一种增强免疫力抗衰老的组合物的制备方法:
(1)将各组分干燥后,粉碎成粉状;
(2)进一步制成粉剂、片剂、胶囊或口服液。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明组合物采用天然原材料制备而成,具有提神补气、增强免疫力、抗衰老、缓解体力疲乏、辅助改善记忆等功能。而且口感好,风味独特,可以适用于各年龄层。

实施例1
一种增强免疫力抗衰老的组合物,按重量份计,其组成包括:菊粉10份,姜辣素1份,黑姜5份,仙人掌果粉5份,橄榄多酚1份,胡椒提取物5份,姜黄素1份,海藻提取物2份,原花青素1份,酵母提取物5份,大豆低聚肽5份,豌豆低聚肽5份,小麦低聚肽10份,玉米低聚肽10份,小分子胶原蛋白5份,浓缩乳清蛋白5份,银耳多糖5份,枸杞多糖5份,香菇多糖5份,灵芝多糖1份,酵母葡聚糖1份,阿拉伯胶1份,低聚果糖1份。
实施例2

一种增强免疫力抗衰老的组合物,按重量份计,其组成包括:菊粉15份,姜辣素2份,黑姜5份,仙人掌果粉6份,橄榄多酚5份,胡椒提取物6份,姜黄素3份,海藻提取物5份,原花青素5份,酵母提取物10份,大豆低聚肽10份,豌豆低聚肽10份,小麦低聚肽10份,玉米低聚肽10份,小分子胶原蛋白10份,浓缩乳清蛋白5份,银耳多糖5份,枸杞多糖5份,香菇多糖5份,灵芝多糖3份,酵母葡聚糖1份,阿拉伯胶1份,低聚果糖5份。
实施例6
将实施例1-5的各组分干燥后,粉碎成粉状,进一步制成口服液,以备下述实验使用。
实施例7 果蝇试验
设置一个空白组,5个实验组,每组随机分配300只果蝇,雌雄各半。空白组使用基础培养基饲养,5个实验组分别在基础培养基中添加实施例1-5制备得到的口服液,自然进食。实验结果见表1.

注:P* < 0.05,P** < 0.01。
结果显示,本发明的组合物均可以延长果蝇的生存天数,且与空白对照组相比均有显著性差异,说明本发明组合物具有延缓衰老的功效。
实施例8 小鼠试验
将52周大的小鼠随机分成6组(一个空白组,5个实验组,),每组40只,雌雄各半。空白组使用基础饲料饲养,5个实验组分别在基础饲料中添加实施例1-5制备得到的口服液,自然进食。每日查看小鼠死亡率,每周计算一次。实验结果见表2。

实验结果同样表明,本发明的组合物均可以延长小鼠的生存天数,且与空白对照组相比均有显著性差异,说明本发明组合物具有延缓衰老的功效。
实施例9 小鼠负重游泳实验
将52周大的小鼠随机分成6组(一个空白组,5个实验组,),每组20只,雌雄各半。空白组使用基础饲料饲养,5个实验组分别在基础饲料中添加实施例1-5制备得到的口服液,饲养30天后,进行负重游泳实验。置小白鼠于玻璃游泳缸(100cm×60cm×60cm) 中游泳,水深不低于30cm,水温10±1℃,鼠尾根部负荷体重5% 的铅皮,记录小鼠自游泳开始至沉入水中8s不能浮起时间,记录为力竭时间(min)。实验结果见表3.

由表3可见,服用本发明的组合物后,各组小鼠游泳时间均比对照组延长,尤其是实施例5组与空白组相比具有显著性差异(P < 0.01)。
以上实验结果均可以表明:本发明组合物具有增强免疫力、抗衰老、缓解体力疲乏的作用。
Claims (3)
1.一种增强免疫力抗衰老的组合物,其组成包括:菊粉,姜辣素,黑姜,仙人掌果粉,橄榄多酚,胡椒提取物,姜黄素,海藻提取物,原花青素,酵母提取物,大豆低聚肽,豌豆低聚肽,小麦低聚肽,玉米低聚肽,小分子胶原蛋白,浓缩乳清蛋白,银耳多糖,枸杞多糖,香菇多糖,灵芝多糖,酵母葡聚糖,阿拉伯胶,低聚果糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强免疫力抗衰老的组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,其组成包括:菊粉10-20份,姜辣素1-5份,黑姜5-10份,仙人掌果粉5-10份,橄榄多酚1-5份,胡椒提取物5-10份,姜黄素1-5份,海藻提取物2-8份,原花青素1-5份,酵母提取物5-15份,大豆低聚肽5-10份,豌豆低聚肽5-10份,小麦低聚肽10份,玉米低聚肽10份,小分子胶原蛋白5-10份,浓缩乳清蛋白5-10份,银耳多糖5-10份,枸杞多糖5-10份,香菇多糖5-10份,灵芝多糖1-5份,酵母葡聚糖1-5份,阿拉伯胶1-5份,低聚果糖1-5份。
3.一种增强免疫力抗衰老的组合物的制备方法:
(1)将权利要求1或2的各组分干燥后,粉碎成粉状;
(2)进一步制成粉剂、片剂、胶囊或口服液。
