the profiling seedling cutting system comprises a clamping conveying device (6) and a hydraulic motor I (1), wherein the clamping conveying device is obliquely arranged on the frame; a garlic seedling supporting guide rail (15) is arranged below the output end of the clamping and conveying device (6), and a garlic bulb profiling guide rail (22) is arranged below the garlic seedling supporting guide rail (15); the inclined directions of the garlic seedling supporting guide rail (15) and the garlic bulb profiling guide rail (22) are consistent with those of the clamping and conveying device (6); the hydraulic motor I (1) is connected with a driving wheel through a gear shaft (14), the driving wheel is meshed with a driven wheel (5), the lower parts of the driving wheel and the driven wheel are respectively connected with stem cutting disc cutters (25) through output shafts (26), the rotation directions of the two stem cutting disc cutters (25) are opposite, and the two stem cutting disc cutters are positioned between a garlic seedling supporting guide rail (15) and a garlic bulb profiling guide rail (22); a garlic bulb gathering guide slope (20) is connected at a garlic bulb inlet of the garlic bulb profiling guide rail (22); the clamping conveying device (6) comprises two brackets (8), wherein one clamping conveying belt (3) is respectively arranged on the two brackets (8), one clamping conveying belt (3) is sleeved on the output shaft of the driving wheel, and the other clamping conveying belt is sleeved on the output shaft of the driven wheel;
the garlic seedling collecting system is arranged on the frame and corresponds to the position of a garlic seedling outlet of the garlic seedling supporting guide rail (15); the flexible speed-reducing garlic bulb conveying system is arranged on the rack and is positioned below a garlic bulb outlet of the garlic bulb profiling guide rail (22);
the garlic seedling collecting system comprises a seedling discharging roller (7), a hydraulic motor II (4) and a garlic seedling separating baffle plate (11) which are arranged on the frame; the seedling discharging roller (7) is positioned above a garlic seedling outlet of the garlic seedling supporting guide rail (15), and the seedling discharging roller (7) is connected with the hydraulic motor II (4); the garlic seedling separating baffle (11) is positioned below a garlic seedling outlet of the garlic seedling supporting guide rail (15); the garlic seedling inlet of the garlic seedling supporting guide rail (15) is designed into a horn mouth (18);
the flexible speed-reducing garlic bulb conveying system comprises a garlic bulb falling speed-reducing rubber plate (10), a hydraulic motor III (13) and a double-layer flexible screen type transverse conveying device (23) which are arranged on a rack; the garlic falling speed reducing rubber plate (10) is positioned below a garlic outlet of the garlic profiling guide rail (22); the double-layer flexible screen type transverse conveying device (23) is located below the garlic falling speed-reducing rubber plate (10), and the double-layer flexible screen type transverse conveying device (23) is connected with the hydraulic motor III (13).
