枸杞为茄科枸杞属植物。枸杞性平、味甘、入肝肾二经。功能补肝肾、监筋骨、补血液、润肺益气、助阳。枸杞是我国重要的“药食同源”植物,具有明目定神,美容养颜,滋补肝肾,强壮筋骨的功能,
诺木洪枸杞果粒大、果甜、籽少、色鲜,富含多种生物活性物质,含有人体所需的18种氨基酸、丰富的还原糖、维生素以及钙、磷、铁等营养成分,并含锗、硒、酮等具有抗癌、抗衰老、美容等功效的微量元素,具有极高的药用价值。
黑青稞是大麦的一种,主要产自藏区,是藏族人民的主要粮食。黑青稞膳食纤维具有清肠通便,清除体内毒素的良好功效,是人体消化系统的清道夫。含β-葡聚糖具有清肠、调节血糖、降低胆固醇、提高免疫力等作用。
然而,现有技术中缺乏对枸杞和黑青稞等青海省特色资源深度开发、综合利用的产品和技术。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在问题,本发明的目的是提供一种黑青稞枸杞粥及其制备方法,作为枸杞深度开发利用的一个重要环节,实现了对青海特色枸杞资源的深度开发和综合利用。
一种黑青稞枸杞粥,其特征在于,所述枸黑青稞枸杞粥其组分中包含枸杞提取物、黑青稞、藜麦、山药、枸杞、橘皮。
进一步,所述黑青稞枸杞粥,包含按重量份的枸杞提取物1份、黑青稞0.1-0.8份、藜麦0.1-0.7份、山药0.1-0.5份、枸杞0.1-0.3份、橘皮0.05-0.3份。
一种黑青稞枸杞粥,其特征在于,所述枸杞提取物具备以下特点:
1)采用青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州都兰县诺木洪的枸杞原料提取制备;
2)枸杞提取物还原糖不低于85.0%;
3)含总黄酮不低于2.0%;
4)含氨基酸不低于5.0%。
一种黑青稞枸杞粥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)首先取青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州都兰县诺木洪的干燥枸杞,抽样用常规方法测定还原糖,总黄酮,氨基酸含量;
2)将抽样检测结果满足还原糖不低于85.0%,总黄酮不低于2.0%,氨基酸不低于5.0%的枸杞清洗干净,置-80℃快速冷冻3-8小时,粉碎,粒度在40目;
3)将上述粉碎的枸杞粉加入50-95%的乙醇6-10倍回流提取1-3次,每次1-6小时,合并提取液;
4)将上述提取液,减压浓缩回收乙醇,得枸杞提取物;
5)取黑青稞,干法去除外种皮,青稞仁备用,将外种皮加水提取,加入10-20倍体积80℃-100℃提取2-8小时,过滤,滤液备用;
6)取步骤5中除外种皮的青稞仁、藜麦加入5-20倍体积的30℃-40℃纯净水,浸泡1-8小时,得混合物A;
7)将步骤4所得枸杞提取物用8-20倍体积80℃-100℃的水溶解,并加入步骤6所得混合物A中,得混合物B;
8)取山药、枸杞加入混合物B中并加热至80℃-100℃提取0.5-3小时,得混合物C;
9)取橘皮、步骤5的滤液加入到步骤8所得混合物C中,在40℃-80℃下提取0.1-0.5小时,得混合物D;
10)将混合物D灭菌,灌装,即得本发明所述的黑青稞枸杞粥。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明在原料采用青海诺木洪的特色资源,无污染;本发明利用了枸杞开发中果糖、葡萄糖等还原糖部位,避免了外源性糖分的加入,保证了粥的甜度,为纯天然食品;黑青稞去除外皮,保证了粥口感的糯滑,避免煮提过程的过于粘稠;同时对黑青稞外皮进行了水溶性膳食纤维的提取,保证了全青稞的营养成分,并采取最后加入水溶性膳食纤维提取液,避免粥的糊化。
本发明为枸杞综合开发研究的重要环节,黑青稞枸杞粥是利用了枸杞前期提取的还原糖成分,不同产品利用了枸杞的其它成分,提高枸杞附加值。本发明利用枸杞开发过程中的糖分部位,和黑青稞等合理搭配,产品营养丰富、口感微甜。
本发明中,枸杞提取物还原糖不低于85.0%,和黑青稞、藜麦共同煮提,使得膳食纤维和营养成分溶出,保证了粥的甜度;后续加入山药、枸杞,增加了粥的营养成分和感观,最后加入橘皮,调剂口感。

2)将抽样检测结果满足还原糖不低于85.0%,总黄酮不低于2.0%,氨基酸不低于5.0%的枸杞清洗干净,置-80℃快速冷冻4小时,粉碎,粒度在40目;
