本发明公开了一种多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖,在陶瓷砖表面由内至外依次施加有耐磨防滑粒子层、化妆土釉层、图案装饰层、耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层。本发明还公开了上述多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法。本发明公开的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖中,由于耐磨防滑粒子层在化妆土釉层下,也位于图案装饰层下,其粒子成分、透明度都不会影响到产品图案颜色效果,同时在实际生活中不容易被磨掉或刮掉,而且由于其粒子粒径相对比较大,使产品表面产生更好的防滑、防污效果。

本发明涉及陶瓷砖制备领域,特别涉及一种多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年,由于地面光滑而导致意外伤害事件,使消费者对地面铺贴材料的防滑性能格外关注,陶瓷砖作为一种最广泛应用于各种公共场所和家庭装修的地面铺贴材料,对其防滑性能的关注度更高。国内外对公共人行和工作场所路面的防滑性能非常重视,制定了严格的安全标准要求。北美各国将代表着地面安全标准的静摩擦系数作为工程验收的一项强制内容,对于地面摩擦系数没有达到标准要求的要受到严厉的处罚。目前陶瓷防滑瓷砖主要是通过喷洒或涂抹防滑剂、腐蚀剂或选用特殊干粒材料、凹凸模具、提高釉温等方式,将砖体表面制成具有宏观或微观的凹凸结构,利用这种结构在压力下和鞋底产生的机械咬合作用以及真空吸附作用达到防滑效果。其中采用凹凸模具设计提升防滑级别是最常用方法,但是凹凸模设计的尖角不能太尖,否则很难脱模,即使能脱模,由于尖角容易积粉尘,开始生产的产品和生产一段时间后的产品效果会相差很远,生产稳定性差;而喷洒或涂抹防滑剂、腐蚀剂的方法,存在有使用一定时间后失效的问题,并且在装饰层上涂抹防滑剂会影响模式发色,无法实现表面图案纹理,装饰效果差;提高底釉温度产品在烧成后釉面粗糙,颜色泛白不够饱满,且对窑炉烧成温度等条件要求敏感。申请号为CN201310349396名称为“耐磨防滑干粒陶瓷”、申请号为CN201310605534名称为一种干粒釉装饰表面的陶瓷砖及其制造方法、申请号为CN201410497320名称为一种具有防滑效果的瓷砖及其制造方法均公开了防滑砖的制备方法,但这些方法的共同点是将耐磨防滑干粒层布于瓷砖面釉层或图案装饰层上,其最大的不足之处在于,其位于瓷砖面釉层或图案装饰层上耐磨防滑干粒层中干粒化学组成、透明度会影响了瓷砖图案颜色效果,且耐磨防滑层的干粒粒径都相对比较小(60目-325目),在实际生活中不易清洁而容易出现藏脏,并且在实际生活运用中,当重物在耐磨防滑层上进行挪动时,容易被磨掉或刮掉。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术缺陷,本发明提供了一种既有较好的耐磨防滑效果,又不会影响陶瓷砖表面图案颜色效果的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖。

一种多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖,在其表面由内至外依次施加有耐磨防滑粒子层、化妆土釉层、图案装饰层、耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层,还可以在耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层施加特殊粒子装饰层。
所述耐磨防滑粒子层含有刚玉、金刚砂、金刚石、石英砂、高温陶瓷粒子中一种或几种耐磨防滑粒子,所述耐磨防滑粒子的粒径为10目-40目,耐磨防滑粒子层的干粒量为100-150g/M2。
所述高温陶瓷粒子中含有如下重量含量的各组分,SiO2:54%-64%,AL2O3: 22%-26%,Fe2O3:0-0.3%,CaO:0.5-1.5%,MgO:1%-5%,K2O:2-6%,Na2O:1-3%, ZnO:0.5%-1.5%,BaO:3%-5%,ZrO2:0-10%,Co2O3:0-5%,Pr6O11:0-5%,V2O5:0-5%,所述高温陶瓷粒子的熔融温度大于1210℃,高温陶瓷粒子可以是透明粒子、也可以是乳白粒子,或者是蓝、红、黄等彩色粒子,根据实际要求进行调整上述各组分的含量。
