背景技术
羊是反刍动物,但很少饮水,所以粪便干而细,排粪量也很少,羊粪尿是介于马粪尿与牛粪尿之间的一种热性肥料。羊粪尿所含的养分比较丰富,既有容易分解可被作物吸收利用的有效养分,又有不易分解的迟效养分,是肥效快慢相结合的好肥料。羊粪中有机质的含量为24%~27%,氮素含量为0.7%~0.8%,磷素含量为0.45%~0.6%,钾素含量为0.3%~0.6%,羊尿中有机质的含量为5%,氮素含量1.3%~1.4%,磷素含量极少,钾素很丰富,高达2.1%~2.3%。
羊粪在制作有机肥之前,通常需要被粉碎,目前的粉碎设备和方式很多,既有人工粉碎,但目前的粉碎机粉碎效率低,也有专用设备粉碎,人工粉碎效率低,劳动强度大,故粉碎过程多用粉碎机实现,但现在的粉碎机搅拌和粉碎效果不佳,粉磨出来的物料粗细不均,而且粉碎效果的好坏与转轴的转速有关,当转速较快时,会产生较大的噪声,影响周围环境。
现有技术中提出了一种羊粪处理设备,包括机架、机壳、转轴、刀具、刀座、固定销、筛网、收料台、振动机、加料斗、出料口、电机,其特征在于,所述机壳位于机架上方,所述电机固定于机壳之上并与转轴传动连接,所述刀座与转轴固定连接,所述刀座数量大于1个,所述刀具与刀座通过固定销固连,每个刀座上有2把以上长度相同的刀具,所述筛网数量与刀座相同,其位于每个刀座下方,所述转轴垂直穿过筛网,所述振动机固定安装在机壳侧壁,所述加料斗位于机壳上方与机壳内部连通,其内开口朝向落入刀具的旋转范围内,所述出料台倾斜设置于机壳内的底部,所述出料口位于机壳的侧壁且与出料台的倾斜下端相通;
该设备采用一固定安装在机壳侧壁上的外置振动机来带动机壳的振动,不仅需要额外的动力机构,还让整个机壳长期处于振动状态,容易损坏机壳以及机壳上的各个连接部件,进而带来停工停产导致经济损失。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本发明提供一种无需外部动力进行振动,并减小机壳的振动,进而节约能源,延长机体使用寿命的羊粪处理生产加工装置。
为了达到上述之目的,本发明采用如下具体技术方案:一种羊粪粉碎机,包括机架、机壳、转轴、刀具、刀座、固定销、筛网、收料台、加料斗、出料口、电机,所述机壳位于机架上方,所述电机固定于机壳之上并与转轴传动连接,所述刀座与转轴固定连接,所述刀座数量大于等于2个,所述刀具与刀座通过固定销固连,每个刀座上有2把以上长度相同的刀具;所述加料斗位于机壳上方与机壳内部连通,其内开口朝向落入刀具的旋转范围内,所述出料台倾斜设置于机壳内的底部,所述出料口位于机壳的侧壁且与出料台的倾斜下端相通;
所述筛网的数量比所述刀座的数量少一个,二者相间设置,每个筛网的下方均有一刀座;所述转轴垂直穿过筛网,所述筛网空套在所述转轴上,筛网的外边缘与所述机壳的内表面滑动连接,并仅能在所述机壳内上下运动;
还包括:套筒,所述套筒同轴的外套在所述转轴介于筛网之下,刀座之上的位置上;套筒的上端与所述筛网固定连接,套筒的下端上设有弧形下凸起,并将筛网支撑在所述刀座上;所述刀座上表面设有与所述弧形上凸起同处一个圆周的弧形下凸起。
本发明的工作原理为,刀座在转轴的驱动下高速旋转,由于刀座上的弧形下凸起与套筒下端的弧形下凸起同在一个圆周上,二者可以相抵,相抵时由于套筒与筛网固定连接,而筛网仅能在机壳内上下滑动,于是弧形下凸起将套筒连同筛网一起顶起;待刀座旋转至弧形上、下凸起不再相抵,套筒与筛网又在种地的作用下回落。如此往复,造成筛网的振动。
本方案利用转轴的旋转动力带来筛网振动,从而帮助羊粪下落,无需外部额外的振动机构,充分利用了系统内的动力资源,大大简化了结构,减小了机体的体积,节约了安装空间;另外,由于仅仅是筛网的上下运动,整个机体保持相对的稳定,延长了的使用寿命。
进一步,所述机壳上与所述筛网的外边缘的相对的部分上开设有能被筛网的边缘启闭的多个风孔;所述风孔分为进风孔和出风孔,所述进风孔用于向所述机壳内通入热风。
在某些时候,送入的羊粪含水量较大,粘度增加,不仅不利于粉碎,而且还容易与其他羊粪或羊粪颗粒在一起形成结块,影响羊粪通过筛网下落;本方案中,通过筛网的上下震动,间歇的启闭进风孔和出风孔,从而向机壳内通入热风,又在刀片的搅动下,形成空气流动,并从出风孔排出,起到对羊粪进行干燥的作用;由于气流是间歇性的,所以不会因为持续的进风而把以羊粪颗粒吹得乱窜。
