Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of artificial feeding of feed insects, and particularly relates to an artificial feed for bactrocera dorsalis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Citrus fruit flies (Bactroceraradsais) are dangerous pests which harm fruits and vegetables, are found in citrus gardens in Taipei City of Taiwan province for the first time in 1911 in China, and the occurrence of the pests is reported in 1937 in mainland. Because citrus fruit flies have the characteristics of strong flying ability, wide hosts, strong vitality, difficult control and the like, the citrus fruit flies can seriously damage the fruit production and also seriously influence the development of the international fruit trade. Therefore, there is no way to establish the control measures for the fruit flies in any country and region around the world where the fruit flies are generated and harmful. In the process of developing the research on the control of the fruit flies, the research and the application of the most single food baits and pesticide spraying are carried out, and the research and the application of the most single food baits and pesticide spraying are carried out, so that the research and the application of the most single food baits and pesticide spraying are in the stage of designing higher comprehensive control measures based on the biological and ecological characteristics of the fruit flies.
The artificial feed for raising insects is one of the techniques for researching entomology, and can breed certain kinds of target insects without season limitation, so that the artificial feed can be used for the research on the aspects of insect biology, physiology, insect pest comprehensive control measure preparation and the like.
At present, the existing food for artificially feeding the bactrocera dorsalis hendel is expensive and is not beneficial to large-scale production and application. The formula adopted in the prior art is as follows: bananas (peeled); corn starch; sodium benzoate, cane sugar, yeast, paper roll, concentrated sulfuric acid and water, beating the banana flesh into banana juice by using a beating machine, and then mixing with others. The banana price is greatly influenced by market price and climate, the cost is high, and prepared food needs to be stored in a low-temperature refrigerator, so that the banana is very inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a feed formula for bactrocera dorsalis, which can achieve the effects of no excessive nutrition, maximized benefit, good suitability for the growth of bactrocera dorsalis, and realization of large-scale production of bactrocera dorsalis, and is applicable, convenient and economic.
The technical solution to solve the above technical problems is as follows.
An artificial feed formula for bactrocera dorsalis comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

1500 portions of water and 2500 portions of water.
Preferably, the artificial feed for bactrocera dorsalis comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
wheat bran 790 and 820 portions;
sucrose: 390-420 parts;
corn starch: 390-420 parts;
yeast: 140 portion to 160 portion;
water: 1950-2050 parts.
More preferably, the artificial feed for bactrocera dorsalis comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
800 parts of wheat bran;
sucrose: 400 parts of (1);
corn starch: 400 parts of (1);
yeast: 150 parts;
2000 parts of water.
Preferably, the artificial feed for bactrocera dorsalis also comprises 1-15 parts of sodium benzoate, preferably 2-8 parts.
The invention also aims to solve the technical problem of providing a preparation method of the artificial feed for bactrocera dorsalis.
The technical solution to solve the above technical problems is as follows.
The preparation method of the artificial feed for bactrocera dorsalis comprises the following steps:
(4) dissolving the sucrose into water to obtain a sucrose solution;
(5) mixing yeast and corn starch, and then mixing with wheat bran to obtain a mixture;
(6) adding the mixture into the sucrose solution, and uniformly mixing.
According to the artificial feed formula for bactrocera dorsalis, wheat bran is used for replacing bananas to provide trace elements and inorganic salt, and the function of regulating moisture of tissues is achieved, and the optimized combination of the raw material formulas is adopted, so that the effects of no excess nutrition and maximized benefit are achieved, the growth of the bactrocera dorsalis can be well adapted, the bactrocera dorsalis can be used for large-scale production of the bactrocera dorsalis, and the raw materials are convenient and easy to obtain and are not influenced by weather; the quality is high, the price is low, and the preparation is convenient; the method has the advantages of energy conservation, emission reduction, no need of refrigerator storage and the like, is economical and practical, and reduces the cost of artificially feeding the bactrocera dorsalis hendel.

Example 3:
the artificial feed formula for bactrocera dorsalis in the embodiment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
wheat bran: 800 parts;
sucrose: 400 parts of (1);

Comparative example 1: 1500 parts of banana (peeled); 1500 parts of corn starch; 6 parts of sodium benzoate, 300 parts of cane sugar, 300 parts of yeast, 300 parts of roll paper, 12 parts of concentrated sulfuric acid and 3000 parts of water.
Comparative example 2: the formulation is the same as in example 3, except that wheat bran is absent or a small amount of wheat bran, for example 200 parts, is added.
The experimental process comprises the following steps:
1. feed diets were prepared according to the formulations of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1, 2,
2. collecting the eggs of the bactrocera dorsalis, filtering the eggs into black gauze,
3. several 5 eggs per 1000 were collected under the microscope,
4. 1000 eggs were evenly swept onto the feed with a brush pen.
5. The number of growing days of the larvae is recorded when the bactrocera dorsalis is hatched and fed until the bactrocera dorsalis automatically jumps out of the feed.
6. And counting the number of larvae after the bactrocera dorsalis completely jumps out of the feed.
8. Transferring to a cage after the citrus fruit fly larvae go to sand and become pupate for 7 days,
9. after 5 days, taking out pupa shell and counting number of broken shells
The experimental results are as follows:
food product | Hatching rate | Number of days of larva growth | Eclosion rate |
Example 1 | 76.3% | 8 | 67.3% |
Example 2 | 45.9% | 9 | 52.3% |
Example 3 | 97.5% | 7 | 96.8% |
Comparative example 1 | 98% | 7 | 97.4% |
Comparative example 2 | 12.3% | 9 | 52.3% |
We found that the eggs of bactrocera dorsalis require a certain humidity during the hatching process, but the low humidity causes the eggs to lose water and reduce the hatching rate, and the high humidity causes the eggs not to obtain the required oxygen during the development process and stop the development. Optimal hatching and feeding can be achieved only under suitable humidity conditions. This is the cause of the decrease in hatchability of examples 1 and 2.
Since sucrose, yeast and corn starch are the main nutrients and energy for providing the growth and development of larvae, the shortage of energy will result in prolonged growth and development of larvae. The nutrition can be kept from being excessive only under the condition of a very proper proportion, and the benefit is maximized. Energy intake at the larval stage affects the rate of emergence, and citrus fruit fly larvae that normally fall sand are energetic enough to emerge.
According to experimental data, the proportion of the example 3 is relatively close to the growth cycle, the hatching rate and the emergence rate of banana food. Under the same price, the total amount of the citrus fruit flies bred in the example 3 is 7-9 times of the banana food.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
