本发明涉及食品加工生产技术领域,具体涉及一种老人使用的早餐食品。
背景技术
老人即指上年纪了的人或较老的人。世界卫生组织对老年人的定义为60周岁以上的人群,而西方一些发达国家则认为65岁是分界点。
而老人在身体机能、身体素质等等都无法与自己年轻的时候相比,特别是身体的器官的活性等,老人在到一定的年龄之后会掉牙,需要安装假牙,而且老年人牙龈老化,并且气管、器官、食道等都会比年轻的时候萎缩以及活力降低,而老年人吃的食物与青壮年以及中年的时候吃的东西是有区别的,但是有些食物不是柔软适合咀嚼、但是营养不足,要不就是营养过盛但是咀嚼、吃食就非常的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、制作便捷、营养丰富、食用简单的一种老人使用的早餐食品。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种老人使用的早餐食品,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
橄榄油3-5份、猪肉末7-10份、鸡蛋清10-15份、高筋面粉10-13份、猪血1-3份、绿豆4-7份、去皮土豆4-8份、羊奶粉5-9份、葡萄糖酸钙5-8份、柠檬酸锌1-4份、西瓜汁4-8份、助剂8-12份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ将绿豆研磨8分钟,然后加入去皮土豆继续研磨5分钟,然后再加入羊奶粉搅拌混合5分钟;
Ⅱ将猪肉末与鸡蛋清匀速搅拌混合10分钟,然后加入葡萄糖酸钙、柠檬酸锌,继续工作5分钟,再加入西瓜汁,继续工作5分钟;
Ⅲ将Ⅰ与Ⅱ放入铁锅中,然后加入高筋面粉和橄榄油,搅拌混合8分钟,再加入猪血继续搅拌混合3分钟;
Ⅳ将助剂煮沸,然后关火并且加入Ⅲ中的混合材料,加入后搅拌混合8分钟,然后再开火用武火煮制25分钟即可,食用时加入冰糖或者红糖、蜂蜜均可;

鹿茸1份、鹿角2份、百合3份、五味子4份、九香虫5份、菟丝子6份、海狗肾1份、冬虫夏草2份、当归3份、三七4份、苏合香5份、黄芪6份;
制备方式如下,
Ⅰ将上述的材料用清水冲洗干净,并且滤干外部水分,然后放入0℃的冷藏室中静置2个小时;
Ⅱ在铁锅中加入材料总重量2倍的纯净水持续煮沸5分钟;
Ⅲ将Ⅰ加入Ⅱ中继续用武火煮制50分钟,然后滤渣留汤剂。
本发明的有益效果为:混合的材料比单一添加的材料的营养更容易保持,制作后的食品营养也非常的丰富,并且口感很好,不会油腻,食品软硬度适中,并且制作方便,能够起到开胃、补气的效果,不会出现厌食的症状,并且与其他的食品能够同时服用不会有冲突;不采用常规的制作方式是为了能够充分释放各种材料中的营养成分,这样更加便于吸收。本发明方法合理、制作便捷、营养丰富、食用简单。
