部を有する筒状に形成され、前記連通孔が、下段側のガラスロービングの中空部と上段側のガラスロービングの中空部とを連通するように形成されていることが好ましい。
前記連通孔が、前記ガラスロービングの中空部以外の領域で、下段側のガラスロービングが配設された空間と上段側のガラスロービングが配設された空間とをさらに連通するように形成されていることが好ましい。
前記連通孔が、矩形に形成されていることが好ましい。
前記ガラスロービングは中空部を有する筒状に形成され、下段側のガラスロービングの中空部と上段側のガラスロービングの中空部との連通が維持された状態で、前記下段側のガラスロービングと前記上段側のガラスロービングとの間に複数の矩形の位置ずれ防止シートが配置されていることが好ましい。
図1は、本発明に用いるガラスロービング100及び位置ずれ防止シート10を示し、(A)はガラスロービング100の斜視図であり、(B)は位置ずれ防止シート10の上面図である。図1(A)に示されるように、ガラスロービング100は、例えば、繊維径数μm~数十μmのEガラスやARガラス等のガラス繊維モノフィラメント数百本を集束したストランドを所定の番手となるように引き揃えてガラスストランド1とし、これを円筒状に巻き取り、オレフィン系のシュリンクフィルム2でシュリンク包装したものである。ガラスロービング100は、略円筒状の巻回体であり、周面3及び底面4と、上面5の一部とをオレフィン系のシュリンクフィルム2で被覆している。上面5には、シュリンクフィルム2により被覆されていない未被覆部6が存在する。ガラスロービング100は、内層からガラスストランド1を容易に解舒するため、この未被覆部6からガラスストランド1の端部を引き出し、シュリンクフィルム2の周面3に位置するように配置している。オレフィン系のシュリンクフィルム2に適度な剛性を持たせている場合には、ガラスストランド1をガラスロービング100の内層から解舒して、ガラスロービング100の最外層のみが残る状態となっても、シュリンク包装したシュリンクフィルム2は自立することができる。
ガラスロービング梱包体200の作成手順について説明する。まず、基台20上にパッド21及び位置ずれ防止シート10を敷く。基台20上にパッド21及び位置ずれ防止シート10を敷いた後、ガラスロービング100を位置ずれ防止シート10の上に載置する。本実施形態では、先ず位置ずれ防止シート10上に4列4行の計16個のガラスロービング100を整列しながら載置し、16個のガラスロービング100の上面5の全てを被覆するように位置ずれ防止シート10を配置する。次いで、位置ずれ防止シート10の上に4列4行の計16個のガラスロービング100を下段のガラスロービング100の上に重ねるように段積みする。この場合、位置ずれ防止シート10に形成された連通孔11を目印として位置ずれ防止シート10の上にガラスロービング100を簡単に整列しながら段積みすることができる。この同じ作業を繰り返して、4列4行3段の計48個のガラスロービング100をパッド21上に積載して、ガラスロービング100の集積体を構成する。
図3は、本発明に係るガラスロービング梱包体の断面図を示し、(A)は図2(A)のガラスロービング梱包体のa-a’で切断した横断面図であり、(B)は図2(A)のガラスロービング梱包体のb-b’で切断した縦断面図である。図3に示されるように、ガラスロービング100は、4列4行で整列配置され、整列配置されたガラスロービング同士は、当接するように配置される。整列配置されたガラスロービング100の上面5には、位置ずれ防止シート10が、全てのガラスロービング100を被覆するように配置されている。
図4は、本発明に用いる位置ずれ防止シート10の別実施形態を示し、(A)は位置ずれ防止シート10のシート面積を変えたガラスロービング梱包体200の横断面図であり、(B)は位置ずれ防止シート10の連通孔11の形状及び数を変えたガラスロービング梱包体200の横断面図である。図5は、本発明に用いる位置ずれ防止シート10の別実施形態を示し、(A)は位置ずれ防止シート10の連通孔11の位置、形状及び数を変えたガラスロービング梱包体200の横断面図であり、(B)は連通孔11の位置及び大きさを示した位置ずれ防止シート10の上面図である。図6は、本発明に用いる位置ずれ防止シート10の別実施形態を示し、複数の矩形の位置ずれ防止シート10を使用したガラスロービング梱包体200の横断面図である。

Claims (9)
- 基台上に整列配置された複数のガラスロービングの上に複数のガラスロービングを段積みしてそれらの外周部を包装材で包装してあるガラスロービング梱包体であって、
下段側のガラスロービングと上段側のガラスロービングとの間に位置ずれ防止シートを介在してあるガラスロービング梱包体。 - 前記位置ずれ防止シートは、発泡性樹脂シートである請求項1に記載のガラスロービング梱包体。
- 各段を構成する前記ガラスロービングと前記位置ずれ防止シートとの接触面積が前記ガラスロービングの底面の面積の50%以上となるように、前記位置ずれ防止シートを構成してある請求項1又は2に記載のガラスロービング梱包体。
- 前記位置ずれ防止シートに、下段側のガラスロービングが配設された空間と上段側のガラスロービングが配設された空間とを連通する連通孔を形成してある請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のガラスロービング梱包体。
- 前記連通孔が、上段側及び下段側のガラスロービングと接触していない前記位置ずれ防止シートのシート面に形成されている請求項4に記載のガラスロービング梱包体。
- 前記ガラスロービングは中空部を有する筒状に形成され、前記連通孔が、下段側のガラスロービングの中空部と上段側のガラスロービングの中空部とを連通するように形成されている請求項4に記載のガラスロービング梱包体。
- 前記連通孔が、前記ガラスロービングの中空部以外の領域で、下段側のガラスロービングが配設された空間と上段側のガラスロービングが配設された空間とをさらに連通するように形成されている請求項6に記載のガラスロービング梱包体。
- 前記連通孔が、矩形に形成されている請求項4~7の何れか一項に記載のガラスロービング梱包体。
- 前記ガラスロービングは中空部を有する筒状に形成され、下段側のガラスロービングの中空部と上段側のガラスロービングの中空部との連通が維持された状態で、前記下段側のガラスロービングと前記上段側のガラスロービングとの間に複数の矩形の位置ずれ防止シートが配置されている請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のガラスロービング梱包体。