3)将上述粉碎的枸杞粉加入75%的乙醇8倍回流提取2次,每次3小时,合并提取液;
4)将上述提取液,减压回收乙醇,得枸杞提取物;
5)取黑青稞,干法去除外种皮,外种皮加水提取,加入15倍体积90℃提取4小时,过滤,滤液备用;
6)取步骤5中除外种皮的青稞仁、藜麦加入10倍体积的35℃纯净水,浸泡6小时,得混合物A;
7)将步骤4所得枸杞提取物用12倍体积85℃的水溶解,并加入步骤6所得混合物A中,得混合物B;
8)取山药、枸杞加入混合物B中并加热至90℃提取2小时,得混合物C;
9)取橘皮、步骤5的滤液加入到步骤8所得混合物C中,在50℃下提取0.3小时,得混合物D;
10)将混合物D灭菌,灌装,即得本发明所述的黑青稞枸杞粥。
实施例4
一种黑青稞枸杞粥,其特征在于:所述黑青稞枸杞粥,包含按重量份的枸杞提取物1份、黑青稞0.7份、藜麦0.2份、山药0.3份、枸杞0.2份、橘皮0.08份。
一种黑青稞枸杞粥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)首先取青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州都兰县诺木洪的干燥枸杞,抽样用常规方法测定还原糖,总黄酮,氨基酸含量;
2)将抽样检测结果满足还原糖不低于85.0%,总黄酮不低于2.0%,氨基酸不低于5.0%的枸杞清洗干净,置-80℃快速冷冻5小时,粉碎,粒度在40目;
3)将上述粉碎的枸杞粉加入85%的乙醇7倍回流提取1次,每次2小时,合并提取液;
4)将上述提取液,减压回收乙醇,得枸杞提取物;
5)取黑青稞,干法去除外种皮,外种皮加水提取,加入14倍体积100℃提取4小时,过滤,滤液备用;
6)取步骤5中除外种皮的青稞仁、藜麦加入15倍体积的40℃纯净水,浸泡5小时,得混合物A;
7)将步骤4所得枸杞提取物用10倍体积95℃的水溶解,并加入步骤6所得混合物A中,得混合物B;
8)取山药、枸杞加入混合物B中并加热至100℃提取2.5小时,得混合物C;
9)取橘皮、步骤5的滤液加入到步骤8所得混合物C中,在60℃下提取0.4小时,得混合物D;
10)将混合物D灭菌,灌装,即得本发明所述的黑青稞枸杞粥。
实施例5
一种黑青稞枸杞粥,其特征在于:所述黑青稞枸杞粥,包含按重量份的枸杞提取物1份、黑青稞0.3份、藜麦0.2份、山药0.1份、枸杞0.25份、橘皮0.2份。
一种黑青稞枸杞粥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)首先取青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州都兰县诺木洪的干燥枸杞,抽样用常规方法测定还原糖,总黄酮,氨基酸含量;
2)将抽样检测结果满足还原糖不低于85.0%,总黄酮不低于2.0%,氨基酸不低于5.0%的枸杞清洗干净,置-80℃快速冷冻4小时,粉碎,粒度在40目;
3)将上述粉碎的枸杞粉加入85%的乙醇8倍回流提取3次,每次3小时,合并提取液;
4)将上述提取液,减压回收乙醇,得枸杞提取物;
5)取黑青稞,干法去除外种皮,外种皮加水提取,加入16倍体积95℃提取5小时,过滤,滤液备用;
6)取步骤5中除外种皮的青稞仁、藜麦加入20倍体积的40℃纯净水,浸泡4小时,得混合物A;
7)将步骤4所得枸杞提取物用10倍体积100℃的水溶解,并加入步骤6所得混合物A中,得混合物B;
8)取山药、枸杞加入混合物B中并加热至90℃提取2小时,得混合物C;
9)取橘皮、步骤5的滤液加入到步骤8所得混合物C中,在60℃下提取0.3小时,得混合物D;
10)将混合物D灭菌,灌装,即得本发明所述的黑青稞枸杞粥。

5)取黑青稞,干法去除外种皮,外种皮加水提取,加入20倍体积80℃提取8小时,过滤,滤液备用;
6)取步骤5中除外种皮的青稞仁、藜麦加入5倍体积的30℃纯净水,浸泡4小时,得混合物A;
7)将步骤4所得枸杞提取物用18倍体积90℃的水溶解,并加入步骤6所得混合物A中,得混合物B;
8)取山药、枸杞加入混合物B中并加热至100℃提取0.5小时,得混合物C;
9)取橘皮、步骤5的滤液加入到步骤8所得混合物C中,在80℃下提取0.4小时,得混合物D;
