背景技术
饮酒是人们生活中常见的一种习惯,适量饮酒有利于身体健康,但饮酒过量却对人体造成一定程度的损害,如大脑不清、胸闷心慌、烦躁不安、呕吐等,而且这种状态会持续一定时间,极大的影响正常生活和工作。但是,在生活和工作中,饮酒是不可避免的,因此,怎样及时解酒是人们非常关心的问题。
中国是传统的养蜂大国,相关蜂产品一直是保健良品,如蜂蜜、蜂花粉、蜂胶、蜂王浆、蜂毒、蜂蜡等。蜂王浆又名蜂皇浆,是蜜蜂巢中培育幼虫的青年工蜂咽头腺的分泌物,是供给将要变成蜂王的幼虫的食物,也是蜂王终身的食物。其味酸、涩、略带辛辣,呈酸性,富含氨基酸、维生素、肌醇、10-羟基-2-癸烯酸等营养物质,还有一些未知物质;具有抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、降血压、抗菌消炎、增强免疫力等功能;除此之外,蜂王浆还有良好的护肝功能,可辅助解酒;专利CN200810006421.X公开了一种解酒护肝、健脾养胃的保健饮料及其制备方法,其由蜂蜜、蜂王浆、蜂胶和山楂组成,由于山楂、蜂王浆均为酸性,其制备得到的饮料也呈酸性,虽然对解酒有一定的疗效,但是不是所有体质人群均适宜饮用,而且其解酒疗效也有待改进。

本发明的目的就在于为解决现有技术的不足而提供一种具有解酒功能的蜂王浆饮料。
本发明的目的是以下述技术方案实现的:
一种具有解酒功能的蜂王浆饮料,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:水70-80份、蜂蜜1.4-2份、蜂王浆0.6-0.8份、柠檬酸钠0.1-0.2 份、山楂汁10-15份、麦芽汁10-15份、果葡糖浆1.6-2份。
进一步,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:水75份、蜂蜜1.7份、蜂王浆0.7份、柠檬酸钠0.15份、山楂汁12.5份、麦芽汁12.5份、果葡糖浆1.85份。
所述山楂汁和麦芽汁由以下方法制备而成:分别取山楂、麦芽加10-15倍质量水浸提,浸提温度为80-90℃,浸提时间为1-2h,然后过滤取滤液,得到山楂汁和麦芽汁。
如上所述的具有解酒功能的蜂王浆饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:取上述原料混合,在10℃以下均质,灭菌、包装。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种具有解酒功能的蜂王浆饮料,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:水70-80份、蜂蜜1.4-2份、蜂王浆0.6-0.8份、柠檬酸钠0.1-0.2 份、山楂汁10-15份、麦芽汁10-15份、果葡糖浆1.6-2份。
所述山楂汁和麦芽汁由以下方法制备而成:分别取山楂、麦芽加10-15倍质量水浸提,浸提温度为80-90℃,浸提时间为1-2h,然后过滤取滤液,得到山楂汁和麦芽汁。
上述具有解酒功能的蜂王浆饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:取上述原料混合,在10℃以下均质,均质压力10-30MPa,时间2-3min,灭菌、包装,在4℃以下保藏。灭菌最好采用低温(30℃以下)超高压(400-600 MPa)灭菌,防止蜂王浆失活。
蜂王浆和山楂水溶液均为酸性,加入一定的柠檬酸钠可以调节pH值,以适宜多种人群使用。蜂王浆还具有一定的酸涩辛辣味,加入蜂蜜和山楂可以良好的调节口感;而且加入的果葡糖浆具有水果清香,极大的提升了饮料的口感。
酒精在人体内的代谢主要在肝脏中进行,首先乙醇在乙醇脱氢酶的作用下分解成乙醛,然后乙醛再经过乙醛脱氢酶的分解,变为对人体无害的乙酸;乙醇和乙醛对人体危害较大,如果饮酒过多或体内缺乏乙醇脱氢酶或乙醛脱氢酶,则导致乙醇和乙醛在肝脏和大脑中积累,出现醉酒现象。蜂王浆具有多种活性物质,可以良好的改善肝功能,促进乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的产生。蜂蜜可促进酒精的分解和吸收,加快酒精从体内的分解速度,山楂和麦芽均含有丰富的抗氧化剂,既可防止蜂王浆氧化失活,两者共用,又可消食健脾,减小酒对胃的伤害,有助于酒的散发,提高心肌供氧能力,同时可阻止脂质过氧化以及超阳离子自由基的危害;果葡糖浆中含有大量的果糖,而果糖可提高乙醇脱氢酶的活性;柠檬酸钠作为钠盐,可利尿,减少酒精对肝脏损伤。因此,本发明的蜂王浆饮料,既可有效的防止酒醉发生,又可快速恢复因过量饮酒产生的身体不适。
实施例2
一种具有解酒功能的蜂王浆饮料,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:水75份、蜂蜜1.7份、蜂王浆0.7份、柠檬酸钠0.15份、山楂汁12.5份、麦芽汁12.5份、果葡糖浆1.85份。
所述山楂汁和麦芽汁由以下方法制备而成:分别取山楂、麦芽加10-15倍质量水浸提,浸提温度为5℃,浸提时间为1.5h,然后过滤取滤液,得到山楂汁和麦芽汁。
本发明提供的具有解酒功能的蜂王浆饮料实施例3-16配方见表1-2,其余同实施例2。
比较例
经预实验,选定水75份、蜂蜜1.7份、蜂王浆0.7份、柠檬酸钠0.15份为基本配方,配方中其余原料含量见表3,制备方法同实施例2。感官评价结果见表4。
试验中发现加入山楂对风味口感有较好的改善作用,但单独使用山楂其风味不够柔和,口感单一,加入果葡糖浆以后可以获得柔和清香的风味,均衡的口感。
功效实验
取小鼠75只,随机分为5组,每组15只,第一组、第二组按0.26ml/10g小鼠体重剂量分别灌胃本发明实施例2、实施例3制备得到的蜂王浆饮料,第三组、第四组按同等剂量分别灌胃比较例4、比较例6产品,第五组按同等剂量灌胃生理盐水;0.5h后灌胃酒精(红星二锅头,56°,剂量0.16ml/10g小鼠体重);然后记录翻正反射消失时间和恢复时间,计算得到酒精耐受时间(从灌胃酒精至翻正消失时间)和醉酒维持时间(从翻正消失时间至恢复时间),结果如表5所示。如表5所示,第1-4组与第5组相比,均取得显著的解酒功能,而且第1组效果最好。

Claims (4)
1.一种具有解酒功能的蜂王浆饮料,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制备而成:水70-80份、蜂蜜1.4-2份、蜂王浆0.6-0.8份、柠檬酸钠0.1-0.2 份、山楂汁10-15份、麦芽汁10-15份、果葡糖浆1.6-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有解酒功能的蜂王浆饮料,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制备而成:水75份、蜂蜜1.7份、蜂王浆0.7份、柠檬酸钠0.15份、山楂汁12.5份、麦芽汁12.5份、果葡糖浆1.85份。
3.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的具有解酒功能的蜂王浆饮料,其特征在于所述山楂汁和麦芽汁由以下方法制备而成:分别取山楂、麦芽加10-15倍质量水浸提,浸提温度为80-90℃,浸提时间为1-2h,然后过滤取滤液,得到山楂汁和麦芽汁。
4.如权利要求1-3所述的具有解酒功能的蜂王浆饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:取上述原料混合,在10℃以下均质,灭菌、包装。
