本发明具体涉及单面防水防油棉布的制备工艺,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
在当前的社会中,水、油是人们的服装面料等织物在日常生活和工作中常见的污染物,特别是在一些特殊的环境中所使用的织物,更容易受到水、油等污物的站污,如机械制造、设备维修、汽车行业等工业,这就对纺织品提出了新的性能要求。而防水、防油纺织品可以防止油性污染物和水性污染物站污,且经过整理后的纺织品几乎不改变原有纺织品的风格,不产生织物损伤和斑点。
目前防水防油面料的制备工艺主要是采用如下方式:(1)布基和功能层通过热合而成,如专利号200810070553.9,此工艺布料的透气性,柔软性差;(2)基布直接浸泡防水防油剂,如专利号201410371764.1,此方法虽简单,但制备出的布料易出现颜色迁移。
本发明就是基于此思路,采用刮涂防水防油PU胶和轧光技术相结合,防止颜色迁移的同时,提高了布料的柔软性,透气性。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有背景技术中的不足之处,本发明提供了一种单面防水防油棉布的制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种单面防水防油棉布的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)烧毛处理:将棉坯布进行烧毛处理,得烧毛棉布;
2)退煮漂冷堆:将所述烧毛棉布置于冷堆液中进行冷堆处理,得冷堆棉布;
3)平洗:将上述冷堆棉布进行平洗处理,得平洗棉布;
4)丝光:将上述平洗棉布进行丝光处理,得丝光棉布;
5)染色:将上述丝光棉布进行染色处理,得染色棉布;
6)定型:将上述染色棉布进行定型处理,得定型棉布;
7)防水防油涂层:将上述定型棉布进行单面刮涂防水防油胶,得单面防水防油棉布,其中,涂敷量75-85g/m2;速度20m/min;温度180℃;防水防油胶组份含量如下:
PU胶黏合剂 45-75%;
防水防油剂 5%-8%;
软化剂 5%-8%;
增稠剂 3%-7%;
交联剂 0.75%-2%;
抗氧化剂 2%-4%;
去离子水 余量;
8)轧光:将上述单面防水防油棉布进行轧光处理,得单面防水防油棉布,其中,轧光温度80-100℃,压力80-100kg/cm,速度15-25m/min。
优选的,所述烧毛采用气体烧毛技术,温度900-1000℃,速度100-140m/min。
优选的,所述退煮漂冷堆工艺如下:浸轧冷堆液,打卷,堆置,其中冷堆液为浓度15-20g/L H2O2,15-20g/L净棉酶和10-15 g/L三合一助剂混合而成的 PH=8-9,温度20-35℃的溶液;堆置时间20-24h。
优选的,所述平洗是在去离子水中依次进行2道热水洗,3道冷水洗。
优选的,所述的丝光是采用液氨丝光技术,工艺如下:常压预烘处理:温度110℃,时间5-7min;冷却至室温;浸液氨处理:压力0.15-0.2MPa,车速12-15m/min;干燥:温度110-120℃,时间3-5min;汽蒸除氨:汽压0.2-0.3MPa,落布。
优选的,所述的染色为活性染料剂,染色时间0.5-1.5h,温度80-100℃,固色时间20-35min,固色温度60-80℃,进行3道染色。

下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为行业常规方法;下述实施例中所用的试剂、材料等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
1)烧毛处理:将棉坯布在温度1000℃,速度140m/min下,采用气体烧毛技术,进行烧毛处理,得烧毛棉布;
2)退煮漂冷堆:将所述烧毛棉布依次进行如下处理,浸轧由浓度16g/L H2O2,15g/L净棉酶和13 g/L三合一助剂混合而成的 PH=8,温度30℃的冷堆液中处理5min;打卷;堆置21h;得冷堆棉布;
3)平洗:将上述冷堆棉布在去离子水中依次进行2道热水洗,3道冷水洗,得平洗棉布;
4)丝光:将上述平洗棉布进行液氨丝光处理,依次进行如下处理:在温度110℃下常压预烘7min;冷却至室温;在压力0.2MPa,车速15m/min下进行浸液氨;在温度115℃,干燥5min;在汽压0.3MPa下进行汽蒸除氨,落布,得丝光棉布;
5)染色:将上述丝光棉布在温度90℃的活性染料剂中,染色时间1h,在温度60℃下固色时间30min,连续进行3次染色,得染色棉布;
6)定型:将上述染色棉布在蒸汽温度140℃下,采用蒸汽湿热定型3min,得定型棉布;
7)防水防油涂层:取70%,胶粒直径110微米,黏度2100MPa.s的PU胶黏合剂,6%防水防油剂,6%软化剂,2%交联剂,5%增稠剂,3%抗氧化剂,8%去离子水,混合成均匀的浆糊状,得防水防油胶,将上述定型棉布在涂敷量75g/m2;速度20m/min;温度180℃下进行单面刮涂防水防油胶,得单面防水防油棉布;
8)轧光:将上述单面防水防油棉布在轧光温度100℃,压力90kg/cm,速度15m/min进行轧光处理,得单面防水防油棉布。

6)定型:将上述染色棉布进行定型处理,得定型棉布;
7)防水防油涂层:将上述定型棉布进行单面刮涂防水防油胶,得单面防水防油棉布,其中,涂敷量75-85g/m2;速度20m/min;温度180℃;防水防油胶组份含量如下:
PU胶黏合剂 45-75%;
防水防油剂 5%-8%;
软化剂 5%-8%;
