本发明涉及猪饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料及其制备方法和使用方法。
背景技术
猪肉是人们最为常吃的肉类食物,需求量相当大,因此猪的养殖业越来越受到欢迎,但目前生猪供应严重不足。一方面是由于饲料价格上涨过快,导致养殖成本高,农民养猪利润薄,甚至亏本,因此大幅度减少养猪规模;另一方面是由于喂猪一般在饲料中添加抗生素、激素等饲料添加剂,以提高生猪的免疫力,改善猪肉品质,同时缩短生猪的出栏周期,降低饲养成本,猪吃后,虽然起到一定的防病、抗病效果,但长期使用,病菌易产生耐药性,同时容易导致生猪自身免疫力下降,当遇到传染病流行时,生猪便大批死亡,且生猪饲养中所使用的饲料添加剂对人体危害严重,人们甚至因此拒食猪肉。以上因素导致了生猪市场混乱,生猪养殖效益降低。因此一种高效、安全性好的饲料对于促进生猪的养殖业的发展尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料及其制备方法和使用方法,该发酵饲料配方最为科学合理,营养丰富,具有清热解毒、补肾壮阳、理脾健胃、抗菌杀虫、强筋健骨、润肠通便、促进食欲等保健功效,增强生猪体质,提高生猪免疫力,从而增加生猪的平均增重量,降低患病率,进而有效提高了生猪养殖效益,且其制备方法简单,易生产。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料,主要由以下重量份原料制成:中草药粉30-40份、木瓜20-25份、香蕉皮18-20份、茶叶15-17份、红豆草25-30份、蘑菇15-20份、牡蛎10-15份、动物肝脏20-23份、植物油3-5份、糖类6-8份及微生物0.5-1份;
所述中草药粉主要由以下重量份原料制成:枸骨20-25份、淫羊藿23-25份、补骨脂18-20份、仙茅20-22份、女贞子15-17份、百合12-14份、酢浆草10-12份、猪毛菜10-12份、乌梅6-7份、三尖杉7-9份、菖蒲叶7-8份、牛繁缕3-5份、通泉草3-4份及鸭舌草3-4份。
优选地,主要由以下重量份原料制成:中草药粉35份、木瓜23份、香蕉皮19份、茶叶16份、红豆草27份、蘑菇17份、牡蛎13份、动物肝脏21.5份、植物油4份、糖类7份及微生物0.7份;
所述中草药粉主要由以下重量份原料制成:枸骨23份、淫羊藿24份、补骨脂19份、仙茅21份、女贞子16份、百合13份、酢浆草11份、猪毛菜11份、乌梅6.5份、三尖杉8份、菖蒲叶7.5份、牛繁缕4份、通泉草3.5份及鸭舌草3.5份。
优选地,所述微生物是由等质量比的双歧杆菌、酵母菌、干酪乳杆菌、霉菌及放线菌混合而成。
优选地,所述糖类是由等质量比的酵母葡聚糖、甘露寡糖及甜菊糖混合而成。
优选地,所述植物油是由等质量比的芝麻油、米糠油及茶籽油混合而成。
如上所述的增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的枸骨、淫羊藿、补骨脂、仙茅、女贞子、百合、酢浆草、猪毛菜、乌梅、三尖杉、菖蒲叶、牛繁缕、通泉草及鸭舌草除尘去杂后洗净,浸泡于消毒液中10-20min,捞起漂洗后于清水中浸泡20-30min,捞起沥干表面水分,粉碎得到中草药混合物,备用;
(2)将一半的植物油倒入锅中,待油热后将步骤(1)中粉碎后的中草药混合物倒入锅中不断翻炒碾碎,炒至水分小于10%停止翻炒,捞起趁热研磨,制得中草药粉,备用;
(3)将新鲜的蘑菇、牡蛎及动物肝脏洗净去杂后切碎,浸泡于护色液中8-10min,捞起漂洗后于清水中浸泡20-30min,捞起沥干表面水分,置于风机内风干,粉碎,将剩下的植物油倒入锅中,待油热后将粉碎后的蘑菇、牡蛎及动物肝脏倒入锅中不断翻炒5-10min,捞起得到混合物A,备用;
