本发明公开了一种中药养生咖啡冲饮制备方法,属于养生饮品技术领域。该方法包括:所述中药养生咖啡由以下重量份的原料制成:咖啡豆10‑20份、山药5‑15份、亳菊2‑5份、山楂2‑5份、荷叶1‑4份、枸杞子0.5‑2份、覆盆子1‑3份、桑椹1‑3份;制备方法包括以下步骤:将各中药原料按重量份称取,超微粉碎后得到中药粉末;生咖啡加工:将生咖啡除去杂质,在70‑120℃下烘烤20‑60分钟,然后粉碎,加水制浆,研磨3‑5次,研磨至100‑300目;混合均质:将上述中药粉末和浆液混合均匀,在高压均质机中进行均质化处理;将均质后的浆液再次研磨细分;浸提等。本发明的方法制备出的养生咖啡把药食同源的天然植物综合起来,相辅相成,有提神、平肝明目、降血脂、生津止渴、滋阴、减肥等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及养生饮品技术领域,具体涉及一种中药养生咖啡冲饮制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,生活、工作压力也日趋变大,节奏变快,人们对生活品质的要求也日益变高。由于饮食不当,现代人容易出现高血糖、高血脂、视觉疲劳、身体疲劳等症状,大量人群处于亚健康状态。因此,日常保健就起着越来越重要的作用。现代人,尤其是年轻人,喜好喝咖啡,但是,现有的咖啡饮品长期或大量饮用容易引起高血压、高血糖等症的发生。
因此发明一种有益健康、具有日常保健作用的中药养生咖啡冲饮的制备方法具有很大的实用价值。
发明内容
本发明提供一种中药养生咖啡冲饮制备方法,可以解决现有技术中的上述问题。
本发明提供了一种中药养生咖啡冲饮制备方法,包括:所述咖啡由以下重量份的原料制成:咖啡豆10-20份、山药5-15份、亳菊2-5份、山楂2-5份、荷叶1-4份、枸杞子0.5-2份、覆盆子1-3份、桑椹1-3份;
所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将山药、亳菊、山楂、荷叶、枸杞子、覆盆子、桑椹除去杂质后按重量份称取,超微粉碎后得到中药粉末,备用;
步骤2,生咖啡加工:将生咖啡除去杂质,在70-120℃下烘烤20-60分钟,然后粉碎,加水制浆,研磨3-5次,研磨至100-300目;
步骤3,混合均质:将步骤1得到的中药粉末、步骤2得到的浆液混合均匀,在高压均质机中进行均质化处理;
步骤4,混合均质:将步骤1得到的养生浆液、步骤2得到的养生提取液和步骤3所得的浆液混合均匀,在高压均质机中进行均质化处理;
步骤5,再次研磨:将均质后的浆液在120-150℃和6-8MPa下再次研磨细分至300目以上;
步骤6,采用浸提机进行浸提;
步骤7,浓缩,灭菌,干燥,制粒分装。
较佳地,所述中药养生咖啡由以下重量份的原料制成:咖啡豆18份、山药5份、亳菊3份、山楂3份、荷叶3份、枸杞子1份、覆盆子2份、桑椹2份。

较佳地,所述步骤2中将生咖啡除去杂质,在90℃下烘烤30分钟。
其中添加的原料的药理和作用如下:
山药:味甘,性平。归脾、肺、肾经。补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。
亳菊:体轻,质柔润。气清香,味甘,微苦。花朵较松,容易散瓣,以疏风散热、解暑明目见长。