同时,本发明还公开了上述多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)对成型陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面进行处理;
(2)对处理后的成型陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面施加一层耐磨防滑粒子层;
(3)对耐磨防滑粒子层表面进行喷水操作后,施加一层化妆土釉层;
(4)在化妆土釉层表面施加有图案装饰层;
(5)在图案装饰层表面施加有耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层;
(6)烧成。
所述步骤(2)中采用皮带式的干粒挂砂布料设备均匀布于陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面。
所述步骤(3)中采用水循环利用式环保高压扇形喷雾设备,喷枪数量为6 支,喷枪的喷嘴大小为:0.36MM,喷清水量为20-30g/M2,使所喷雾的水均匀润湿耐磨防滑粒子层表面,以解决在施加化妆土釉层时因粒子湿润不均匀而产生针孔或凹坑的缺陷。
所述步骤(3)中施加一层化妆土釉层是将化妆土釉浆淋在耐磨防滑粒子层表面,所述化妆土釉浆细度为325目筛余0.3%-0.8%,流速为25-40S,比重为 1.68-1.85,施釉量为500-800g/M2,可以采用直线淋釉器、钟罩淋釉器、甩釉器等设备将化妆土釉浆施于耐磨防滑粒子层之上,化妆土釉层既可以固定耐磨防滑粒子,又可以掩盖陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面和耐磨防滑粒子层的一些不利于产品表面的缺陷。
所述化妆土釉层的釉料重量配方为,SiO2:46%-53%,AL2O3:13%-20%, Fe2O3:0.1%-0.3%,CaO+MgO:4.5%-8.6%,K2O+Na2O:3.5%-7.8%,ZnO:1.5%-3.8%, BaO:4.2%-10.1%,ZrO2:9.5%-13.6%。
所述步骤(4)中一般采用4-6组的辊筒印花设备或喷墨打印装饰设备进行产品图案纹理效果的装饰;其中喷墨打印装饰设备为6-12通道,喷头的孔径 GS6/GS12/GS40,所安装的陶瓷墨水种类有彩色陶瓷普通墨水、白墨水、亮光墨水、剥开墨水、凹陷墨水等,采用孔径为GS6/GS12喷头进行喷印彩色陶瓷普通墨水以表现产品图案色彩效果,采用孔径为GS40喷头进行喷印白墨水、亮光墨水、剥开墨水、凹陷墨水以表现产品特殊凹凸纹理彩效果。
所述步骤(5)中耐磨亚光透明釉的釉料重量配方为,SiO2:47%-55%,AL2O3:18.5%-22.5%,Fe2O3:0.1%-0.5%,CaO+MgO:6.5%-10.5%,K2O+Na2O:7%-11%, ZnO:1.5%-6.8%,BaO:7.5%-10.6%。
利用耐磨亚光透明釉的釉料制备的亚光透明釉釉浆细度为325目筛余 0.3%-0.8%,比重为1.05-1.35,施釉量为40-80g/M2,采用水循环利用式环保高压扇形喷雾设备,喷枪数量为4-6支,喷枪的喷嘴大小为:0.21-0.36MM。
所述步骤(7)中烧成温度为:1050℃-1200℃,烧成时间为45-90分钟,烧成后耐磨防滑粒子层中的粒子具有凸起效果。
本发明还可以在耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层表面再施加有一层特殊粒子浆料后再进行烧成,所述特殊粒子浆料中特殊粒子重量含量为0.5%-5%、水重量含量为 92%-96%,环保固定剂重量含量为3%-5%,所述特殊粒子重量配方为:SiO2: 54%-64%,AL2O3:22%-26%,Fe2O3:0%-0.3%,CaO:0.5%-1.5%,MgO:1%-5%,K2O: 2%-6%,Na2O:1%-3%,ZnO:0.5%-1.5%,BaO:3%-5%,ZrO2:0%-10%,Co2O3:0%-5%, Pr6O11:0%-5%,V2O5:0%-5%。其中环保固定剂的粘度>80毫帕/秒(25℃),pH 值8~9,熔点为300℃-500℃。采用甩釉柜设备进行特殊粒子装饰,甩釉轴工作频率为:40-60HZ,特殊粒子粒径为80-120目。
当然,根据产品使用场所和装饰效果,在产品烧成后也可以直接进行产品磨边或点式抛光。