(4)将新鲜的木瓜、香蕉皮、茶叶及红豆草除尘去杂后洗净,浸泡于与步骤(1)相同的消毒液中10-20min,捞起漂洗后于清水中浸泡20-30min,捞起沥干表面水分,切碎,得到混合物B,备用;
(5)将糖类加入沸水中溶解后继续加热3-5min,冷却至35-40℃后加入微生物,在恒温、无菌条件下进行活化2-3天,得到发酵液,备用;
(6)将步骤(2)的中草药粉、步骤(3)的混合物A与步骤(4)的混合物B放入发酵罐内,均匀倒入步骤(5)的发酵液,然后边加水边搅拌,直至用手将原料捏成团而没有水滴落而停止加水,搅拌混合均匀后密封,置于35-40℃的室内进行发酵,制得所述发酵饲料。
优选地,步骤(1)中所述消毒液是将等质量比的二氧化氯及次氯酸钙溶解于水中配制成质量浓度为2-4%的混合溶液。
优选地,步骤(3)中所述护色液是将等质量比的氯化亚锡、氢氧化钠及柠檬酸溶解于水中配制成质量浓度为3-5%的混合溶液。
优选地,步骤(6)中所述发酵分两个阶段进行:第一阶段,往发酵罐内充入空气并保持罐内氧气浓度为18-20%,进行有氧发酵1-2天;第二阶段,将发酵罐内空气抽除进行厌氧发酵2-3天,期间不断进行空气抽除。
如上所述的增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料的使用方法,所述发酵饲料与普通饲料按照1:3-4的质量比混合后进行投喂生猪。

3、本发明的增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料在制备过程中护色液是由氯化亚锡、氢氧化钠及柠檬酸制成的,他们之间发生反应所得的柠檬酸亚锡二钠盐具有一定的还原性能,有良好的抗氧化性能,从而起到护色作用,改善发酵饲料的感官及品质。

实施例1
一种增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料,主要由以下重量份原料制成:中草药粉30份、木瓜20份、香蕉皮18份、茶叶15份、红豆草25份、蘑菇15份、牡蛎10份、动物肝脏20份、植物油3份、糖类6份及微生物0.5份;
中草药粉主要由以下重量份原料制成:枸骨20份、淫羊藿23份、补骨脂18份、仙茅20份、女贞子15份、百合12份、酢浆草10份、猪毛菜10份、乌梅6份、三尖杉7份、菖蒲叶7份、牛繁缕3份、通泉草3份及鸭舌草3份;
微生物是由等质量比的双歧杆菌、酵母菌、干酪乳杆菌、霉菌及放线菌混合而成;
糖类是由等质量比的酵母葡聚糖、甘露寡糖及甜菊糖混合而成;
植物油是由等质量比的芝麻油、米糠油及茶籽油混合而成。
将上述原料配比使用下述的方法制备增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的枸骨、淫羊藿、补骨脂、仙茅、女贞子、百合、酢浆草、猪毛菜、乌梅、三尖杉、菖蒲叶、牛繁缕、通泉草及鸭舌草除尘去杂后洗净,浸泡于由等质量比的二氧化氯及次氯酸钙溶解于水中配制成质量浓度为2%的消毒液中20min,捞起漂洗后于清水中浸泡30min,捞起沥干表面水分,粉碎得到中草药混合物,备用;
(2)将一半的植物油倒入锅中,待油热后将步骤(1)中粉碎后的中草药混合物倒入锅中不断翻炒碾碎,炒至水分小于10%停止翻炒,捞起趁热研磨,制得中草药粉,备用;
(3)将新鲜的蘑菇、牡蛎及动物肝脏洗净去杂后切碎,浸泡于由等质量比的氯化亚锡、氢氧化钠及柠檬酸溶解于水中配制成质量浓度为3%的护色液中10min,捞起漂洗后于清水中浸泡30min,捞起沥干表面水分,置于风机内风干,粉碎,将剩下的植物油倒入锅中,待油热后将粉碎后的蘑菇、牡蛎及动物肝脏倒入锅中不断翻炒7min,捞起得到混合物A,备用;
