Abstract
本发明提供了一种多进料高效混料设备,包括支架和架设在支架上的搅拌罐体,所述搅拌罐体下方设置有一出料斗,所述搅拌罐体外侧设置有至少三个给料组件,所述搅拌罐体内从上至下依次设置有第一搅拌组件、接料斗以及第二搅拌组件;所述第一搅拌组件包括一旋转混料筒、一第一电机、以及大轴承;所述第二搅拌组件包括镂空混料辊和第二电机;所述镂空混料辊的一侧通过第一辊轴连接于所述搅拌罐体内壁上,所述镂空混料辊的另一侧通过第二辊轴连接于所述搅拌罐体内壁上,使得镂空混料辊在第一辊轴和第二辊轴的带动下能进行旋转。本发明能对多种塑料颗粒进行充分混合,且工作效率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及混料技术领域,特别是一种多进料高效混料设备。
背景技术
目前,一些生产塑料的工厂,其原料都是塑料颗粒,如生产塑料鞋子、珍珠棉等等,该些产品的原料都是多种的塑料颗粒进行混合后,然后作为原料进行加热处理形成需要的产品形状,如:珍珠棉称为聚乙烯发泡棉,是非交联闭孔结构,珍珠棉是一种新型环保的包装材料。它由低密度聚乙烯脂经物理发泡产生无数的独立气泡构成。克服了普通发泡胶易碎、变形、恢复性差的缺点。该珍珠棉的原料就是需要多种的塑料颗粒进行混合均匀后,通过加热处理成型为珍珠棉,因此,原料是否混合均匀是十分重要的,没有混合均匀,生产出来的产品质量会有所降低,现有的混料装置一般都只能实现两种料的混合,且混合的不是很均匀。
发明内容
为克服上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种多进料高效混料设备,能对多种的塑料颗粒进行混料操作,且通过第一搅拌组件先进行第一次搅拌,然后再通过第二搅拌组件进行第二次搅拌,从而实现混料均匀,提高工作效率,且在搅拌时还能对塑料颗粒进行除尘。
本发明采用以下方案实现:一种多进料高效混料设备,包括支架和架设在支架上的搅拌罐体,其特征在于:所述搅拌罐体下方设置有一出料斗,所述搅拌罐体外侧设置有至少三个给料组件,所述搅拌罐体内从上至下依次设置有第一搅拌组件、接料斗以及第二搅拌组件;所述第一搅拌组件包括一旋转混料筒、一第一电机、以及大轴承;所述搅拌罐体内侧两壁上均固定有一固定座;所述大轴承设置于两个固定座上,所述旋转混料筒底部周侧固定于所述大轴承的内圈上;所述旋转混料筒的外壁上套设有一环体,所述环体上带有齿牙,所述第一电机固定于所述搅拌罐体外侧壁上,且第一电机的电机轴上设置有第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮穿过所述搅拌罐体壁与所述环体上的齿牙相啮合;所述第一电机驱动所述旋转混料筒在大轴承上进行圆周运动;所述旋转混料筒内开设有一喇叭状甬道,所述喇叭状甬道内壁上均匀分布有多个的凸片,所述旋转混料筒的喇叭状甬道上下端为敞开;
所述接料斗设置于两个固定座的下方,且位于所述旋转混料筒的出口下方;
所述第二搅拌组件包括镂空混料辊和第二电机;
所述镂空混料辊的一侧通过第一辊轴连接于所述搅拌罐体内壁上,所述镂空混料辊的另一侧通过第二辊轴连接于所述搅拌罐体内壁上,使得镂空混料辊在第一辊轴和第二辊轴的带动下能进行旋转;所述镂空混料辊位于接料斗的出口下方;所述第二辊轴上设有一第二齿轮;所述搅拌罐体侧壁上贯穿有一传动轴,所述传动轴一端设置有第三齿轮,所述第二齿轮和第三齿轮相啮合;所述第二电机设置于支架旁,所述第二电机的电机轴通过一皮带轮与所述传动轴的另一端连接;所述镂空混料辊包括两个圆形板,所述两个圆形板的外周壁之间架设有多个的搅拌轴,且多个的搅拌轴均匀分布在两个圆形板之间,所述搅拌轴外壁上缠绕有搅拌叶片,所述搅拌叶片为螺杆状;
