本发明公开了一种肚肺汤,由以下原料制成:1个猪肚、半到1个猪肺、8‑12克黄芪、8‑12克玉竹、8‑12克白芷、200‑250克薏米、200‑250克莲子、200‑250克马蹄、80‑100克笋丝、80‑100克黄花菜、2‑3克胡椒粉、3‑4克葱叶、3‑5克食用盐、1‑3克红糖、8‑10千克纯净水。本发明具有润肺、健脾、除烦安神等作用,是夏天及体虚火旺不受温补之人的清补凉汤。

本发明属于食品技术领域,具体涉及一种肚肺汤。
背景技术
中医认为,人的身体缺乏某种必需物质后容易患病或引起身体虚弱,进用滋补品后,补充不足,可以使疾病康复或预防疾病。“清补”是夏天的滋补方法,就是指选用具有一定驱暑生津功效的食料,以补充人体的消耗。中医又认为,食物有寒、凉、温、热等不同的“四性”,凡适用于发热、口渴、烦躁、咳嗽、胸痛、痰多等症象的食物都属于寒凉性质的食物。故此,“清补凉汤”就是指一种适用于夏天进补的食物。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种肚肺汤,其以猪肚、猪肺为主要原料,加入黄芪、玉竹等中药原料制备而成。
一种肚肺汤,由以下原料制成:1个猪肚、半到1个猪肺、8-12 克黄芪、8-12克玉竹、1-3克白芷、200-250克薏米、200-250克莲子、200-250克马蹄、80-100克笋丝、80-100克黄花菜、2-3克胡椒粉、3-4克葱叶、3-5克食用盐、1-3克红糖、8-10千克纯净水。
优选地,所述的肚肺汤,由以下原料制成:1个猪肚、半个猪肺、 10克黄芪、10克玉竹、2克白芷、225克薏米、225克莲子、225克马蹄、90克笋丝、90克黄花菜、2.5克胡椒粉、3.5克葱叶、4克食用盐、2克红糖、9千克纯净水。
上述肚肺汤的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪肚、猪肺清洗干净,向锅中加入水,煮沸后再加入猪肚、猪肺,再次煮沸后加入适量生姜、米醋、米酒煮3-5分钟除腥,将猪肚、猪肺捞出切片备用;
(2)将笋丝、黄花菜清洗干净后倒入沸水中煮1-2分钟,捞出备用;
(3)向锅中加入纯净水、黄芪、玉竹、白芷、薏米、莲子、猪肚、猪肺,用大火煮沸后改为中火煮1个小时,然后改为小火煮3个小时,然后加入马蹄、笋丝、黄花菜用小火煮30-40分钟停火,加入胡椒粉、葱叶、食用盐、红糖进行调味,即得肚肺汤。

一种肚肺汤,由以下原料制成:1个猪肚、半到1个猪肺、8克黄芪、8克玉竹、1克白芷、200克薏米、200克莲子、200克马蹄、 80克笋丝、80克黄花菜、2克胡椒粉、3克葱叶、3克食用盐、1克红糖、8千克纯净水。
上述肚肺汤的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪肚、猪肺清洗干净,向锅中加入水,煮沸后再加入猪肚、猪肺,再次煮沸后加入适量生姜、米醋、米酒煮3分钟除腥,将猪肚、猪肺捞出切片备用;
(2)将笋丝、黄花菜清洗干净后倒入沸水中煮1分钟,捞出备用;

(1)将猪肚、猪肺清洗干净,向锅中加入水,煮沸后再加入猪肚、猪肺,再次煮沸后加入适量生姜、米醋、米酒煮4分钟除腥,将猪肚、猪肺捞出切片备用;
(2)将笋丝、黄花菜清洗干净后倒入沸水中煮1分钟,捞出备用;

一种肚肺汤,由以下原料制成:1个猪肚、1个猪肺、12克黄芪、 12克玉竹、3克白芷、250克薏米、250克莲子、250克马蹄、100克笋丝、100克黄花菜、3克胡椒粉、4克葱叶、5克食用盐、3克红糖、 10千克纯净水。
上述肚肺汤的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪肚、猪肺清洗干净,向锅中加入水,煮沸后再加入猪肚、猪肺,再次煮沸后加入适量生姜、米醋、米酒煮5分钟除腥,将猪肚、猪肺捞出切片备用;
(2)将笋丝、黄花菜清洗干净后倒入沸水中煮2分钟,捞出备用;

1.一种肚肺汤,其特征在于由以下原料制成:1个猪肚、半到1个猪肺、1-3克黄芪、8-12克玉竹、8-12克白芷、200-250克薏米、200-250克莲子、200-250克马蹄、80-100克笋丝、80-100克黄花菜、2-3克胡椒粉、3-4克葱叶、3-5克食用盐、1-3克红糖、8-10千克纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肚肺汤,其特征在于由以下原料制成:1个猪肚、半个猪肺、10克黄芪、10克玉竹、2克白芷、225克薏米、225克莲子、225克马蹄、90克笋丝、90克黄花菜、2.5克胡椒粉、3.5克葱叶、4克食用盐、2克红糖、9千克纯净水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的肚肺汤的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪肚、猪肺清洗干净,向锅中加入水,煮沸后再加入猪肚、猪肺,再次煮沸后加入适量生姜、米醋、米酒煮3-5分钟除腥,将猪肚、猪肺捞出切片备用;