(4)将新鲜的木瓜、香蕉皮、茶叶及红豆草除尘去杂后洗净,浸泡于与步骤(1)相同的消毒液中20min,捞起漂洗后于清水中浸泡30min,捞起沥干表面水分,切碎,得到混合粉B,备用;
(5)将糖类加入沸水中溶解后继续加热3min,冷却至35℃后加入微生物,在恒温、无菌条件下进行活化3天,得到发酵液,备用;
(6)将步骤(2)的中草药粉、步骤(3)的混合物A与步骤(4)的混合物B放入发酵罐内,均匀倒入步骤(6)的发酵液,然后边加水边搅拌,直至用手将原料捏成团而没有水滴落而停止加水,搅拌混合均匀后密封,置于35℃的室内进行两个阶段的发酵:第一阶段,往发酵罐内充入空气并保持罐内氧气浓度为18%进行有氧发酵2天;第二阶段,将发酵罐内空气抽除进行厌氧发酵3天,期间不断进行空气抽除,制得所述发酵饲料。
增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料的使用方法:所述发酵饲料与普通饲料按照1:3的质量比混合后进行投喂生猪。
实施例2
一种增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料,主要由以下重量份原料制成:中草药粉35份、木瓜23份、香蕉皮19份、茶叶16份、红豆草27份、蘑菇17份、牡蛎13份、动物肝脏21.5份、植物油4份、糖类7份及微生物0.7份;
中草药粉主要由以下重量份原料制成:枸骨23份、淫羊藿24份、补骨脂19份、仙茅21份、女贞子16份、百合13份、酢浆草11份、猪毛菜11份、乌梅6.5份、三尖杉8份、菖蒲叶7.5份、牛繁缕4份、通泉草3.5份及鸭舌草3.5份;
微生物是由等质量比的双歧杆菌、酵母菌、干酪乳杆菌、霉菌及放线菌混合而成;
糖类是由等质量比的酵母葡聚糖、甘露寡糖及甜菊糖混合而成;
植物油是由等质量比的芝麻油、米糠油及茶籽油混合而成。
将上述原料配比使用下述的方法制备增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料,具体包括以下步骤:

(2)将一半的植物油倒入锅中,待油热后将步骤(1)中粉碎后的中草药混合物倒入锅中不断翻炒碾碎,炒至水分小于10%停止翻炒,捞起趁热研磨,制得中草药粉,备用;
(3)将新鲜的蘑菇、牡蛎及动物肝脏洗净去杂后切碎,浸泡于由等质量比的氯化亚锡、氢氧化钠及柠檬酸溶解于水中配制成质量浓度为4%的护色液中9min,捞起漂洗后于清水中浸泡25min,捞起沥干表面水分,置于风机内风干,粉碎,将剩下的植物油倒入锅中,待油热后将粉碎后的蘑菇、牡蛎及动物肝脏倒入锅中不断翻炒5min,捞起得到混合物A,备用;
(4)将新鲜的木瓜、香蕉皮、茶叶及红豆草除尘去杂后洗净,浸泡于与步骤(1)相同的消毒液中15min,捞起漂洗后于清水中浸泡25min,捞起沥干表面水分,切碎,得到混合物B,备用;
(5)将糖类加入沸水中溶解后继续加热4min,冷却至37℃后加入微生物,在恒温、无菌条件下进行活化2.5天,得到发酵液,备用;
(6)将步骤(2)的中草药粉、步骤(3)的混合物A与步骤(4)的混合物B放入发酵罐内,均匀倒入步骤(6)的发酵液,然后边加水边搅拌,直至用手将原料捏成团而没有水滴落而停止加水,搅拌混合均匀后密封,置于35-40℃的室内进行两个阶段的发酵:第一阶段,往发酵罐内充入空气并保持罐内氧气浓度为19%,进行有氧发酵1.5天;第二阶段,将发酵罐内空气抽除进行厌氧发酵2.5天,期间不断进行空气抽除,制得所述发酵饲料。
增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料的使用方法:所述发酵饲料与普通饲料按照1:3.5的质量比混合后进行投喂生猪。
