背景技术
成衣染色法是特别针对全棉或纤维素纤维成衣进行染色的一种工艺,也称为成品染色,成衣水洗是指对染色后的成衣进行清洁的一个步骤,成衣染色和成衣水洗是成衣制作过程中的重要步骤,成衣染色系列能赋予服装鲜艳动人的颜色,确保采用成衣染色后的成衣能具有柔软的手感,并且在视觉上具有调皮感及突出的水洗效果,尤其在成衣接缝处效果更佳明显,然而,成衣往往不单单仅含一种面料,其通常包括棉质面料及尼龙辅料。而现有技术中的成衣染色技术通常需要在高温高压的条件下进行染色,容易对操作者产生安全事故。
因此,我们提出了一种常温常压条件下成衣染色和成衣水洗的工艺用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种常温常压条件下成衣染色和成衣水洗的工艺。
一种常温常压条件下成衣染色和成衣水洗的工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将未染色的面料裁剪做成成衣,把成衣完全浸泡在自来水中进行预处理;
S2、将预处理后的成衣放入到氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡,浸泡时间为 30min,浸泡时的转速为30rpm/min,将浸泡完成后的成衣用去离子水清洗2-3遍后在真空条件下进行干燥;
S3、浸渍染液的配制:称取浸渍染液的原料,将浸渍液的原料混合,搅拌混匀后备用;
S4、蒸汽染液的配制:称取蒸汽染液的原料,将蒸汽染液的原料混合,搅拌混匀后得到混合液,将混合液在高压条件下加热,使得混合液气化,得到蒸汽染液;
S5、将干燥后的成衣浸泡在浸渍染液中,在浸渍染液中使用超声波发生仪对干燥后的成衣进行超声波染色,取出成衣;
S6、将成衣在干燥的室内平整的悬挂起来,将蒸汽染液不间断的向成衣上喷洒,使得成衣的悬挂环境充满着蒸汽染液,悬挂60min-80 min后在真空条件下进行干燥;
S7、将干燥后的成衣用清水冲洗2-3遍,将成衣浸泡在清水中,并在清水中加入清洗剂,浸泡40min-60min,以30rpm/min-40 rpm/min的速率搅拌,搅拌完成后用清水冲洗成衣2-3遍,室温晾干即可。
优选的,所述预处理的温度为90℃,预处理的时间为30min-60 min,预处理的搅拌速度为20rpm/min-30rpm/min。
优选的,所述氢氧化钠溶液的浓度为0.08g/ml-0.1g/ml,干燥的时间为20min-30min。

一种常温常压条件下成衣染色和成衣水洗的工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将未染色的面料裁剪做成成衣,把成衣完全浸泡在自来水中进行预处理,预处理的温度为90℃,预处理的时间为30min,预处理的搅拌速度为20rpm/min;
S2、将预处理后的成衣放入到浓度为0.08g/ml的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡,浸泡时间为30min,浸泡时的转速为30rpm/min,将浸泡完成后的成衣用去离子水清洗3遍后在真空条件下进行干燥30min;
S3、浸渍染液的配制:称取浸渍染液的原料,醋酸16份,酸性染料4份,阳离子染料3份,增稠剂0.1份,消泡剂0.2份,渗透剂 0.1份,乳化石蜡3份,去离子水30份,将浸渍液的原料混合,搅拌混匀后备用;
S4、蒸汽染液的配制:称取蒸汽染液的原料,醋酸15份,醋酸钠15份,酸性染料4份,阳离子染料3份,氧化石墨烯衍生物0.1 份,纳米胶粉0.3份,固色剂0.1份,导染剂0.2份,将蒸汽染液的原料混合,搅拌混匀后得到混合液,将混合液在高压条件下加热,使得混合液气化,得到蒸汽染液;

S4、蒸汽染液的配制:称取蒸汽染液的原料,将蒸汽染液的原料混合,搅拌混匀后得到混合液,将混合液在高压条件下加热,使得混合液气化,得到蒸汽染液;
S5、将干燥后的成衣浸泡在浸渍染液中,在浸渍染液中使用超声波发生仪对干燥后的成衣进行超声波染色,取出成衣;
S6、将成衣在干燥的室内平整的悬挂起来,将蒸汽染液不间断的向成衣上喷洒,使得成衣的悬挂环境充满着蒸汽染液,悬挂60min-80min后在真空条件下进行干燥;
S7、将干燥后的成衣用清水冲洗2-3遍,将成衣浸泡在清水中,并在清水中加入清洗剂,浸泡40min-60min,以30rpm/min-40rpm/min的速率搅拌,搅拌完成后用清水冲洗成衣2-3遍,室温晾干即可;
所述氢氧化钠溶液的浓度为0.08g/ml-0.1g/ml,干燥的时间为20min-30min;
所述浸渍液包括以下重量份的原料:醋酸16-20份,酸性染料4-8份,阳离子染料3-6份,增稠剂0.1-0.3份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,渗透剂0.1-0.2份,乳化石蜡3-5份,去离子水30-40份;
所述蒸汽染液包括以下重量份的原料:醋酸15-18份,醋酸钠15-18份,酸性染料4-8份,阳离子染料3-6份,氧化石墨烯衍生物0.1-0.2份,纳米胶粉0.3-0.4份,固色剂0.1-0.2份,导染剂0.2-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种常温常压条件下成衣染色和成衣水洗的工艺,其特征在于,所述预处理的温度为90℃,预处理的时间为30min-60min,预处理的搅拌速度为20rpm/min-30rpm/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种常温常压条件下成衣染色和成衣水洗的工艺,其特征在于,所述超声波染色的频率为30kHZ-50kHZ,超声波染色的强度为1.0W/cm2-1.4W/cm2,超声波染色的时间为60min-90min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种常温常压条件下成衣染色和成衣水洗的工艺,其特征在于,所述清洗剂在清水中的百分比为1.2%-4.3%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种常温常压条件下成衣染色和成衣水洗的工艺,其特征在于,所述酸性染料为酸性媒介染料或酸性络合染料,阳离子染料为共轭型阳离子染料,增稠剂为海藻酸钠,丙烯酸钠和乙烯基单体的聚合物,消泡剂为改性聚醚消泡剂或有机硅消泡剂,渗透剂为辛醇聚氧乙烯醚或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种常温常压条件下成衣染色和成衣水洗的工艺,其特征在于,所述氧化石墨烯衍生物为羧基化氧化石墨烯或磺酸化氧化石墨烯,固色剂为氯化十六烷基吡啶,胺醛树脂型双氰胺甲醛初缩体和酚磺酸甲醛缩合物中的一种,导染剂的种类为CA-250S,CA-800或DT-49。