本发明的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖中,由于耐磨防滑干粒层在化妆土釉层下,其粒子成分、透明度都不会影响到产品图案颜色效果,同时保存了烧成后干粒凸起的效果,适用于各种模面效果,生产稳定性高,加上有上面耐磨亚光透明釉层的保护,下层的干粒不容易被磨掉或刮掉,保持长久的耐磨防滑效果,并且由于可以采用较大粒径的干粒,使陶瓷砖表面产生更好的防滑、防污效果,而且易清洁,不藏灰,避免了现有技术由于表面施加干粒,防滑陶瓷砖在实际中应用中容易吸灰,很难清洗,挪动重物时容易蹭掉表面干粒,影响后期美观和防滑性能。
具体实施方式
下面将通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:
本实施例公开了的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖在其表面由内至外依次施加有耐磨防滑粒子层、化妆土釉层、图案装饰层、耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层、特殊粒子装饰层。具体制备方法如下:
(1)对成型陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面进行处理,其表面处理包括干燥、清理基础泥坯坯面、吹灰等常规工序。
(2)对处理后的成型陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面采用皮带式的干粒挂砂布料设备于陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面均匀施加一层耐磨防滑粒子层,其中耐磨防滑粒子层含有刚玉、金刚砂混合粒子,粒径为10目-40目,干粒量为145±2g/M2。
(3)对耐磨防滑粒子层表面采用水循环利用式环保高压扇形喷雾设备,喷枪数量为6支,喷枪的喷嘴大小为0.36MM,喷清水量为25±2g/M2,使所喷雾的水均匀润湿耐磨防滑粒子层表面。对润湿后的粒子层表面淋化妆土釉浆,所述化妆土釉浆细度为325目筛余0.5%-0.6%,流速为30±1S,比重控制到 1.68-1.72,施釉量为720±10g/M2,采用钟罩淋釉器设备将化妆土釉浆施于耐磨防滑粒子层之上,所述化妆土釉层的釉料中各组分的重量含量为,SiO2:49%, AL2O3:16%,Fe2O3:0.3%,CaO+MgO:6.5%,K2O+Na2O:7.5%,ZnO:2.2%,BaO:9%, ZrO2:9.5%。
(4)在化妆土釉层表面施加有图案装饰层,采用喷墨打印装饰设备进行产品图案纹理效果的装饰;其中喷墨打印装饰设备为12通道,喷头的孔径 GS6/GS12/GS40,所安装的陶瓷墨水种类有彩色陶瓷普通墨水、白墨水、凹陷墨水,采用孔径为GS6/GS12喷头进行喷印彩色陶瓷普通墨水以表现产品图案色彩效果,采用孔径为GS40喷头进行喷印白墨水、凹陷墨水以表现产品特殊凹凸纹理彩效果。
(5)在图案装饰层表面施加有耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层,其中所述亚光透明釉浆的釉浆细度为325目筛余0.4%-0.5%,比重控制到1.05-1.08,施釉量为58 ±2g/M2。所述耐磨亚光透明釉的釉料各组分的重量含量为,SiO2:50%,AL2O3: 21%,Fe2O3:0.1%,CaO+MgO:6.5%,K2O+Na2O:11%,ZnO:3%,BaO:8.4%,采用水循环利用式环保高压扇形喷雾设备,喷枪数量为6支,喷枪的喷嘴大小为: 0.36MM。
(6)在耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层表面施加有特殊粒子装饰层,所述特殊粒子装饰层是在耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层表面施加有一层特殊粒子浆料,所述特殊粒子浆料中特殊粒子重量含量为1%、水重量含量为96%,环保固定剂重量含量为3%,所述特殊粒子重量配方为:SiO2:60%,AL2O3:22%%,Fe2O3:0.1%,CaO:1.2%, MgO:1%,K2O:2%,Na2O:3%,ZnO:1.4%,BaO:5%,ZrO2:2%,Co2O3:1.3%,Pr6O11:0.5%, V2O5:0.5%,其中环保固定剂的粘度85毫帕/秒(25℃),pH值8.2,熔点为480℃。采用甩釉柜设备进行特殊干粒装饰,甩釉轴工作频率为:48HZ。