所述给料组件包括螺旋给料机、支撑架、以及进料框;所述进料框架设于所述支撑架上,且进料框内设置有一过滤网,所述进料框的出料口位于所述螺旋给料机的进料口上,所述螺旋给料机倾斜架设在搅拌罐体和支撑架之间,所述螺旋给料机的出料口贯穿所述搅拌罐体并位于所述旋转混料筒的喇叭状甬道的周壁上方;所述搅拌罐体的上端设置有抽风罩,所述抽风罩的出气端连接排风管路。
进一步的,所述出料斗下方设置有一盛料框。
进一步的,所述第二电机下方设置有一电机固定座。
本发明的优点如下:本发明设置有至少三个的给料组件,实际应用中还可以是四个或者五个,通过给料组件将多种塑料颗粒输送到搅拌罐体内的第一搅拌组件上,通过第一搅拌组件对旋转混料筒进行圆周转动,对塑料颗粒进行搅拌,再通过第二搅拌组件对镂空混料辊进行360度滚动,这样进行二次搅拌,从而对塑料颗粒进行充分均匀搅拌。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
参阅图1至图4所示,本发明的一种多进料高效混料设备,包括支架1和架设在支架1上的搅拌罐体2,所述搅拌罐体2下方设置有一出料斗21,所述搅拌罐体2外侧设置有至少三个给料组件3,所述搅拌罐体2内从上至下依次设置有第一搅拌组件4、接料斗5以及第二搅拌组件6;所述第一搅拌组件4包括一旋转混料筒41、一第一电机42、以及大轴承43;所述搅拌罐体2内侧两壁上均固定有一固定座22;所述大轴承43设置于两个固定座22上,所述旋转混料筒41底部周侧固定于所述大轴承43的内圈上;所述旋转混料筒41的外壁上套设有一环体44,所述环体44上带有齿牙(未图示),所述第一电机42固定于所述搅拌罐体2外侧壁上,且第一电机42的电机轴上设置有第一齿轮421,所述第一齿轮421穿过所述搅拌罐体2壁与所述环体44上的齿牙相啮合;所述第一电机42驱动所述旋转混料筒41在大轴承43上进行圆周运动;由于旋转混料筒41底部周侧固定于所述大轴承43的内圈上,这样大轴承43的外圈位于固定座22上,大轴承43的外圈不会动,大轴承43的内圈在外力的作用下,会进行运动,从而第一电机42驱动旋转混料筒41在大轴承43的内圈内进行圆周运动;
所述旋转混料筒41内开设有一喇叭状甬道45,所述喇叭状甬道45内壁上均匀分布有多个的凸片451,所述旋转混料筒41的喇叭状甬道45上下端为敞开;旋转混料筒41在大轴承43的内圈内进行圆周运动时,由于多个给料组件的出料口都是在喇叭状甬道45的周壁上方,这样塑料颗粒落入喇叭状甬道45口后,喇叭状甬道45的凸片451能对塑料颗粒进行甩拌操作,且旋转混料筒41是进行快速圆周运动,这样多种塑料颗粒能进行均匀混合搅拌;
所述接料斗5设置于两个固定座22的下方,且位于所述旋转混料筒41的出口下方;这样接料斗5能将塑料颗粒导向流入第二搅拌组件,其中,接料斗5设置成上大下小的接料斗,是为了将第一次搅拌后的塑料颗粒能集中在一起后从接料斗下方的小口流出,这样塑料颗粒能集中在中部,不会一下子全部流出,这样塑料颗粒能慢慢从小口流出后,很好地再进行第二次的搅拌混合作用。