山楂:味酸性温,气血并走,化瘀而不伤新血,行滞气而不伤正气,应用于肉食积滞证,泻痢腹痛、疝气痛、瘀滞腹痛胸痛、恶露不尽、痛经、吐血、便血等。现代单用本品制剂治疗心血管疾病、细菌性痢疾等,均有较好疗效。山楂含有大量的维生素C与微量元素,能够扩张血管,降低血压,降低血糖,能够改善和促进胆固醇排泄而降低血脂,预防高血脂的发生,山楂能够开胃促进消化,山楂所含有的脂肪酶也能够促进脂肪的消化。山楂所含有的黄酮类与维生素C、胡萝卜素等物质能够阻断并减少自由基的生成,可增强机体的免疫力,延缓衰老,防癌抗癌。山楂能够活血化瘀,帮助消除瘀血状态,辅助治疗跌打损伤。山楂对子宫有收缩作用,在孕妇临产时有催生效果。山楂主要含有黄酮类、低聚黄烷类、有机酸类、微量元素,另外还有含有三萜类、甾体类和有机胺类等成分。
荷叶:含有莲碱、原荷叶碱和荷叶碱等多种生物碱及维生素C、多糖,有清热解毒、凉血、止血的作用。荷叶色青绿,气芬芳,是传统药膳中常选用的原料。荷叶有清暑利湿、升发清阳、凉血止血等功效。近代研究证实,荷叶有良好的降血脂、降胆固醇和减肥的作用,具有清毒排毒、降压降脂、调养泻火、抑脂反油、一瘦永逸、解脂、疏通排毒、调养保健等养生价值。
枸杞子:味甘;性平,归肝经、肾经、肺经。主治肝肾亏虚、头晕目眩、目视不清、腰膝酸软、阳痿遗精、虚劳咳嗽、消渴引饮,有降低血糖、抗脂肪肝作用,并能抗动脉粥样硬化。
覆盆子:性甘酸、味平,归肝、肾经。含有机酸、糖类及少量维生素C,并没食子酸,β-谷甾醇,覆盆子酸。补肝益肾,固精缩尿,明目。主治阳痿早泄,遗精滑精,宫冷不孕,带下清稀,尿频遗溺,目昏暗,须发早白。
桑椹:别名桑葚等,性味凉甘、酸、甜。归心、肝、肾经。富含蛋白质、多种人体必需的氨基酸、易被人体吸收的黑糖和多种维生素以及铁、钙、锌等矿物元素、硒等微量元素以及胡萝卜素、纤维素等。桑椹中含有多种功能性成分,如芦丁、花青素、白黎芦醇等,具有良好的防癌、抗衰老、抗溃疡、抗病毒等作用。功能与主治:补血滋阴生津润燥,用于眩晕耳鸣、心悸失眠、须发早白、津伤口渴、内热消渴、血虚便秘、补肝益肾、熄风滋液,治肝肾阴亏、消渴便秘、目暗耳鸣、瘰疬关节不利。
本发明的制备方法把药食同源的天然植物综合起来,相辅相成,可以达到提神、平肝明目、降血脂、生津止渴、滋阴、减肥等功效。长期饮用不会对人体造成损害,非常符合现代人生活节奏日益变快的人群的日常身体保健饮用。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
本发明提供的一种中药养生咖啡冲饮制备方法,包括:所述中药养生咖啡由以下重量份的原料制成:咖啡豆18份、山药5份、亳菊3份、山楂3份、荷叶3份、枸杞子1份、覆盆子2份、桑椹2份。
所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将山药、亳菊、山楂、荷叶、枸杞子、覆盆子、桑椹除去杂质后按重量份称取,超微粉碎后得到中药粉末,备用;
步骤2,生咖啡加工:将生咖啡除去杂质,在90℃下烘烤30分钟,然后粉碎,加水制浆,研磨4次,研磨至200目;
步骤3,混合均质:将步骤1得到的中药粉末、步骤2得到的浆液混合均匀,在高压均质机中进行均质化处理;
步骤4,再次研磨:将均质后的浆液在120℃和7MPa下再次研磨细分至300目以上;
步骤5,采用浸提机进行浸提;
步骤6,浓缩,灭菌,干燥,制粒分装。
实施例2:
本发明提供的一种中药养生咖啡冲饮制备方法,包括:所述中药养生咖啡由以下重量份的原料制成:咖啡豆15份、山药12份、亳菊4份、山楂4份、荷叶2份、枸杞子0.5份、覆盆子2份、桑椹1份。
所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将山药、亳菊、山楂、荷叶、枸杞子、覆盆子、桑椹除去杂质后按重量份称取,超微粉碎后得到中药粉末,备用;