(7)辊道窑烧成温度为:1070℃-1182℃,烧成时间为90分钟,烧成后耐磨防滑粒子层中的粒子具有凸起效果。
根据产品使用场所和装饰效果,在产品烧成后也可以直接进行产品磨边或点式抛光。
实施例2:
本实施例公开了多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖在其表面由内至外依次施加有耐磨防滑粒子层、化妆土釉层、图案装饰层、耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层、特殊粒子装饰层。具体制备方法如下:
(1)对成型陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面进行处理,其表面处理包括干燥、清理基础泥坯坯面、吹灰等工序;
(2)对处理后的成型陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面采用皮带式的干粒挂砂布料设备于陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面均匀施加一层耐磨防滑粒子层,其中耐磨防滑粒子层含有刚玉、石英砂、高温陶瓷粒子三种混合粒子,粒径为10目-40目,干粒量为132±2g/M2。高温陶瓷粒子各组分重量含量如下,SiO2:58%,AL2O3:22%, Fe2O3:0.3%,CaO:0.8%,MgO:2%,K2O:3%,Na2O:1%,ZnO:0.5%,BaO:5%,ZrO2: 3%,Co2O3:1.5%,Pr6O11:1.2%,V2O5:1.7%,高温陶瓷粒子的熔融温度1230℃。
(3)对耐磨防滑粒子层表面采用水循环利用式环保高压扇形喷雾设备,喷枪数量为6支,喷枪的喷嘴大小为:0.2MM,喷清水量为28±2g/M2,使所喷雾的水均匀润湿耐磨防滑粒子层表面。对润湿后的粒子层表面淋化妆土釉浆,所述化妆土釉浆细度为325目筛余0.4%-0.5%,流速为28±1S,比重控制到 1.70-1.73,施釉量为740±8g/M2,采用直线淋釉器设备将化妆土釉浆施于耐磨防滑粒子层之上,所述化妆土釉层的釉料中各组分的重量含量为SiO2:53%, AL2O3:19%,Fe2O3:0.1%,CaO+MgO:5.6%,K2O+Na2O:4.5%,ZnO:2.5%,BaO:5%, ZrO2:10.3%。
(4)在化妆土釉层表面施加有图案装饰层,采用6组的辊筒印花设备进行产品图案纹理效果的装饰。
(5)在图案装饰层表面施加有耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层,其中亚光透明釉的釉浆细度为325目筛余0.5%-0.6%,比重控制到1.12-1.15,施釉量为64±2g/M2。耐磨亚光透明釉的釉料各组分的重量含量为,SiO2:52%,AL2O3:19%,Fe2O3:0.5%, CaO+MgO:9.5%,K2O+Na2O:7.0%,ZnO:1.5%,BaO:10.5%。
(6)在耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层表面施加有特殊粒子装饰层,所述特殊粒子装饰层是在耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层表面施加有一层特殊粒子浆料,所述特殊粒子浆料中特殊粒子重量含量为2.6%、水重量含量为93.4%和环保固定剂重量含量为4%,所述特殊粒子重量配方为:SiO2:58%,AL2O3:23%,Fe2O3:0.1%,CaO: 0.5%,MgO:2%,K2O:4%,Na2O:2%,ZnO:0.5%,BaO:3%,ZrO2:3%,Co2O3:0.9%, Pr6O11:1.5%,V2O5:1.5%,其中环保固定剂的粘度88毫帕/秒(25℃),pH值8.7, 熔点为350℃。重量采用甩釉柜设备进行特殊干粒装饰,甩釉轴工作频率为: 54HZ。
(7)辊道窑烧成温度为:1100℃-1189℃,烧成时间为85分钟,烧成后耐磨防滑粒子层中的粒子具有凸起效果。
根据产品使用场所和装饰效果,在产品烧成后也可以直接进行产品磨边或点式抛光。

Claims (10)
1.一种多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖,其特征在于:所述多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖表面由内至外依次施加有耐磨防滑粒子层、化妆土釉层、图案装饰层、耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层,所述耐磨防滑粒子的粒径为10-40目,耐磨防滑粒子层的干粒量为100-150g/m2。
