芦花鸡的肉质鲜美,抗逆性强,是我国优良的地方鸡品种之一,该鸡遗传性能稳定,适应性强,耐粗饲,善觅食,灵敏好动,属典型的瘦肉型珍禽野味,故其成鸡经济价值高;芦花鸡,皮薄,皮下脂肪少,肌肉结实,血液中免疫球蛋白含量高,骨骼细而坚硬,毛孔小而密集,食之味美,嫩滑不腻嘴,香味回味长,属无公害绿色食品,所以芦花鸡肉广受人们的喜爱;但是饲养方放对芦花鸡的屠宰性能有很大影响,目前芦花鸡的饲养方法饲养的芦花鸡的屠宰性能并不理想,所以应该发明一种提升芦花鸡屠宰性能的饲养方法来提高养殖户的经济效益。

(1)芦花鸡的日常饲喂
选择2周龄且生长健壮的芦花鸡,每天饲喂4次饲料、每天每次的饲喂量均相同,每次饲喂饲料1h后饲喂一次柠檬酸钙水溶液;
所述的饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:鲜火龙果皮9~10份、鲜槐花3.2~3.8份、青春双歧杆菌0.8~0.9份、鱼骨4~5份、鲜马齿苋6.5~7.5份、干玉米85~90份、干绿豆14~16份、醋糟23~25份;
(2)芦花鸡的日常补喂
每三天补喂一次营养补充剂;所述的营养补充剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹沥0.4~0.5份、异亮氨酸0.25~0.31份、海藻多糖0.14~0.18份、椰子汁30~32份、水440~460份。

B.将鱼骨、干玉米和干绿豆混合粉碎,得混合粉末;向混合粉末中加入重量为其重量0.3~0.4倍量、质量分数为7%~9%的氯化钠溶液混合搓揉20~25min,置入温度为85~90℃的烘烤箱内恒温烘烤9~11min,得烘烤料;
C.将蒸汽料和烘烤料混合均匀,室温自然冷却,加入青春双歧杆菌混合搅拌均匀,调整含水量为29%~31%,置入温度为31~33℃的发酵箱恒温发酵80~90h,造粒,得饲料。

(2)芦花鸡的日常补喂
每三天补喂一次营养补充剂;所述的营养补充剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹沥0.4~0.5份、异亮氨酸0.25~0.31份、海藻多糖0.14~0.18份、椰子汁30~32份、水440~460份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提升芦花鸡屠宰性能的饲养方法,其特征在于,所述的柠檬酸钙水溶液的质量分数为0.02%~0.03%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提升芦花鸡屠宰性能的饲养方法,其特征在于,所述的饲料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
A.将鲜火龙果皮、鲜槐花、鲜马齿苋和醋糟混合粉碎,置入温度为70~75℃的条件下蒸汽处理6~8min,以3~4℃/min的升温速率升温至115~120℃继续恒温蒸汽处理9~11min,得蒸汽料;
B.将鱼骨、干玉米和干绿豆混合粉碎,得混合粉末;向混合粉末中加入重量为其重量0.3~0.4倍量、质量分数为7%~9%的氯化钠溶液混合搓揉20~25min,置入温度为85~90℃的烘烤箱内恒温烘烤9~11min,得烘烤料;
C.将蒸汽料和烘烤料混合均匀,室温自然冷却,加入青春双歧杆菌混合搅拌均匀,调整含水量为29%~31%,置入温度为31~33℃的发酵箱恒温发酵80~90h,造粒,得饲料。
