Abstract

本发明公开了一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法,先将针叶浆、阔叶浆、淀粉等原料充分混合后进行抄造、烘干,得到水松纸原纸,然后将得到的水松纸原纸先在α‑淀粉酶水溶液中浸渍处理,然后通过硅烷偶联剂处理,最后将香精均匀喷涂至纸的表面,常温干燥后得到增香型水松纸原纸。本发明制得的增香型水松纸原纸对香精具有优良的吸附、负载、缓释能力,其留香性能好、能有效改善卷烟吸味品质,具有较高的实用价值。

Description

一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及水松纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法。
背景技术
水松纸是卷烟的一种常用辅料,用于包裹在过滤嘴外面的、把滤棒粘接到烟条末端。随着人们生活水平的提高,对卷烟质量的要求不断提升,通过改进卷烟辅材而使卷烟加香逐渐成为提高卷烟吸味品质的新途径。CN104005299A公开了一种种能够改善吸烟者口腔异味的水松纸原纸及其制备方法,通过在原纸中添加精油成分,增加芳香物质,改善吸烟者口腔异味。然而,直接在原纸中添加精油,在生产、贮存过程中容易流失,留香时间短,限制了其应用。因此,需要对其进行改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将打浆后的针叶浆和阔叶浆按重量比(0.45-0.55):(0.5-0.6)混合均匀得到混合浆,然后分别向混合浆中加入相当于混合浆重量0.02-0.05%的施胶剂、相当于混合浆重量的0.5-1%的助留剂、相当于混合浆重量3-5%的淀粉和相当于混合浆重量3-5%的碳酸钙,充分混合后进行抄造、烘干,得到水松纸原纸;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的水松纸原纸在质量分数为0.5-1%的α-淀粉酶水溶液中于50-60℃浸渍处理3-5h,烘干后先将硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液均匀喷涂至纸的表面并于100-110℃处理10-15min,然后将香精均匀喷涂至纸的表面,常温干燥后得到增香型水松纸原纸。
所述针叶浆、阔叶浆的叩解度为72-76°SR。
所述的施胶剂为阳离子丙烯酸树脂。
所述的助留剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、木薯淀粉中的一种或几种的混合。
所述硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液的配制方法为将硅烷偶联剂KH-550和无水乙醇按重量比1:(50-100)混合均匀,即得硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液。
所述硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液的喷涂量为1-1.5g/m2
所述香精为滁菊油、玫瑰油、紫苏油、薰衣草油、薄荷油中的一种或几种的混合。
所述香精的喷涂量为0.5-1g/m2
本发明的优点是:
本发明先将针叶浆、阔叶浆、淀粉等原料充分混合后进行抄造、烘干,得到水松纸原纸,然后将得到的水松纸原纸先在α-淀粉酶水溶液中浸渍处理,通过淀粉酶对水松纸原纸中淀粉的水解作用,在水松纸原纸表面形成微孔结构,改善水松纸原纸对香精的负载、缓释能力,然后通过硅烷偶联剂处理,使水松纸原纸表面亲水性微孔结构转变为疏水性,提高微孔结构对香精的亲和吸附能力,便于香精进入微孔内部以完成负载,最后将香精均匀喷涂至纸的表面,常温干燥后得到增香型水松纸原纸。本发明制得的增香型水松纸原纸对香精具有优良的吸附、负载、缓释能力,其留香性能好、能有效改善卷烟吸味品质,具有较高的实用价值。
具体实施方式
一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将打浆后的针叶浆和阔叶浆按重量比0.45:0.5混合均匀得到混合浆,然后分别向混合浆中加入相当于混合浆重量0.02%的施胶剂、相当于混合浆重量的0.5%的助留剂、相当于混合浆重量3%的淀粉和相当于混合浆重量3%的碳酸钙,充分混合后进行抄造、烘干,得到水松纸原纸;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的水松纸原纸在质量分数为0.5%的α-淀粉酶水溶液中于50℃浸渍处理3h,烘干后先将硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液均匀喷涂至纸的表面并于100℃处理10min,然后将香精均匀喷涂至纸的表面,常温干燥后得到增香型水松纸原纸。
所述针叶浆、阔叶浆的叩解度为72°SR。
所述的施胶剂为阳离子丙烯酸树脂。
所述的助留剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉。
所述硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液的配制方法为将硅烷偶联剂KH-550和无水乙醇按重量比1:50混合均匀,即得硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液。

Claims (9)

1.一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将打浆后的针叶浆和阔叶浆按重量比(0.45-0.55):(0.5-0.6)混合均匀得到混合浆,然后分别向混合浆中加入相当于混合浆重量0.02-0.05%的施胶剂、相当于混合浆重量的0.5-1%的助留剂、相当于混合浆重量3-5%的淀粉和相当于混合浆重量3-5%的碳酸钙,充分混合后进行抄造、烘干,得到水松纸原纸;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的水松纸原纸在质量分数为0.5-1%的α-淀粉酶水溶液中于50-60℃浸渍处理3-5h,烘干后先将硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液均匀喷涂至纸的表面并于100-110℃处理10-15min,然后将香精均匀喷涂至纸的表面,常温干燥后得到增香型水松纸原纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述针叶浆、阔叶浆的叩解度为72-76°SR。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的施胶剂为阳离子丙烯酸树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的助留剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、木薯淀粉中的一种或几种的混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液的配制方法为将硅烷偶联剂KH-550和无水乙醇按重量比1:(50-100)混合均匀,即得硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液的喷涂量为1-1.5g/m2
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种增香型水松纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述香精为滁菊油、玫瑰油、紫苏油、薰衣草油、薄荷油中的一种或几种的混合。
