A、备料
取花生、红小豆、绿豆、薏米、黑米、魔芋米浸泡12-14h后滤净。取红枣浸泡10-20min;糯米和黄小米淘洗滤净;芋头洗净并切成1-1.5厘米的方块。
B、制法
a.锅放入1000毫升凉水,把魔芋米、花生、红小豆、薏米和黑米放入锅中,大火70-90摄氏度煮沸后转中火50-60摄氏度慢煮30分钟。
b.放入芋头、红枣、糯米、绿豆和小米继续煮20分钟,缓慢搅拌,以免出现糊底;关火加入红糖搅拌即成成品。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种魔芋五谷杂粮粥的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤A中的技术b红糖作为调味在粥制成后放入,确保糖分不缺失,也不会因高温引起粥黏糊。
