随着人们生活水平的不断提高,以及各种疾病发生率的不断增长,人们的自身保健意识越来越强。在日常生活中,人们除了加强锻炼外,对日常饮食的选择也越来越趋向养生和保健方向,营养丰富的谷物食品越来越受到人们的青睐。粥是谷物食品最简单的加工使用方式,是人们平常喜欢的食用主食之一,同时也是中国传统食品之一。据史料记载,汉族食粥的历史可以追溯到公元前2200多年前的五帝时代,其具有生津健胃、补中益气、益精强志、和五脏、通血脉、聪耳明目、止烦、止渴、止泻等功效。现有技术中,粥主要分为传统的米粥、豆粥、人们依喜好自行置材的养生粥和市面上售卖的养生粥;其中传统的米粥、豆粥,存在原料单一,营养成份单一,口感乏味等问题;人们依喜好自行置材的养生粥,存在营养均衡性差,配方不科学,原料利用率低,营养吸收利用率低,养生保健功效不明显等问题;而市面上售卖的养生粥,由于过分追求口感和保质期,从而存在调味剂和防腐剂添加过量,营养价值低,养生保健功效不明显等问题。基于上述陈述,本发明提出了一种含有香菇提取物的营养粥及其制备方法。

S2、将步骤S1中的混合料A加入到粉碎机中,加入所述比重的冰糖,充分粉碎至混合均匀,得混合料B;
S3、将混合料B加入到全自动煮粥机中,用武火煮沸后,改文火继续熬制1~2h,然后关火降温至48~70℃保温备用;
S4、将所述比重的香菇提取物、枸杞提取物、人参提取物和蜂蜜加入到步骤S3中保温备用的粥内,以800~1200r/min的转速,搅拌混合20~40min,混合均匀后,置于200~225℃的温度下,快速灭菌4~8s,最后真空分装即得。
优选的,所述步骤S1中去离子水的加入量为需浸泡原料总量的14.5~18倍。

其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述比重的大米、糯米、黑米、花生、红豆和莲子清洗后,置于18倍的40℃的去离子水中,浸泡3h,得混合料A;

本发明实施例一~三中制备的含有香菇提取物的营养粥为真空罐装,开盖即食,方便食用,随机选取600名血压均高于正常值的试吃者,并将其平均分成3组,坚持食用本发明实施例一~三中制备的含有香菇提取物的营养粥一个月,95%以上的试吃者表示,血压明显趋向正常值,且99%以上的试吃者表示口感好,具体参数如下:
