本发明涉及药料包及其制备领域,尤其涉及一种四季养生用石斛茯苓老鸭汤药料包及其制备方法。
背景技术
中医认为,人在春季肝气容易过旺,肝木旺则克脾土,对脾胃产生不良影响,妨碍食物的正常消化吸收。在春夏雨水时节,应注意脾胃养生。此外,随着生活方式的改变,人们喜欢晚上进食夜宵,加重了胃的负荷,容易导致消化不良,这就造就了一个新的生活爱好——养生保健汤的制作。但是养生汤的制作工艺复杂,前期准备更是繁琐,而现今没有一个很好的技术改善并加快养生保健汤的制作过程。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种四季养生用石斛茯苓老鸭汤药料包及其制备方法。
本发明通过下述方案实现:
一种四季养生用石斛茯苓老鸭汤药料包,以质量份计,所述药料包包括石斛5-15份,茯苓20-40份,薏米30-50份,莲子30-50份,生姜10-20份,盐1-3份。
所述石斛和茯苓的形态为石斛饮片和茯苓饮片、石斛粉末和茯苓粉末、细胞破壁后的石斛和茯苓中的一种。
一种四季养生用石斛茯苓老鸭汤药料包的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
以质量份计,称取石斛5-15份,茯苓20-40份,薏米30-50份,莲子30-50份,生姜10-20份,盐1-3份,将盐倒入铜盆中,再将称取好的其它中药材倒入铜盆中并用木铲拌匀,然后一起装入内包,封口,冷却,即得到四季养生用石斛茯苓老鸭汤药料包。
所述石斛和茯苓的形态为石斛饮片和茯苓饮片、石斛粉末和茯苓粉末、细胞破壁后的石斛和茯苓中的一种。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明生产的药料包可以很好的改善前期准备繁琐这一时代性问题,且石斛具有益胃生津,滋阴清热的作用,茯苓具有利水渗湿、健脾、宁心作用,莲子滋养补虚、养心安神,薏米健脾去湿、清热排毒,鸭肉清凉降燥、补血行水,适合“清补”,几种中草药经过配伍后,石斛茯苓老鸭汤具有养胃生津清热的功效,具有养生的功效。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例1
一种四季养生用石斛茯苓老鸭汤药料包,以质量份计,所述药料包包括石斛15份,茯苓40份,薏米40份,莲子40份,生姜10份,盐3份。
一种四季养生用石斛茯苓老鸭汤药料包的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
以质量份计,称取石斛15份,茯苓40份,薏米40份,莲子40份,生姜10份,盐3份,将盐倒入容器中,再将称取好的其它中药材倒入容器中并用木铲拌匀,然后一起装入内包(由无纺布滤纸和丝网滤袋制成),封口,冷却,即得到四季养生用石斛茯苓老鸭汤药料包。
在本实施例中,所述石斛的形态为石斛饮片,所述茯苓的形态为茯苓饮片。
一种四季养生用石斛茯苓老鸭汤药料包的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、向锅中依次放入水和药料包;
第二步、将鸭肉切块后进行飞水2-4分钟再放入锅中;
第三步、武火加热20分钟,文火加热30分钟后即得到可食用的四季养生用石斛茯苓老鸭汤。
在本实施例中,锅采用陶罐材质,以达到最佳的食用效果。
所述药料包与水的质量比为1:20。以质量份计,所述药料包包括石斛15份,茯苓40份,薏米40份,莲子40份,生姜10份,盐3份。
实施例2
在本实施例中,与实施例1中的相同之处不再赘述,不同之处在于,本实施例中石斛的形态为石斛粉末,所述茯苓的形态为茯苓粉末,所述药料包与水的质量比为1:18。本实施例中,药料包的成分包括石斛10份,茯苓30份,薏米30份,莲子30份,生姜20份,盐2份。
先向锅中加入水和飞水后的老鸭肉,武火加热20分钟后加入药料包,再用文火加热30分钟后即得到可食用的四季养生用石斛茯苓老鸭汤。
实施例3
在本实施例中,与实施例1中的相同之处不再赘述,不同之处在于,本实施例中石斛的形态为细胞破壁后的石斛,所述茯苓的形态为细胞破壁后的茯苓。先向锅中加入水和飞水后的老鸭肉,武火加热20分钟,文火加热18分钟后加入药料包,再文火加热12分钟即得到可食用的四季养生用石斛茯苓老鸭汤。
所述药料包与水的质量比为1:22。在本实施例中,药料包的成分包括石斛5份,茯苓20份,薏米50份,莲子50份,生姜15份,盐1份。
本发明中的飞水又称焯水,是指将鸭肉放入沸水中煮2-4分钟就捞起,再放入锅中煮食食用。这种做法可以在去除鸭肉中存在的细小血块、血点防止煮食过程中出现浮沫的同时进行灭菌。
本发明生产的药料包可以很好的改善前期准备繁琐的问题,且石斛具有益胃生津,滋阴清热的作用,茯苓具有利水渗湿、健脾、宁心作用,莲子滋养补虚、养心安神,薏米健脾去湿、清热排毒,鸭肉清凉降燥、补血行水,适合“清补”,几种中草药经过配伍后,石斛茯苓老鸭汤具有养胃生津清热的功效,能有效缓解上述疾病的各种症状。
