β烟酰胺单核苷酸(NMN)可以直接参与细胞内NAD+的合成。因此补充NMN可以很好地延缓衰老,有望预防和治疗与衰老相关的疾病,但是NMN在市场的价格十分昂贵制约了该抗衰老适用人群的选择。
烟酰胺又称尼克酰胺,是烟酸的酰胺化合物,烟酰胺与5-磷酸核糖-1-焦磷酸在体内的烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶的作用下可以转化成β烟酰胺单核苷酸(NMN),进而进一步转化成NAD+。
现有技术中尚没有将烟酰胺与5-磷酸核糖-1-焦磷酸复合使用得到β烟酰胺单核苷酸(NMN),进一步的NMN在体内参与转化成NAD+的技术。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术中提到的不足以及存在的问题,本发明拟公开一种抗衰老效果好的保健品、食品的配方及工艺。
一种野樱莓多肽抗衰老复合制剂,其特征在于,由以下配方组成:大豆肽粉、野樱莓果粉、菊粉、玉米低聚肽、红樱桃果粉、甜菊糖苷、植物提取白藜芦醇、银耳多糖、烟酰胺、熊果苷。
作为优选,所述的复合制剂,按重量分数配比:大豆肽粉5-8份、野樱莓果粉5-15份、菊粉2-3份、玉米低聚肽5-10份、红樱桃果粉1-3份、甜菊糖苷0.5-1份、白藜芦醇0.5-2份、银耳多糖0.5-2份、烟酰胺0.1-0.5份、熊果苷3-5份。
作为优选,所述的复合制剂,按重量分数配比:大豆肽粉5份、野樱莓果粉10份、菊粉2份、玉米低聚肽6份、红樱桃果粉2份、甜菊糖苷0.5份、白藜芦醇1份、银耳多醣1份、烟酰胺0.3份、熊果苷3份。
所述的复合制剂,制备方法为:
(1)所述野樱莓果粉的制备过程为:将新鲜的野樱莓榨汁,烘干,制粒,控制粒径100目;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的野樱莓果粉与余下的物质混合粉碎、过筛控制目数为150目;干燥制粒,压片既得。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明采用野樱莓与烟酰胺相复合与直接添加野樱莓与β烟酰胺单核苷酸(NMN)相复合得到的制剂相比,具有更高的经济效应,且抗衰老效果与直接添加β烟酰胺单核苷酸(NMN)更好。
(2)野樱莓中富含花青素,抗DNA突变效果良好,对转化合成NAD+有促进作用,与添加的NMN有相辅的效果,体内NAD+浓度升高可以有效防止DNA突变导致的衰老和癌变。
具体实施方案
以下实施例用于进一步阐述本发明,但不应理解为对本发明权利要求书请求保护范围的限制。
实施例1
配比为:大豆肽粉5份、野樱莓果粉10份、菊粉2份、玉米低聚肽6份、红樱桃果粉2份、甜菊糖苷0.5份、白藜芦醇1份、银耳多醣1份、烟酰胺0.3份、熊果苷3份。
制备方法为:
所述野樱莓果粉的制备过程为:将新鲜的野樱莓榨汁,烘干,制粒,控制粒径100目;将步骤(1)得到的野樱莓果粉与余下的物质混合粉碎、过筛控制目数为150目;干燥制粒,压片既得。
实施例2

制备方法为:

配比为:大豆肽粉5份、菊粉2份、玉米低聚肽6份、红樱桃果粉2份、甜菊糖苷0.5份、白藜芦醇1份、银耳多醣1份、烟酰胺0.3份、熊果苷3份其余制作工艺同实施例1。
对比例2
配比为:大豆肽粉5份、野樱莓果粉12份、菊粉2份、玉米低聚肽6份、红樱桃果粉2份、甜菊糖苷0.5份、白藜芦醇1份、银耳多醣1份、熊果苷3份。其余制作工艺同实施例1。
对比例3
配比为:大豆肽粉5份、菊粉2份、玉米低聚肽6份、红樱桃果粉2份、甜菊糖苷0.5份、白藜芦醇1份、银耳多醣1份、熊果苷3份。其余制作工艺同实施例1。
对比例4
配比为:大豆肽粉5份、野樱莓果粉10份、菊粉2份、玉米低聚肽6份、红樱桃果粉2份、甜菊糖苷0.5份、白藜芦醇1份、银耳多醣1份、NMN0.3份、熊果苷3份。其余制作工艺同实施例1。
将实施例1-3和对比例1-4所制的制剂进行测试。
昆明小鼠,36-38g,雌350只,雄350只(约80周大),上海实验动物中心购买。室温18-22℃,相对湿度维持在60%-70%,光照12hr∶12hr(光∶暗),使用前适应环境3天。
药效学实验:
材料和方法:
实验材料:实施例1-3所制备的保健品和对比例1-3所制备的保健品。
实验动物:昆明种小鼠(约80周大);选用80周的老年小鼠。
给药方法:与食品一起喂食,每天早上8点一次。
小鼠生存实验:将700只80周大小鼠分成7组正常喂养。(每组100只,雌雄各50只)。
实验方法:参照保健食品功能学评价程序与检验方法规范(卫生部2003年版),小鼠存活时间见表1,每周一对存活的衰老小鼠进行负重游泳测试,所负重量为小鼠体重的10%,直至力竭,记录小鼠游泳时长(S),取平均值,结果见表2。

采用荧光探针测试技术分别测试喂实施例1-3和对比例1-3之前的小鼠细胞内NAD+的含量,8点喂食后,9点-10点取各组鼠,实时测试组1-6小鼠细胞内NAD+的含量。计算出NAD+的增量,计算公式为:测试后-测试前/测试前x100%,其结果见表3。

从表1、2可以看出,本发明配方中的野樱莓果粉与烟酰胺对小鼠衰老有明显的抑制作用,与直接添加NMN相比有更好的转化效率和抗衰老效果,野樱莓果粉可以提高转化成NAD+的转化效率。
Claims (5)
1.一种野樱莓多肽抗衰老复合制剂,其特征在于,由以下配方组成:大豆肽粉、野樱莓果粉、菊粉、玉米低聚肽、红樱桃果粉、甜菊糖苷、植物提取白藜芦醇、银耳多糖、烟酰胺、熊果苷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合制剂,其特征在于,按重量分数配比:大豆肽粉5-8份、野樱莓果粉5-15份、菊粉2-3份、玉米低聚肽5-10份、红樱桃果粉1-3份、甜菊糖苷0.5-1份、白藜芦醇0.5-2份、银耳多糖0.5-2份、烟酰胺0.1-0.5份、熊果苷3-5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合制剂,其特征在于,按重量分数配比:大豆肽粉5份、野樱莓果粉10份、菊粉2份、玉米低聚肽6份、红樱桃果粉2份、甜菊糖苷0.5份、白藜芦醇1份、银耳多醣1份、烟酰胺0.3份、熊果苷3份。
4.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的复合制剂,其特征在于,制备方法为:
(1)所述野樱莓果粉的制备过程为:将新鲜的野樱莓榨汁,烘干,制粒,控制粒径100目;
将步骤(1)得到的野樱莓果粉与余下的物质混合粉碎、过筛控制目数为150目;干燥制粒,压片既得。
5.根据权利要求1所属的复合制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂可以是片剂、压片糖果剂、固体饮料剂、胶囊、粒剂、水剂、肠溶制剂或注射剂中任意一种。