所述第二搅拌组件6包括镂空混料辊61和第二电机62;所述镂空混料辊61的一侧通过第一辊轴63连接于所述搅拌罐体2内壁上,所述镂空混料辊61的另一侧通过第二辊轴64连接于所述搅拌罐体2内壁上,使得镂空混料辊61在第一辊轴63和第二辊轴64的带动下能进行旋转;所述镂空混料辊61位于接料斗5的出口下方;所述第二辊轴64上设有一第二齿轮65;所述搅拌罐体2侧壁上贯穿有一传动轴23,所述传动轴23一端设置有第三齿轮24,所述第二齿轮65和第三齿轮24相啮合;所述第二电机62设置于支架1旁,所述第二电机62的电机轴通过一皮带轮66与所述传动轴23的另一端连接;第二电机62带动镂空混料辊61进行360度旋转;对下落的塑料颗粒进行打散混合;所述镂空混料辊61包括两个圆形板611,所述两个圆形板611的外周壁之间架设有多个的搅拌轴612,且多个的搅拌轴612均匀分布在两个圆形板611之间,所述搅拌轴612外壁上缠绕有搅拌叶片(未图示),所述搅拌叶片为螺杆状;这样搅拌轴45和搅拌叶片能对多材料进行均匀混合,对下落的塑料颗粒进行散射出去,这样塑料颗粒被打散开的面积大,能对多种塑料颗粒进行均匀混合。
所述给料组件3包括螺旋给料机31、支撑架32、以及进料框33;所述进料框33架设于所述支撑架32上,且进料框33内设置有一过滤网34,通过过滤网34对物料中的杂物进行过滤处理,所述进料框33的出料口位于所述螺旋给料机31的进料口上,所述螺旋给料机31倾斜架设在搅拌罐体2和支撑架32之间,所述螺旋给料机31的出料口贯穿所述搅拌罐体2并位于所述旋转混料筒41的喇叭状甬道45的周壁上方。所述给料组件3是根据设定的转速实现给料,所述的转速是与颜色形成对应表,即后续混料颗粒要熔融成哪种颜色,根据现有红、黄、蓝三色的配比,配合给料的速度。这样塑料颗粒落入喇叭状甬道45上的凸片会被弹射起来进行搅拌;所述搅拌罐体的上端设置有抽风罩7,所述抽风罩的出气端连接排风管路71,由于塑料颗粒在落入旋转混料筒41时,进行第一次打散搅拌,夹杂在塑料颗粒中的灰尘会逸散出来,通过该抽风罩7,能有效的将灰尘吸走,为后续的使用提供高质量的塑料颗粒。
在本发明中,所述出料斗21下方设置有一盛料框7。所述第二电机62下方设置有一电机固定座67。
总之,本发明设置有至少三个的给料组件,通过给料组件将多种塑料颗粒输送到搅拌罐体内的第一搅拌组件上,通过第一搅拌组件对旋转混料筒进行圆周转动,对塑料颗粒进行搅拌,再通过第二搅拌组件对镂空混料辊进行360度滚动,这样进行二次搅拌,从而对塑料颗粒进行充分均匀搅拌。

1.一种多进料高效混料设备,包括支架和架设在支架上的搅拌罐体,其特征在于:所述搅拌罐体下方设置有一出料斗,所述搅拌罐体外侧设置有至少三个给料组件,所述搅拌罐体内从上至下依次设置有第一搅拌组件、接料斗以及第二搅拌组件;所述第一搅拌组件包括一旋转混料筒、一第一电机、以及大轴承;所述搅拌罐体内侧两壁上均固定有一固定座;所述大轴承设置于两个固定座上,所述旋转混料筒底部周侧固定于所述大轴承的内圈上;所述旋转混料筒的外壁上套设有一环体,所述环体上带有齿牙,所述第一电机固定于所述搅拌罐体外侧壁上,且第一电机的电机轴上设置有第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮穿过所述搅拌罐体壁与所述环体上的齿牙相啮合;所述第一电机驱动所述旋转混料筒在大轴承上进行圆周运动;所述旋转混料筒内开设有一喇叭状甬道,所述喇叭状甬道内壁上均匀分布有多个的凸片,所述旋转混料筒的喇叭状甬道上下端为敞开;
