背景技术
咖喱是以姜黄为主料,另加多种香辛料配制而成的复合调味料,其味辛辣带甜,具有一种特别的香气。咖喱的主要成分是姜黄粉、川花椒、八角、胡椒、桂皮、丁香和芫荽籽等含有辣味的香料,能促进唾液和胃液的分泌,增加胃肠蠕动,增进食欲,能促进血液循环,达到发汗的目的,并且美国癌症研究协会指出,咖喱所含的姜黄素具有激活肝细胞并抑制癌细胞的功能,还具有协助伤口愈合、预防老年痴呆症的作用,可以改善便秘,有益于肠道健康。

本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种咖喱杂味汤,由以下重量份原料制备而成:咖喱块10-30份、墨鱼200-300份、猪肚100-200份、鲜虾50-150份、土豆60-80份、胡萝卜40-60份、洋葱20-40份、大蒜5-7份、生姜3-5份、食盐适量、清水适量。
所述的咖喱杂味汤,由以下重量份原料制备而成:咖喱块20份、墨鱼250份、猪肚150份、鲜虾100份、土豆70份、胡萝卜50份、洋葱30份、大蒜6份、生姜4份、食盐适量、清水适量。
本发明还提供了上述咖喱杂味汤的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将墨鱼用清水浸泡1小时,入滚水5分钟捞起洗净,去墨鱼骨,切块备用;
(2)将猪肚两面用适量食盐反复搓洗,再用清水冲干净后,入滚水2-3分钟捞起洗净,切丝备用;
(3)将鲜虾洗净,土豆、胡萝卜、洋葱去皮洗净,大蒜、生姜切片,备用;
(4)将墨鱼、猪肚、生姜放入锅中,加入适量清水,大火烧开,放入咖喱块、鲜虾、土豆、胡萝卜、洋葱、大蒜,转中火煲煮30分钟,再转小火煲煮1小时,加入食盐调味即可。

2.根据权利要求1所述的咖喱杂味汤,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:咖喱块20份、墨鱼250份、猪肚150份、鲜虾100份、土豆70份、胡萝卜50份、洋葱30份、大蒜6份、生姜4份、食盐适量、清水适量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的咖喱杂味汤的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将墨鱼用清水浸泡1小时,入滚水5分钟捞起洗净,去墨鱼骨,切块备用;