步骤2,生咖啡加工:将生咖啡除去杂质,在90℃下烘烤25分钟,然后粉碎,加水制浆,研磨3次,研磨至100-300目;
步骤3,混合均质:将步骤1得到的中药粉末、步骤2得到的浆液混合均匀,在高压均质机中进行均质化处理;
步骤4,再次研磨:将均质后的浆液在140℃和6.5MPa下再次研磨细分至300目以上;
步骤5,采用浸提机进行浸提;
步骤6,浓缩,灭菌,干燥,制粒分装。
实施例3:
本发明提供的一种中药养生咖啡冲饮制备方法,包括:所述中药养生咖啡由以下重量份的原料制成:咖啡豆18份、山药8份、亳菊3份、山楂2份、荷叶3份、枸杞子1.5份、覆盆子1份、桑椹1份。
所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将山药、亳菊、山楂、荷叶、枸杞子、覆盆子、桑椹除去杂质后按重量份称取,超微粉碎后得到中药粉末,备用;
步骤2,生咖啡加工:将生咖啡除去杂质,在100℃下烘烤40分钟,然后粉碎,加水制浆,研磨4次,研磨至300目;
步骤3,混合均质:将步骤1得到的中药粉末、步骤2得到的浆液混合均匀,在高压均质机中进行均质化处理;
步骤4,再次研磨:将均质后的浆液在150℃和7.5MPa下再次研磨细分至300目以上;
步骤5,采用浸提机进行浸提;
步骤6,浓缩,灭菌,干燥,制粒分装。
另外,本中药养生咖啡还含有用木糖醇等制作的甜度调味包,可以根据个人口味酌量添加。
下面对本发明的中药养生咖啡进行感官评价试验:
对本发明实施例1-3以及某品牌市售咖啡进行咖啡香、咖啡口感、整体感由10位具有丰富感官评定经验的专业人员进行评定,各评定项目的分数为0-5份,评定结果如表1所示:

通过表1可以看出,本发明的方法制备出的中药养生咖啡具有与普通咖啡相同或更佳的感官感受。
另外,为表明本发明的有益效果,进行以下试验予以证明:
一、试验方法
选取抵抗力差且伴有高血压、高血脂的人员200人作为试验对象,并将其分为三个试验组和一个对照组,根据统计学分析无显著性差异(P>0.05),各组之间具有可比性,三个试验组分别饮用本发明实施例1-3的咖啡饮品,对照组饮用某品牌市售咖啡。每天的上午、下午各饮用一次,每次20克,均饮用一个月。期间,不服用其他药物或保健品。
二、观察方法
观察每位试验者的症状改善情况,作好记录。
三、效果评判标准
显效:精力充沛,患病次数减少,抵抗力提高,血压、血脂降低;
有效:精神状况变好,患病次数有所减少,抵抗力有所提高,血压、血脂基本平稳;
无效:精神状况没有好转,患病次数没有减少,抵抗力没有提高,血压、血脂仍较高。
四、试验结果
经一个月试验,得到结果如表2所示。

由表2可以看出,长时间饮用本发明制备出来的中药养生咖啡后,身体和精神无损害,有助于提高自身免疫力,有降血糖、血压的作用,具有较佳的日常保健作用。

1.一种中药养生咖啡冲饮制备方法,其特征在于,所述中药养生咖啡由以下重量份的原料制成:咖啡豆10-20份、山药5-15份、亳菊2-5份、山楂2-5份、荷叶1-4份、枸杞子0.5-2份、覆盆子1-3份、桑椹1-3份;
所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将山药、亳菊、山楂、荷叶、枸杞子、覆盆子、桑椹除去杂质后按重量份称取,超微粉碎后得到中药粉末,备用;
步骤2,生咖啡加工:将生咖啡除去杂质,在70-120℃下烘烤20-60分钟,然后粉碎,加水制浆,研磨3-5次,研磨至100-300目;
