Abstract
本工艺包括;将第一层纸在固含量为30-60%的第一含水树脂脲—密胺—甲醛树脂中浸渍,它有4-10%的增塑剂;表面活性剂类湿润剂;催化剂和脱模剂;将第二层纸在固含量为30-60%的第二种含水树脂脲—密胺—甲醛树脂中浸渍;它有0-8%的增塑剂;表面活性剂湿润剂,催化剂和脱模剂,该浸渍直到树脂固体含量达30-60%,挥发分含量为5-7%;按第一层纸,第二层纸,板,第二层纸,第一层纸的顺序依次组成集合体,并进行压制,压制表面温度范围为130-180℃。
Description
本发明涉及刨花板的覆层方法,尤其是对厚度为10-40毫米,有正反两面,表面密度超过800千克/立方米,且正面强度为8-12千克/平方厘米的板面加覆层的方法。该方法中,板的每一面均需覆两层纸,第一层覆于板面,第二面覆于第一层上,并需要一个压制的过程。该“正面强度”依据欧洲标准311条“表面强度”制定。
换言之,本发明是关于用浸过改性氨基塑料树脂的纸覆盖于刨花板表面的方法,需要在短周期中压压制生产线上完成。
本发明可以提供一种方法,用该方法覆层的刨花板适合于进行后期成型工艺,其中可借助一种合适的装置沿该板的边缘将覆层纸卷成最小半径为4毫米的筒状,而覆层板的表面不会开裂。
上述目的可以借助本文之首提到的方法来实现,其特征在于其具体步骤如下:(A)用重量在60-180克/平方米的纸作为第一层纸;(B)提供第一种固含量为30-60%(重量)的低浓度脲-密胺-甲醛树脂的含水树脂,4-10%(重量)氨磺酰类或二醇类增塑剂,0.3-1%(重量)由表面活性剂组成的湿润剂,0.5-3%(重量)的酸性催化剂和0.5-1%(重量)脱模剂;(C)将上述第一层纸浸入上述含水树脂中直到其树脂固含量为45-60%(重量)和挥发分含量为5-7%(重量);(D)准备第二层纸;(E)准备第二种固含量为30-60%(重量)的低浓度脲-密胺-甲醛树脂的含水树脂,0-8%(重量)氨磺酰或二醇类增塑剂,0.1-1%(重量)表面活性剂类湿润剂;0.2-2%(重量)酸性催化剂和0.1-1%(重量)脱模剂;(F)将第二层纸浸入第二种含水树脂中直至纸中达到树脂固含量为30-60%和挥发分含量为5-7%(重量);(G)形成依次为第一层纸,第二层纸,板,第二层纸,第一层纸的集合体;和(H)对其施加20-30千克/平方厘米的压力,压制表面与该集合体接触,温度范围为130-180℃,并持续30-80秒。
上述增塑剂最好选用邻-,对-甲苯氨磺酰或二甘醇,湿润剂为烷基壬基酚;酸性催化剂为酸性水解有机酸盐,脱模剂为含水聚硅氧烷乳液。
本发明同目前可后成型的刨花板的表面覆层技术相比,有许多优点。
优点之一是可直接获得所需的可后成型产品,只需一次操作,使用短周期中压压制,将浸过树脂的纸压在板上即可,而不需要先以长周期高压压制制成浸过树脂的纸覆层然后以另一压制将其粘到基板上。
本发明的优点之二是用纸覆层产生的可后成型的产品的总量大大低于利用长周期高压覆层和使用氨基塑料树脂代替酚树脂所产生的产品。
如上所述,通过对具有合适表面性能,即表面层密度及正面强度性能的刨花板覆层来获得本发明的产品。
每块板覆层均需包括四片浸过树脂的纸,每面两片,而其中直接压在板面上的纸同外边再压上的第二层纸是不一样的。
直接压在板上的纸张必须重量为60-180克/平方米,必须用低浓度的脲-密胺-甲醛树脂浸渍,并且保存期长,且用二醇类和氨磺酰类增塑剂改性。
加在上一层纸外边的纸片是所有高压和低压、长周期和短周期覆层类型中的一般装饰纸,但在此用途中必须用低浓度脲-密胺-甲醛树脂浸渍,其保存期长且用二醇类和氨磺酰类增塑剂改性。
以短周期中压压制,通过对四片浸渍过树脂的上述纸片在一刨花板的两边组成的集合体(一边两片纸)施加适当的压力和温度,而制成本发明可后成型的覆层。
下文中将介绍本发明方法的实施例,但无任何限制意义。