实施例3
一种增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料,主要由以下重量份原料制成:中草药粉40份、木瓜25份、香蕉皮20份、茶叶17份、红豆草30份、蘑菇20份、牡蛎15份、动物肝脏23份、植物油5份、糖类8份及微生物1份;
中草药粉主要由以下重量份原料制成:枸骨25份、淫羊藿25份、补骨脂20份、仙茅22份、女贞子17份、百合14份、酢浆草12份、猪毛菜12份、乌梅7份、三尖杉9份、菖蒲叶8份、牛繁缕5份、通泉草4份及鸭舌草4份;
微生物是由等质量比的双歧杆菌、酵母菌、干酪乳杆菌、霉菌及放线菌混合而成;
糖类是由等质量比的酵母葡聚糖、甘露寡糖及甜菊糖混合而成;
植物油是由等质量比的芝麻油、米糠油及茶籽油混合而成。

(3)将新鲜的蘑菇、牡蛎及动物肝脏粉洗净去杂后切碎,浸泡于由等质量比的氯化亚锡、氢氧化钠及柠檬酸溶解于水中配制成质量浓度为3%的护色液中8min,捞起漂洗后于清水中浸泡20min,捞起沥干表面水分,置于风机内风干,粉碎,将剩下的植物油倒入锅中,待油热后将粉碎后的蘑菇、牡蛎及动物肝脏倒入锅中不断翻炒10min,捞起得到混合物A,备用;

增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料的使用方法:所述发酵饲料与普通饲料按照1:4的质量比混合后进行投喂生猪。
为了更好地说明本发明技术方案,进行了以下的对比例实验:
对比例1:投喂普通饲料。
对比例2:发酵饲料的原料为木瓜、香蕉皮、蘑菇、动物肝脏粉、枸骨、淫羊藿、补骨脂、仙茅、女贞子、植物油、糖类及微生物,其他的与本申请实施例1相同。
对比例3:发酵饲料的原料为茶叶、红豆草、百合、酢浆草、猪毛菜、牡蛎、植物油、糖类及微生物,其他的与本申请实施例1相同。
对比例4:发酵饲料的原料为木瓜、香蕉皮、茶叶、红豆草、乌梅、三尖杉、菖蒲叶、蘑菇、牡蛎、动物肝脏粉、植物油、糖类及微生物,其他的与本申请实施例1相同。
对比例5:发酵饲料的原料为木瓜、香蕉皮、茶叶、红豆草、牛繁缕、通泉草、鸭舌草、蘑菇、牡蛎、动物肝脏粉、植物油、糖类及微生物,其他的与本申请实施例1相同。
试验方法:尽量选取各种体征相同的生猪360只,平均分成8份,按照本发明实施例1发酵饲料的使用方法分别投喂实施例1-3和对比例1-5制成的发酵饲料,每天进行观察,并统计,一个月后计算生猪的平均增重量及患病率,试验结果详见下表1。

从表1可知,实施例1、2及3相比较,生猪的平均增重量及患病率随着原料的量的增加而增加,但是相差均不大;对比例1和对比例2-5相比较,对比例1的生猪的平均增重量及患病率远远差于对比例2-5,对比例2-5的生猪的患病率逐渐降低,其中,对比例4的生猪的平均增重量最大,对比例2的生猪的患病率最低。综上所述,本发明的发酵饲料配方最为科学合理,营养丰富,具有清热解毒、补肾壮阳、理脾健胃、抗菌杀虫、强筋健骨、润肠通便、促进食欲等保健功效,增强生猪体质,提高生猪免疫力,从而增加生猪的平均增重量,降低患病率,进而有效提高了生猪养殖效益。

所述中草药粉主要由以下重量份原料制成:枸骨20-25份、淫羊藿23-25份、补骨脂18-20份、仙茅20-22份、女贞子15-17份、百合12-14份、酢浆草10-12份、猪毛菜10-12份、乌梅6-7份、三尖杉7-9份、菖蒲叶7-8份、牛繁缕3-5份、通泉草3-4份及鸭舌草3-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份原料制成:中草药粉35份、木瓜23份、香蕉皮19份、茶叶16份、红豆草27份、蘑菇17份、牡蛎13份、动物肝脏21.5份、植物油4份、糖类7份及微生物0.7份;