10)将混合物D灭菌,灌装,即得本发明所述的黑青稞枸杞粥。
实施例7
一种黑青稞枸杞粥,其特征在于:所述黑青稞枸杞粥,包含按重量份的枸杞提取物1份、黑青稞0.8份、藜麦0.6份、山药0.5份、枸杞0.3份、橘皮0.3份。
一种黑青稞枸杞粥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)首先取青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州都兰县诺木洪的干燥枸杞,抽样用常规方法测定还原糖,总黄酮,氨基酸含量;
2)将抽样检测结果满足还原糖不低于85.0%,总黄酮不低于2.0%,氨基酸不低于5.0%的枸杞清洗干净,置-80℃快速冷冻5.5小时,粉碎,粒度在40目;
3)将上述粉碎的枸杞粉加入75%的乙醇8倍回流提取3次,每次4小时,合并提取液;
4)将上述提取液,减压回收乙醇,得枸杞提取物;
5)取黑青稞,干法去除外种皮,外种皮加水提取,加入10倍体积95℃提取8小时,过滤,滤液备用;
6)取步骤5中除外种皮的青稞仁、藜麦加入10倍体积的35℃纯净水,浸泡6小时,得混合物A;
7)将步骤4所得枸杞提取物用12倍体积85℃的水溶解,并加入步骤6所得混合物A中,得混合物B;
8)取山药、枸杞加入混合物B中并加热至100℃提取0.5小时,得混合物C;
9)取橘皮、步骤5的滤液加入到步骤8所得混合物C中,在60℃下提取0.4小时,得混合物D;
10)将混合物D灭菌,灌装,即得本发明所述的黑青稞枸杞粥。

1.一种黑青稞枸杞粥,其特征在于,所述枸黑青稞枸杞粥其组分中包含枸杞提取物、黑青稞、藜麦、山药、枸杞、橘皮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑青稞枸杞粥,其特征在于,包含按重量份的枸杞提取物1份、黑青稞0.1-0.8份、藜麦0.1-0.7份、山药0.1-0.5份、枸杞0.1-0.3份、橘皮0.05-0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑青稞枸杞粥,其特征在于:所述黑青稞枸杞粥,包含按重量份的枸杞提取物1份、黑青稞0.5份、藜麦0.3份、山药0.3份、枸杞0.2份、橘皮0.1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑青稞枸杞粥,其特征在于,所述枸杞提取物具备以下特点:
1)采用青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州都兰县诺木洪的枸杞原料提取制备;
2)枸杞提取物还原糖不低于85.0%;
3)含总黄酮不低于2.0%;
4)含氨基酸不低于5.0%。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种黑青稞枸杞粥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)首先取青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州都兰县诺木洪的干燥枸杞,抽样用常规方法测定还原糖,总黄酮,氨基酸含量;
2)将抽样检测结果满足还原糖不低于85.0%,总黄酮不低于2.0%,氨基酸不低于5.0%的枸杞清洗干净,置-80℃快速冷冻3-8小时,粉碎,粒度在40目;
3)将上述粉碎的枸杞粉加入50-95%的乙醇6-10倍回流提取1-3次,每次1-6小时,合并提取液;
4)将上述提取液,减压浓缩回收乙醇,得枸杞提取物;
5)取黑青稞,干法去除外种皮,青稞仁备用,将外种皮加水提取,加入10-20倍体积80℃-100℃提取2-8小时,过滤,滤液备用;
6)取步骤5中除外种皮的青稞仁、藜麦加入5-20倍体积的30℃-40℃纯净水,浸泡1-8小时,得混合物A;
7)将步骤4所得枸杞提取物用8-20倍体积80℃-100℃的水溶解,并加入步骤6所得混合物A中,得混合物B;
8)取山药、枸杞加入混合物B中并加热至80℃-100℃提取0.5-3小时,得混合物C;
9)取橘皮、步骤5的滤液加入到步骤8所得混合物C中,在40℃-80℃下提取0.1-0.5小时,得混合物D;
10)将混合物D灭菌,灌装,即得本发明所述的黑青稞枸杞粥。