进一步,所述弧形上凸起与弧形下凸起的数量相同,二者均沿所述圆周均布。
使得动作时,上下凸起受力均匀,动作更稳定。
进一步,所述弧形上凸起与弧形下凸起的高度相同,均为0.5厘米。
将筛网震动的幅度控制再0.5厘米,避免过大的幅度容易损坏筛网及与筛网相连的其他部件,也避免凸起过高,造成上下的凸起啮合卡死。
进一步,所述弧形下凸起的数量为30个。
如此,刀座每旋转一周即可造成筛网30次的上下,大大提高的振动频率,便于羊粪的下落,再结合弧形上、下凸起对于筛网震动的幅度的控制;让整个机体在相对稳定的状态下还能保持较好的帮助羊粪筛分下落的效果。
进一步,所述筛网包括侧壁和网面,所述侧壁与网面成小于90°的水平夹角,所述侧壁为表面光滑的无孔面。
使得散落到外侧的羊粪可以在重力的作用以及振动的帮助下,汇聚到网面上。
所述刀具包括刀身和刀柄,刀身为切割段,刀柄为安装段,所述刀身与刀柄构成10~15°夹角。
进一步,所述网面的宽度小于刀具绕转轴旋转形成的直径大小。
可将羊粪较为集中的落到刀具覆盖的面积内,保证所有下落的羊粪均可被刀具粉碎。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:机架1、机壳2、转轴3、刀具4、刀座5、固定销6、筛网7、收料台8、套筒9、弧形下凸起10、弧形上凸起11、加料斗12、出料口13、电机14。
实施例基本如附图1所示:羊粪处理设备,包括机架1、机壳2、转轴3、刀具4、刀座5、固定销6、筛网7、收料台8、加料斗12、出料口13、电机14,所述机壳2位于机架1上方,所述电机14固定于机壳2之上并与转轴3传动连接;如图2所示的刀座5焊接在转轴3上,本实施例中采用了四个刀座5,各个刀座5自上而下,前三个刀座5上,分别通过固定销6固连有两把、三把和四把刀具4,第四个刀座5上没有设置刀具4,所述刀具4包括刀身和刀柄,刀身为切割段,刀柄为安装段,所述刀身与刀柄构成10~15°夹角;所述筛网7的数量为三个,刀座5与筛网7相间设置,所述筛网7包括侧壁和网面,所述侧壁与网面成小于90°的水平夹角,所述侧壁为表面光滑的无孔面,所述网面的宽度小于刀具4绕转轴3旋转形成的直径大小。
如图1所示,从上向下数,第一个筛网7位于第一个刀座5的下方,筛网7的网孔孔径自上而下递减,第四个刀座5下不再有筛网7;于是,整个机体内形成三级粉碎;所述转轴3垂直穿过筛网7,所述筛网7空套在所述转轴3上,筛网7的外边缘与所述机壳2的内表面滑动连接,并仅能在所述机壳2内上下运动;
所述加料斗12位于机壳2上方与机壳2内部连通,其内开口朝向落入刀具4的旋转范围内,所述出料台倾斜设置于机壳2内的底部,所述出料口13位于机壳2的侧壁且与出料台的倾斜下端相通;
还包括:套筒9,所述套筒9同轴的外套在所述转轴3介于筛网7之下,刀座5之上的位置上;套筒9的上端与所述筛网7固定连接;
如图3所示,套筒9的下端上周向均布有三十个弧形下凸起10,每个高0.5厘米,弧形下凸起10连同套筒9将筛网7支撑在所述刀座5上;所述刀座5上表面设有与所述弧形上凸起11同处一个圆周的弧形下凸起10的数量也为30个,每个高0.5厘米。
本实施例中羊粪从加料斗12送入机壳2内,电机14带动转轴3,刀座5在转轴3的驱动下高速旋转,分三级粉碎羊粪,由于刀座5上的弧形下凸起10与套筒9下端的弧形下凸起10同在一个圆周上,二者可以相抵,相抵时由于套筒9与筛网7固定连接,而筛网7仅能在机壳2内上下滑动,于是弧形下凸起10将套筒9连同筛网7一起顶起;待刀座5旋转至弧形上、下凸起不再相抵,套筒9与筛网7又在重力的作用下回落。如此往复,造成筛网7的振动,本实施例中,刀座5每旋转一周即可造成筛网7的上下振动30次,大大提高的振动频率,便于羊粪通过筛网7下落,利用这种高频率而低幅度的振动,在帮助羊粪颗粒下落的同时,还保持了整个机体的稳定。羊粪可以在重力的作用以及振动的帮助下,汇聚到网面上,可将羊粪较为集中的落到刀具4覆盖的面积内,保证所有下落的羊粪均可被刀具4粉碎。粉碎后的羊粪落到出料台,并通过出料台的倾斜下端滑入出料口13。