所述中草药粉主要由以下重量份原料制成:枸骨23份、淫羊藿24份、补骨脂19份、仙茅21份、女贞子16份、百合13份、酢浆草11份、猪毛菜11份、乌梅6.5份、三尖杉8份、菖蒲叶7.5份、牛繁缕4份、通泉草3.5份及鸭舌草3.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料,其特征在于:所述微生物是由等质量比的双歧杆菌、酵母菌、干酪乳杆菌、霉菌及放线菌混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料,其特征在于:所述糖类是由等质量比的酵母葡聚糖、甘露寡糖及甜菊糖混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料,其特征在于:所述植物油是由等质量比的芝麻油、米糠油及茶籽油混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的枸骨、淫羊藿、补骨脂、仙茅、女贞子、百合、酢浆草、猪毛菜、乌梅、三尖杉、菖蒲叶、牛繁缕、通泉草及鸭舌草除尘去杂后洗净,浸泡于消毒液中10-20min,捞起漂洗后于清水中浸泡20-30min,捞起沥干表面水分,粉碎得到中草药混合物,备用;
(2)将一半的植物油倒入锅中,待油热后将步骤(1)中粉碎后的中草药混合物倒入锅中不断翻炒碾碎,炒至水分小于10%停止翻炒,捞起趁热研磨,制得中草药粉,备用;
(3)将新鲜的蘑菇、牡蛎及动物肝脏洗净去杂后切碎,浸泡于护色液中8-10min,捞起漂洗后于清水中浸泡20-30min,捞起沥干表面水分,置于风机内风干,粉碎,将剩下的植物油倒入锅中,待油热后将粉碎后的蘑菇、牡蛎及动物肝脏倒入锅中不断翻炒5-10min,捞起得到混合物A,备用;
(4)将新鲜的木瓜、香蕉皮、茶叶及红豆草除尘去杂后洗净,浸泡于与步骤(1)相同的消毒液中10-20min,捞起漂洗后于清水中浸泡20-30min,捞起沥干表面水分,切碎,得到混合物B,备用;
(5)将糖类加入沸水中溶解后继续加热3-5min,冷却至35-40℃后加入微生物,在恒温、无菌条件下进行活化2-3天,得到发酵液,备用;
(6)将步骤(2)的中草药粉、步骤(3)的混合物A与步骤(4)的混合物B放入发酵罐内,均匀倒入步骤(5)的发酵液,然后边加水边搅拌,直至用手将原料捏成团而没有水滴落而停止加水,搅拌混合均匀后密封,置于35-40℃的室内进行发酵,制得所述发酵饲料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述消毒液是将等质量比的二氧化氯及次氯酸钙溶解于水中配制成质量浓度为2-4%的混合溶液。
8.根据权利要求6所述的增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述护色液是将等质量比的氯化亚锡、氢氧化钠及柠檬酸溶解于水中配制成质量浓度为3-5%的混合溶液。
9.根据权利要求6所述的增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)中所述发酵分两个阶段进行:第一阶段,往发酵罐内充入空气并保持罐内氧气浓度为18-20%,进行有氧发酵1-2天;第二阶段,将发酵罐内空气抽除进行厌氧发酵2-3天,期间不断进行空气抽除。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的增强生猪免疫力的发酵饲料的使用方法,其特征在于:所述发酵饲料与普通饲料按照1:3-4的质量比混合后进行投喂生猪。
