Abstract

本发明公开了一种卷烟滤嘴纤维的制备方法,先将聚乳酸、淀粉等主要原料混合后用双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出造粒得到聚乳酸‑淀粉复合颗粒,然后进行熔融纺丝,将聚乳酸‑淀粉复合颗粒经挤压熔融后形成的熔体从喷丝板的喷丝孔中喷出,将得到的淀粉‑聚乳酸复合纤维先在α‑淀粉酶水溶液中浸渍处理,然后通过硅烷偶联剂处理,最后将香精均匀喷洒至纤维中,常温干燥后得到卷烟滤嘴纤维。本发明制得的卷烟滤嘴纤维对香精具有优良的吸附、负载、缓释能力,其留香性能好、能有效改善卷烟吸味,具有较高的实用价值。

Description

一种卷烟滤嘴纤维的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及烟用滤嘴材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种卷烟滤嘴纤维的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,低焦油低害卷烟逐渐成为卷烟产品的主流,随之而来的是卷烟香气损失的问题。为满足消费者对卷烟吃味的需求,达到弥补卷烟香味的目的,卷烟加香技术应运而生。其中,在滤嘴中加香可以减少香料在燃烧中产生的损失,具有极大的优势。目前的滤嘴加香技术最常用的方法是将香精香料喷洒在滤嘴丝束上来达到加香的目的,虽然这种方法操作方便、工艺简单,但是现有的滤嘴丝束纤维留香性能较差,直接加香容易导致香精的挥发、损失,改善卷烟吸味的效果不佳,而且不适合长期贮存,限制了其应用。为了克服目前存在的问题,提升滤嘴的加香效果,需要对卷烟滤嘴丝束纤维作出改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种留香性能好、能有效改善卷烟吸味的卷烟滤嘴纤维的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种卷烟滤嘴纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将60-80重量份聚乳酸、15-25重量份淀粉、1.5-2.5重量份硬脂酸镁和1-2重量份抗氧剂1010混合均匀,用双螺杆挤出机于185-195℃熔融挤出造粒,将得到的复合颗粒于80-90℃干燥4-6h,然后进行熔融纺丝,将复合颗粒经挤压熔融后形成的熔体从喷丝板的喷丝孔中喷出,冷却后形成复合聚乳酸纤维;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的复合聚乳酸纤维在质量分数为0.5-1%的α-淀粉酶水溶液中于50-60℃浸渍处理3-5h,烘干后先将相当于所述复合聚乳酸纤维重量1-1.5%的硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液均匀喷洒至纤维中并于100-110℃处理10-15min,然后将相当于所述复合聚乳酸纤维重量 0.5-1%的香精均匀喷洒至纤维中,常温干燥后得到卷烟滤嘴纤维。
所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、木薯淀粉中的一种或几种的混合。
所述步骤(1)的熔融纺丝温度为220-260℃。
所述步骤(1)的熔融纺丝工艺中,采用的喷丝板孔径为0.5-2mm。
所述硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液的配制方法为将硅烷偶联剂KH-550和无水乙醇按重量比1:(50-100)混合均匀,即得硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液。
所述香精为滁菊油、玫瑰油、紫苏油、薰衣草油、薄荷油中的一种或几种的混合。
本发明的优点是:
本发明先将聚乳酸、淀粉等主要原料混合后用双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出造粒得到聚乳酸-淀粉复合颗粒,然后进行熔融纺丝,将聚乳酸-淀粉复合颗粒经挤压熔融后形成的熔体从喷丝板的喷丝孔中喷出,将得到的淀粉-聚乳酸复合纤维先在α-淀粉酶水溶液中浸渍处理,通过淀粉酶对复合纤维中淀粉的水解作用,在复合纤维表面形成微孔结构,改善复合纤维对香精的负载、缓释能力,然后通过硅烷偶联剂处理,使复合纤维表面亲水性微孔结构转变为疏水性,提高微孔结构对香精的亲和吸附能力,便于香精进入微孔内部以完成负载,最后将香精均匀喷洒至纤维中,常温干燥后得到卷烟滤嘴纤维。本发明制得的卷烟滤嘴纤维对香精具有优良的吸附、负载、缓释能力,其留香性能好、能有效改善卷烟吸味,具有较高的实用价值。
具体实施方式
一种卷烟滤嘴纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将60重量份聚乳酸、15重量份淀粉、1.5重量份硬脂酸镁和1重量份抗氧剂1010混合均匀,用双螺杆挤出机于185-195℃熔融挤出造粒,将得到的复合颗粒于80℃干燥4h,然后进行熔融纺丝,将复合颗粒经挤压熔融后形成的熔体从喷丝板的喷丝孔中喷出,冷却后形成复合聚乳酸纤维;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的复合聚乳酸纤维在质量分数为0.5%的α-淀粉酶水溶液中于50℃浸渍处理3h,烘干后先将相当于所述复合聚乳酸纤维重量1%的硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液均匀喷洒至纤维中并于100℃处理10min,然后将相当于所述复合聚乳酸纤维重量 0.5%的香精均匀喷洒至纤维中,常温干燥后得到卷烟滤嘴纤维。
所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、木薯淀粉中的一种或几种的混合。
所述步骤(1)的熔融纺丝温度为220℃。
所述步骤(1)的熔融纺丝工艺中,采用的喷丝板孔径为0.5mm。
所述硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液的配制方法为将硅烷偶联剂KH-550和无水乙醇按重量比1:50混合均匀,即得硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液。
所述香精为滁菊油。

Claims (6)

1.一种卷烟滤嘴纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将60-80重量份聚乳酸、15-25重量份淀粉、1.5-2.5重量份硬脂酸镁和1-2重量份抗氧剂1010混合均匀,用双螺杆挤出机于185-195℃熔融挤出造粒,将得到的复合颗粒于80-90℃干燥4-6h,然后进行熔融纺丝,将复合颗粒经挤压熔融后形成的熔体从喷丝板的喷丝孔中喷出,冷却后形成复合聚乳酸纤维;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的复合聚乳酸纤维在质量分数为0.5-1%的α-淀粉酶水溶液中于50-60℃浸渍处理3-5h,烘干后先将相当于所述复合聚乳酸纤维重量1-1.5%的硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液均匀喷洒至纤维中并于100-110℃处理10-15min,然后将相当于所述复合聚乳酸纤维重量 0.5-1%的香精均匀喷洒至纤维中,常温干燥后得到卷烟滤嘴纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷烟滤嘴纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、木薯淀粉中的一种或几种的混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷烟滤嘴纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的熔融纺丝温度为220-260℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷烟滤嘴纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的喷丝孔孔径为0.5-2mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷烟滤嘴纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液的配制方法为将硅烷偶联剂KH-550和无水乙醇按重量比1:(50-100)混合均匀,即得硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液。