实施例1:将一块表层密度为每立方米910千克,正面强度为每平方厘米12千克的木质刨花板放在上下各两层浸渍过的纸中间,纸的性质如下:
同板上下两面相接触的纸张:每平方米132克,已浸过树脂,浸渍的纸的树脂固含量为58%(重量),挥发分含量为7%。在浸泡中使用了固含量为42%的含水树脂低浓度脲-密胺-甲醛树脂,9.5%的邻-对-甲苯氨磺酰作为增塑剂,0.9%辛基壬基苯酚作为湿润剂和2.2%的对甲苯磺酸铵盐。
外层装饰性纸张:每平方米72克的纸,已浸过树脂,浸过的纸树脂固含量为58%(重量),挥发分含量为7%。在浸渍中使用了固含量为48%的含水树脂低浓度脲-密胺-甲醛树脂,0.9%的辛基壬基苯酚作为湿润剂,1.5%对甲苯磺酸铵盐和0.6%M-75脱模剂。
对上述四层纸和板组成的集合体用中压短周期方法进行压制操作,施加其压力为每平方米25千克,加压表面与组件接触处温度为140℃,时间为60秒。
实施例2:
将一块表面层密度为每立方米820千克,正面强度为每平方厘米10千克的木刨花板放在上下各两层浸渍过的纸中间,纸张性质如下:
同板上下两面相接触的纸张:每平方米160克,已浸过树脂使得其纸张的树脂固含量为50%,挥发分含量为6%。浸泡中使用了固含量为35%的含水树脂低浓度密胺-甲醛树脂,6.0%二甘醇作为增塑剂,2.2%的辛基壬基苯酚作为湿润剂,以及1.2%的对甲苯磺酸铵盐。
外层装饰性纸张:每平方米120克,浸渍树脂使其纸张的树脂固含量为51%,挥发分含量为6%,浸泡中使用固含量为40%的含水树脂低浓度密胺-甲醛树脂,2.0%的辛基壬基苯酚作为湿润剂,1.0%的对甲苯磺酸铵盐和1.5%的M-75脱模剂。
上述四层纸和板组成的集合体使用中压短周期法进行压制操作,其压力为每平方米25千克,压制表面与纸接触处的温度为145℃,时间为70秒。
Claims (6)
1.一种刨花板的覆层方法,尤其是对厚度为10-40毫米,有正反两表面层,表层密度超过800千克/立方米,正面强度为8-12千克/平方厘米的刨花板覆层,该覆层包括,板的每一面均需覆两层纸,第一层与板层接触,第二层覆于第一层纸上,所述方法包括一压制步骤,其特征在于包括下列步骤:(A)用重量在60-180克/平方米的纸作第一层纸,(B)准备固含量为30-60%(重量)的第一含水低浓度脲-密胺-甲醛树脂,4-10%(重量)氨磺酰类或二醇类增塑剂,0.3-1%(重量)表面活性剂类的湿润剂,0.5-3%(重量)酸性催化剂和0.5-1%(重量)脱模剂;(C)将上述第一片纸浸入上述含水树脂中直至该第一片纸的树脂固含量为45-60%(重量),挥发分含量为5-7%;(D)准备第二片纸;(E)准备固含量为30-60%的第二含水树脂低浓度脲-密胺-甲醛树脂,0-8%(重量)氨磺酰类或二醇类增塑剂,0.1-1%(重量)表面活性剂类湿润剂;0.2-2%(重量)酸性催化剂和0.1-1%(重量)脱模剂;(F)将上述第二片纸浸入第二种含水树脂中直至其树脂固含量为30-60%(重量)和挥发分含量为5-7%(重量);(G)按第一层纸,第二层纸,板,第二层纸,第一层纸的顺序依次组成一集合体,及(H)对该集合体进行压制,使压力达到20-30千克/平方厘米,在温度范围为130-180℃下压制表面与集合体相接触时间为30-80秒。
2.权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所述第二层纸的重量范围在60-180克/平方米之间。
3.权利要求1或2中的方法,其特征在于所述的增塑剂为邻-对甲苯氨磺酰或二甘醇。
4.权利要求1或2中的方法,其特征在于所述的湿润剂为烷基壬基苯酚。
5.权利要求1或2中的方法,其特征在于所述的酸性催化剂为酸性水解有机酸盐。
6.权利要求1或2中的方法,其特征在于所述脱膜剂为含水聚硅氧烷乳液。