本实施例利用转轴3的旋转动力带来筛网7振动,从而帮助羊粪下落,无需外部额外的振动机构,充分利用了系统内的动力资源,大大简化了结构,减小了机体的体积,节约了安装空间;另外,由于仅仅是筛网7和套筒9的上下运动,整个机体保持相对的稳定,延长了使用寿命。
实施例2
本实施例中的附图标记包括:机壳2、进风孔21、筛网7、进风管15。
如图4所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,机壳2上与筛网7的外边缘的相对的部分上开设有能被筛网7的边缘启闭的多个风孔;所述风孔分为进风孔21和出风孔,都位于机壳2的同一个侧边并在水平方向齐平,所述进风孔21通过进风管15与热风机连接,用于向所述机壳2内通入热风。筛网7的边缘向下翻折形成类似筋的结构,筛网7边缘处的上沿与进风孔21和出风孔(图中未示出)齐平,翻起部分的高度大于进风孔21和出风孔的直径,以便完全的挡住进风孔21和出风孔。筛网7被顶起时,进风孔21和出风孔同时被关闭,筛网7回落时,进风孔21和出风孔同时被打开;本实施例中的弧形上、下凸起的高度大于进风孔21和出风空的直径,使得筛网7的形成可完全打开进风孔21和出风孔。
在某些时候,送入的羊粪含水量较大,粘度增加,不仅不利于粉碎,而且还容易与其他羊粪或羊粪颗粒在一起形成结块,影响羊粪通过筛网7下落;本实施例中,在筛网7的上下震动的控制下,间歇的启闭进风孔21和出风孔,从而向机壳2内通入热风,热风从筛板的上沿吹进机壳,又在刀片的搅动下,形成空气流动,并从出风孔排出,起到对羊粪进行干燥的作用;由于气流是间歇性的,所以不会因为持续的进风而把以羊粪颗粒吹得乱窜。以上所述的仅是本发明的实施例,方案中公知的具体结构及特性等常识在此未作过多描述,所属领域普通技术人员知晓申请日或者优先权日之前发明所属技术领域所有的普通技术知识,能够获知该领域中所有的现有技术,并且具有应用该日期之前常规实验手段的能力,所属领域普通技术人员可以在本申请给出的启示下,结合自身能力完善并实施本方案,一些典型的公知结构或者公知方法不应当成为所属领域普通技术人员实施本申请的障碍。应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。本申请要求的保护范围应当以其权利要求的内容为准,说明书中的具体实施方式等记载可以用于解释权利要求的内容。
Claims (4)
1.羊粪处理设备,包括机架、机壳、转轴、刀具、刀座、固定销、筛网、收料台、加料斗、出料口、电机,所述机壳位于机架上方,所述电机固定于机壳之上并与转轴传动连接,所述刀座与转轴固定连接,所述刀座数量大于等于2个,所述刀具与刀座通过固定销固连,每个刀座上有2把以上长度相同的刀具;所述加料斗位于机壳上方且与机壳内部连通,加料斗内开口朝向落入刀具的旋转范围内,收料台倾斜设置于机壳内的底部,所述出料口位于机壳的侧壁且与收料台的倾斜下端相通;
其特征在于:所述筛网的数量比所述刀座的数量少一个,筛网和刀座相间设置,每个筛网的下方均有一刀座;所述转轴垂直穿过筛网,所述筛网空套在所述转轴上,筛网的外边缘与所述机壳的内表面滑动连接,并仅能在所述机壳内上下运动;
还包括套筒,所述套筒同轴的外套在所述转轴的介于筛网之下、刀座之上的位置上;套筒的上端与所述筛网固定连接,套筒的下端上设有弧形下凸起,并将筛网支撑在所述刀座上;所述刀座上表面设有与所述弧形下凸起同处一个圆周的弧形上凸起;
所述机壳上与所述筛网的外边缘的相对的部分上开设有能被筛网的边缘启闭的多个风孔;所述风孔分为进风孔和出风孔,所述进风孔用于向所述机壳内通入热风;
所述弧形上凸起与弧形下凸起的数量相同,二者均沿所述圆周均布;

2.根据权利要求1所述的羊粪处理设备,其特征在于:所述弧形下凸起的数量为30个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊粪处理设备,其特征在于:所述筛网包括侧壁和网面,所述侧壁与网面成小于90°的水平夹角,所述侧壁为表面光滑的无孔面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的羊粪处理设备,其特征在于:所述网面的宽度小于刀具绕转轴旋转形成的直径大小。
