本发明公开一种棉织物漂白染色工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:预处理;S2:精练漂白;S3:染色处理:将漂白后棉针织物置于荧光染色液中,控制浴比为1:(10‑15),调节pH至4.5‑5.5,40‑50℃预热处理0.5‑1h,再以1‑5℃/min的速率升温至95‑105℃,保温染色处理1‑1.5h后,进行水洗、固色、干燥,得染色后棉织物;所述荧光染色液包括以下质量百分比原料:酸性荧光染料1‑2%、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚0.5‑1%、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸钠0.5‑1%、柠檬酸3‑5%、去离子水补足余量;S4:柔软处理:将染色后棉织物干燥后,再其表面均匀涂覆柔软剂,涂覆量为60‑100g/m2,100‑110℃热处理0.5‑1h,自然冷却后即可。一步化实现氧化漂白、精炼、碱退浆工序,提高后续荧光染色效率和染色牢度,并显著降低精练漂白过程中对棉织物的损伤。

1、本发明采用有机碱三乙醇胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、渗透剂十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵组成的预处理液对棉织物进行浸渍处理,使淀粉及化学浆料预先发生膨化溶胀,并达到洗涤棉织物中污渍的作用,便于后续退浆精练、染色工序。
2、本发明首次采用50wt%双氧水、次氯酸钠、偏硅酸钠、精练剂、精练酶、氢氧化钠、茶皂素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、稀土盐助剂组配精练漂白液,一步化实现氧化漂白、精炼、碱退浆工序,提高后续染色效率和染色牢度,同时,稀土盐助剂的添加有效提高漂白精练效率,偏硅酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠作为棉织物保护剂,二者协同增效,其中,偏硅酸钠水解生成纳米硅溶胶,乙二胺四乙酸二钠与稀土离子形成金属配合物,在棉纤维表面形成保护膜,提高棉织物强度,同时,茶皂素的疏水性配基分布在棉纤维表面,形成二次防护,减轻氧化剂、碱液等对棉织物的腐蚀,进而显著降低精练漂白过程中对棉织物的损伤。
3、本发明采用碱性纤维素酶、碱性果胶酶、碱性蛋白酶、木聚糖酶、漆酶复配精练酶,达到协同去除纺织面料中杂质的作用,并达到溶胀润湿棉织物的效果,提高后续染色效率和染色牢度。其中,碱性蛋白酶识别蛋白质分子特定的R基,使R基活性中心被激活,被激活的羟基与肽键发生亲核反应,随后,酰基发生酯化反应,释放肽键游离的氮端,肽键断裂,分解成小分子多肽和氨基酸,从而去除纺织面料中的蛋白质杂质;碱性果胶酶用于去除棉织物中的果胶质;漆酶哟与降解棉织物中的木质素杂质。
4、本发明采用酸性玫瑰红B或/和偶氮荧光桃红对棉织物进行荧光染色,利用酸性荧光染料中的磺酸基与棉纤维上的羟基发生酯化反应,使荧光染料分子与棉织物通过酯键进行化学键交联,显著提高色牢度和染色效率;同时,在后续柔软处理过程中,偶氮荧光桃红中的氨基进一步与聚醚环氧硅油、二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚中的环氧基发生开环交联反应,与丝素蛋白中的羧基发生酰胺化反应,使柔软剂分子、荧光染料分子与棉织物三者有机结合,并进一步提高色牢度。
5、本发明首次采用聚醚环氧硅油、二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚、丝素蛋白、聚吡咯、有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂、乙酰丙酮铬等组配的柔软剂对棉针织物进行后整理,在乙酰丙酮铬的催化促进作用下,聚醚环氧硅油、二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚中的环氧基与棉纤维中羟基发生开环接枝反应,丝素蛋白中的羧基与棉纤维上的羟基发生酯化反应,进而将柔软剂分子稳定嵌合在棉织物纤维网络结构中,进而达到持久柔顺抗皱的效果,不起球、不粘毛。
6、本发明柔软剂中的聚吡咯分布在棉织物网络体系中,形成导电通路,进而显著提高棉织物疏散静电荷性能,避免发生静电、粘毛、起球等问题;其中的有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂具备良好的抗菌杀菌效果,防止棉织物受潮发霉,并提高棉织物的吸汗性、柔软性等特点。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉织物漂白染色工艺,其特征在于,所述精练酶包括以下质量份原料:碱性纤维素酶10-15份、碱性果胶酶3-5份、碱性蛋白酶5-10份、木聚糖酶4-8份、漆酶3-5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉织物漂白染色工艺,其特征在于,所述稀土盐助剂包括硝酸镧、醋酸镧、氯化镧、硝酸铈、醋酸铈、氯化铈、醋酸铕、氯化铕、硝酸铕、硫酸铕、醋酸镝、氯化镝、硝酸镝、硫酸镝中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉针织物的染整方法,其特征在于,所述固色的具体操作方法为:将水洗后棉针织物置于0.5-2wt%固色剂水溶液中,控制浴比为1:(5-10),45-55℃浸渍处理1h,排液后,再于100-120℃汽蒸处理15-30min。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种棉针织物的染整方法,其特征在于,所述固色剂包括氯化十六烷基吡啶、溴化十六烷基吡啶、胺醛树脂型双氰胺甲醛初缩体中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉针织物的染整方法,其特征在于,所述酸性荧光染料包括酸性玫瑰红B、偶氮荧光桃红中的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉针织物的染整方法,其特征在于,所述柔软剂包括以下质量份原料:聚醚环氧硅油20-30份、有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂2-3份、二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚2-3份、乙酰丙酮铬0.5-1份、丝素蛋白5-10份、聚吡咯3-5份、聚乙二醇3-5份、去离子水10-15份。
