背景技术
传统面粉是一种由小麦磨成的粉末,为最常见的食品原料之一。按面粉中蛋白质含量的多少,可以分为高筋面粉、低筋面粉和无筋面粉,其中,高筋粉:色较深,本身较有活性且光滑,手抓不易成团状,比较适合用来做面包,以及部分酥皮类起酥点心,比如丹麦酥。中筋粉:色乳白,介于高、低粉之间,体质半松散,一般中式点心都会用到,比如包子、馒头、面条等;低筋粉:色较白,用手抓易成团;筋面粉的蛋白质含量平均在8.5%左右,蛋白质含量低,麸质也较少,因此筋性亦弱,比较适合用来做蛋糕,松糕,饼干以及挞皮等需要蓬松酥脆口感的西点。
然而随着生活水平的提高,人们对面粉的风味性、特色性、营养性提出了新要求,比如对于追求美丽的女性的群体来说,现有的小麦面粉显得营养价值单一,不能起到美颜的效果。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种复合果蔬养颜面粉及其制备方法,本发明综合考虑面粉原料之间的作用效果,合理搭配,制出的面粉营养丰富,有效为人体补充维生素等物质,具有养颜美容的效果。
本发明提出的一种复合果蔬养颜面粉,其原料按重量份包括:小麦粉55-65份、薏仁粉20-30份、豌豆粉15-25份、菠萝粉10-13份、猕猴桃粉4-8份、橘子粉12-19份、食用菌粉5-10份、椰子提取物5-12份、海藻提取物2-8份、稳定剂1-3份、保鲜剂2-3份。

征选50例女性自愿者,年龄在25-45岁之间,自愿者选择标准:脸上皮肤干燥、暗沉无光、有斑点的女性自愿者,将自愿者随机分为5组,分别为试验1组、试验2组、试验3组、试验4组和试验5组,每组10人。每组每人每天依次对应食用实施例1-5制得的面食,食用量相同。
食用8个月后对复合果蔬养颜面粉的缓解肌肤干燥效果、祛斑效果、美白效果和整体效果进行评分,评分方法为:
(1)缓解肌肤干燥效果:3皮肤持久处于湿润状态,2皮肤大多处于湿润状态,偶尔处于干燥状态,1皮肤大多处于干燥状态,偶尔处于湿润状态,0皮肤持久处于干燥状态;
(2)祛斑效果:3斑点基本消失,2斑点有些变淡,有些消失,1少数斑点变淡,0斑点没有变化;
(3)美白效果:3皮肤透亮有光泽,2皮肤显白,1皮肤稍显白但无光,0皮肤依旧暗沉无光;
(4)整体效果:3皮肤持久处于湿润状态,透亮有光泽,斑点基本消失,2皮肤大多处于湿润状态,偶尔处于干燥状态,显白,斑点有些变淡,有些消失,1皮肤大多处于干燥状态,偶尔处于湿润状态,稍显白但无光,少数斑点变淡,0皮肤干燥,暗沉无光,斑点没有变化。
结果如下:
由上表可知,本发明提供的复合果蔬养颜面粉在缓解肌肤干燥、祛斑、美白方面具有较好的效果,而且其整体效果也良好,是一种较为理想的养颜面粉。

5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述复合果蔬养颜面粉,其特征在于,所述海藻提取物中藻胶酸的含量为45-75wt%。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述复合果蔬养颜面粉,其特征在于,所述椰子提取物中椰油的含量为40-58wt%。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述复合果蔬养颜面粉,其特征在于,所述薏仁粉、食用菌粉的重量比为22-25:6-8。
8.根据权利要求2所述复合果蔬养颜面粉,其特征在于,所述羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯、甘油二酯油、蜂蜜干粉的重量比为1-2:3-4:2-5。
9.根据权利要求3所述复合果蔬养颜面粉,其特征在于,所述马铃薯淀粉、瓜尔豆胶、单甘酯的重量比为2-5:2-3:1-2。
10.根据权利要求3所述复合果蔬养颜面粉,其特征在于,所述瓜尔豆胶中半乳甘露聚糖的含量为60-75wt%。