2.如权利要求1所述的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖,其特征在于:所述耐磨防滑粒子层含有刚玉、金刚砂、金刚石、石英砂、高温陶瓷粒子中一种或几种耐磨防滑粒子。
3.如权利要求2所述的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖,其特征在于:所述高温陶瓷粒子中含有如下重量含量的各组分,SiO2:54%-64%,Al2O3 :22%-26%,Fe2O3:0-0.3%,CaO:0.5-1.5%,MgO:1%-5%,K2O:2-6%,Na2O:1-3%,ZnO:0.5%-1.5%,BaO:3%-5%,ZrO2:0-10%,Co2O3:0-5%,Pr6O11:0-5%,V2O5:0-5%,所述高温陶瓷粒子的熔融温度大于1210℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)对成型陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面进行处理;
(2)对处理后的成型陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面施加一层耐磨防滑粒子层;
(3)对耐磨防滑粒子层表面进行喷水操作后,施加一层化妆土釉层;
(4)在化妆土釉层上施加有图案装饰层;
(5)在图案装饰层表面施加有耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层;
(6)烧成。
5.如权利要求4所述的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中采用皮带式的干粒挂砂布料设备将耐磨防滑粒子均匀布于陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面。
6.如权利要求4所述的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中喷水操作采用喷雾设备,使所喷雾的水均匀润湿耐磨防滑粒子层表面。
7.如权利要求4所述的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中化妆土釉层的釉料重量配方为,SiO2:46%-53%,Al2O3 :13%-20%,Fe2O3:0.1%-0.3%,CaO+MgO:4.5%-8.6%,K2O+Na2O:3.5%-7.8%,ZnO:1.5%-3.8%,BaO:4.2%-10.1%,ZrO2:9.5%-13.6%。
8.如权利要求4所述的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中耐磨亚光透明釉的釉料重量配方为,SiO2:47%-55%,Al2O3 :18.5%-22.5%,Fe2O3:0.1%-0.5%,CaO+MgO:6.5%-10.5%,K2O+Na2O:7%-11%,ZnO:1.5%-6.8%,BaO:7.5%-10.6%。
9.如权利要求4所述的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中烧成温度为1050℃-1200℃,烧成时间为45-90分钟,烧成后耐磨防滑粒子层中的粒子在陶瓷砖表面具有凸起效果。
10.如权利要求4所述的多体系釉料立体综合装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于:在耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层表面还施加有一层特殊粒子浆料后再进行烧成,所述特殊粒子浆料中特殊粒子重量含量为0.5%-5%、水重量含量为92%-96%,环保固定剂重量含量为3%-5%,所述特殊粒子重量配方为:SiO2:54%-64%,Al2O3 :22%-26%,Fe2O3:0%-0.3%,CaO:0.5%-1.5%,MgO:1%-5%,K2O:2%-6%,Na2O:1%-3%,ZnO:0.5%-1.5%,BaO:3%-5%,ZrO2:0%-10%,Co2O3:0%-5%,Pr6O11:0%-5%,V2O5:0%-5%。
